Beautiful place, awesome view, lovely host.

Spend 5 Night in Sheila's beautiful place, enjoing every moment. Home was spotless, the view was stunning, and the beach had some of softest sand you could find. If you go Panama City beach, this is the best place you can stay 🌴🌴🌴

One of the best PCB condos you will find!

We loved everything about the condo, and the owner, Sheila, is the best! A spacious room with a gorgeous view from the 23rd floor, cute decor, all of the items you need, and a sweet owner who really takes care of you - this is our new favorite place in PCB!

Great place, amazing view!

Everything at the condo was great! Sheila did an amazing job making sure the condo has everything a person would need. She was very attentive as well when it came to making sure we got there and got into the condo. I highly recommend this condo!!!

Perfect Getaway

This condo offers a great scenic view of the Gulf from the top floor of the Majestic Towers Resort. The beach access from the ground floor is very easy, and it's only a short walk from the boardwalk to the ocean. Sheila was very communicative throughout the entire process and extremely easy to work with from check-in to check-out. It was a pleasure doing business with her and would highly recommend staying at one of her properties.

We have stayed in this condo multiple times. It is awesome. It includes everything we need, plus more. Love the free beach chairs and umbrella. This is an excellent choice for a couple or small family. Can't wait until next time!

Honeymoon

This was a perfect place for a couple. We celebrated our honeymoon here and we absolutely loved it! I would tell anyone to stay here! The view here is perfect! The bed is the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in on vacation. Access to the beach was easy as well! This place is within 10 miles of almost anything! Owner is great and will communicate with you whenever you need help or have questions. I would not change anything about this place! Everything was perfect! Stay here if you need a great and relaxing vacation!

Beautiful condo!!!

Such an amazing condo right in the heart of PCB! This condo looks just like the pictures... except the view is even more beautiful in person! Everything about it is absolutely stunning. Shelia thought of all the details to make this a 5 star experience! The bed is by far the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in while staying in a condo. We had an amazing time celebrating our anniversary here and we can’t wait to return! She communicated with us throughout the whole process and made check in/check out an absolute breeze. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Amazing place!! Sheila’s Escape was over the top from the decor, immaculately clean, organized to a tee, soft linens, extremely comfortable bed to the fully stocked kitchen. This unit was fine tuned with everything anyone would need for a fantastic beach getaway! Sheila was a pleasure to communicate with before, during, and after our stay. I would most definitely recommend this listing to anyone that is interested in the best beach getaway they have ever had!! Thank you for making our anniversary trip unforgettable!! Spectacular condo/fantastic host

This little studio is perfect and the view is gorgeous! Sheila is a wonderful host and very easy to communicate with. It is fully stocked with anything and everything! The attention to detail is above and beyond! The bed is SO comfortable; it’s like sleeping on a cloud! The little bunk bed area was perfect for our 9 year old; he loved the books and flashlight. We all enjoyed having the loungers and umbrella service and were so grateful that was included! We loved our stay here at Majestic! Thanks, Sheila!!

Amazing!

I can't say enough good things about this experience! Sheila was so responsive and friendly and helpful. Her instructions on check-in were absolutely spot-on and made the whole process stress-free. There were little touches left in the condo that made us feel so special and so welcomed. And the condo itself is adorable, has everything you could want for amenities, and a view that makes you never want to leave! I would absolutely rent from Sheila again and recommend her to everyone heading to PCB! Thank you for making our trip extra-spectacular, Sheila! :)

The condo was perfect!

The condo was perfect! You will not be disappointed. The view was terrific from the 23rd floor. We loved all the little items that she remembered but are over looked with other condos (coffee, laundry soap, beach towels, beach chairs). Very clean and comfortable. We love staying right on the beach and the resort has tons of amenities. We walked every morning to get breakfast. It was the best condo we have stayed at and we have stayed at many. Absolutely amazing!

When I walked into the condo, the view took my breath away! This condo is perfect in every way. Sheila is a most gracious host. She has truly thought of everything to make the stay a perfect one. The kitchen is completely stocked with everything from the utensils you need to the morning coffee. The bath towels are wonderfully soft. I loved the sound system. The bed was so comfortable. The condo was spotlessly clean. You will not find a better condo or owner. Don't miss out on enjoying this beautiful condo. I can't wait to return! Betty Jonesboro, AR

Best Condo I've Stayed In At PCB EVER!

Sheila's condo is so, so beautiful! The pictures online do not do justice! Everything was spotless when we got there! She gave clear instructions for a smooth check-in, and she also communicated with us directly by phone. Shelia had literally any & everything you could possibly need for your vacation aside from food. She even surprised us with chocolates & a bottle of chardonnay. The bed was the most comfortable bed I have slept in, even beats ours at home! The condo was very cozy, made you feel like home. The view was AMAZING! We definitely could not have been more pleased. If I could give 10 stars I would!! Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your condo Sheila! We will definitely be back!

Amazing !

We stayed the week of Oct 22-28th, 2017. Let's start with the condo. It's perfect. Decorated in colors that I would want for my own beachfront home. Clean and organized. Everything you could need is there. The view- amazing. We , well I, (because I was up with the sun every morning to sit on the balcony) saw dolphins on morning, a seal and stingrays. Weather for us was prefect and cool at night so we were able to sleep with the door open every night. Listening to the waves while laying in bed was heavenly. And last, Sheila. She's a great host, adds personal touches and is always quick to respond if something is needed. I don't think I'll ever stay anywhere else again until I buy my own place on the beach.

Highly Recommended! Best in Class!

We were absolutely thrilled with our stay in this condo. Sheila went far above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect. The bed was so comfy and the view was just amazing! We could have just laid in the bed and looked at the view all day! The condo was beautifully decorated and well equipped with every possible amenity and had so many personal touches. She has really thought of everything and then some! It's all the little things that added up. Everything we needed and would never expect to be provided in a rental was there - from aspirin to condiments to laundry soap to games - it was there. Sheila was wonderful to work with and went out of her way for us to get into the condo early and to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay. We loved all the personal touches - wine, water, snacks and a personal note were very nice surprises coming into the condo! We really could not have been happier with the stay, we only wish we could have stayed longer. This was the best VRBO experience we have ever had. We really can not think of a thing we would change. Highly recommend!

Look no further! This is the perfect spot.

From start to finish you will love this super comfy, hassle free condo! Once you arrive, Sheila's directions for parking and luggage are on point. Luggage carts make it super easy and the fact that the walk over to the tower is air conditioned was greatly appreciated. Not having to carry and wrestle with house keys every time—awesome. Love the combo locks. When we first walked in, it smelled so nice. I saw and admired the pretty chandelier and thought "No fan, oh well" ...BUT THERE IS. There is a ceiling fan hidden within the chandelier and it was so cool. The decor is bright and cheery and it definitely has the beach vacay vibe. And the bed? Like sleeping on a cloud! The shower? Great water pressure! The kitchen? Amazing and well stocked with everything! There's a water filter machine (yay, no carrying gallons of water from the car!!!) and an icemaker (yay, no carrying huge bags of ice from the car!!!!) The towels and linens smelled so good! The washer dryer actually came in handy for a quick load. When we were all tuckered out, we enjoyed Netflix movies and the super sound system! Getting up and down from condo to beach was so easy. The chair and umbrella rental was so appreciated because we didn't have to stress each morning about getting a spot on the beach. It was saved for us every day! Obviously it was also nice not to have to carry a bunch of crap down each time. The notebook with restaurant and activity recommendations was appreciated! We LOVED the Saltwater Grill. We visited Pier Park and enjoyed a sunset from that pier. We rode jet skis and go karts. We tried the banana boats. It's all right there, conveniently located right by your condo! Sheila has gone above and beyond to make this a great place to stay and we definitely will be staying again! :)

Top Notch Digs, Stellar Location, Perfect Service!

Despite the recent hurricane, PCB continues to shine as an example of community and service coming first, and this most recent trip to Sheila's studio proved it. Since I was here for DR operations, I wanted a small place to stay close to my work site in order to reduce travel time, and the positioning was great, reducing what was a 4 hour round trip down to an hour. The cost was very reasonable, especially with hotel saturation being maxed out across the region. Despite construction in the area, travel was easy to accomplish, and the services available at the resort were perfect, with on-site security, plenty of ways to walk to nearby locations, and plenty of amenities both in and out of the unit. Inside the unit was seriously amazing. A simple king bed and love seat turned into my office, the bar was my lab, and the kitchen was my supply bench. Thanks to the generously stocked layout, I was able to recharge my numerous devices, perform remote work via the in-unit wifi, and rebuild my kit for the next day like a pro. Then, when all of that was done, the kitchen had everything I needed to cook, snack, craft my drinks, and truly relax, enjoying the pool or beach, or even just the balconies soundscape, mixed with the Buetooth audio system and adjustable lighting (both warm and cool bulbs available across different lamp sets). The bathroom and supply closet allowed me to clean up with ease and adapt to various conditions, and take advantage of the beach when I had a moment. And then there's Sheila herself. Her adaptability to my odd timing and requirements was highly commendable and if I ever had a question, she was just a text message away. That said, 95% of what I needed was right there in the binder! Her research contained in that book was answering questions before I even thought to ask them and providing excellent insight for food, drink, and vibe of various locations more easily than even Google could, which lead to some amazing evenings that flowed together like an eternal dance. Her care and understanding allowed me to go above and beyond even my own standards of work, especially thanks to her wonderful gift left in the fridge for me. TL;DR: This place rocks. The moment I have a chance to come back for a proper surfing vacations with friends and family, it will happen, but for a perfect 2 person setup that really shines that beach bum, Neptunian, or Parrothead vibe with high-class features and a perfect layout, Sheila delivers in style~

I love long walks on the beach (truly - I lived in Panama City Beach Florida for 25 years!), live music, cocktails with friends, hikes in the mountains and my border collie and kitty. I moved to Washington state from Panama City Beach and fell back in love with the mountains and a man named Scott, but I couldn't give up my special beach - so I bought Emerald Waters Escape at the Majestic Beach Resort! Please enjoy it as much as I do!
