Panoramic views of the beach with a beautiful tropical decor for you. Every window reveals a stunning ocean view. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee on the private balcony while watching for the dolphins, then relax with a cool drink as the sunset melts into the water. Soothe your soul with ocean breezes and sea spray.

The luxurious king-size bedroom, living room, dining area, and full kitchen are freshly redecorated for you. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware, crock pot, coffee pot, toaster, and blender. The living room has a comfy recliner to relax and enjoy the view. The balcony has two chairs and a lounge chair.

Two beach chairs and an umbrella are included from March to October. However, lounge chairs are available around the pools free of charge all year. From November to February, we leave a pair of chairs and a beach umbrella in the closet.

Enjoy the spacious beachfront deck with 3 pools. One pool is heated in the winter

Your parking is directly outside the building. No long walks from across the street. With two elevators, there is no waiting in line, plus our elevators are fast. During the busy season, parking passes are limited to one per condo. If you bring additional vehicles, you may be forced to park extra vehicles off-site at your own risk.

Our HVAC unit has a UV light that reduces bacteria, viruses, odors, and mold spores in the air and on surfaces.

*** We are a non-smoking condo that does include prescription marijuana. ***

Any blanket, throw, or sheet in the condo has been washed in hot water and dried between guests. A COVID-19-approved disinfectant is used on hard surfaces, kitchen, bathroom, and the soft surfaces are sprayed with Lysol. My dishwasher has a sanitizing option for our guest's safety.

Great views, great host!

Beautiful condo with excellent views. Great host! Our only issue was the AC did not seem to work properly. Other than that it was a wonderful stay!!!

Wonderful experience! Great location, condo was nice and well stocked. I would have given it a 5 star rating except for the extremely small bathroom and the bedding. The mattress is worn out and badly needs replacing.

Anniversary Trip

We enjoyed our stay! Denise was amazing, our flight was early and she was very accommodating. The condo was perfect for just the two of us. We prefer a firmer mattress and know that is not for everyone, so we managed. Everything else was perfect, especially the beach service! Thank you!😊

Absolutely wonderful with breathtaking views

Where to begin… From the moment I booked our stay, the owner Denise responded immediately to all questions I had. Communication is a 10/10! Check in was just as described and super easy. When we arrived, we were greeted with a snack basket and some delicious fresh home baked cookies from the housekeeper Sandy. The condo has everything you need. It was clean and very cozy! The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook a full meal. The refrigerator has a built in ice maker which is also a plus. The views from the balcony from sunrise to sunset are breathtaking and absolutely beautiful! The property is conveniently located close to shops and restaurants all around in walking distance. The beach chairs and umbrella are also a wonderful bonus. Just go to the “beach guys”, tell them where and who you’re staying with and your chairs will be waiting for you each day ready to enjoy the beach. We have enjoyed our stay so much that I booked our return for next summer while we were still there. I think that speaks for itself!! We enjoyed our stay to the fullest and had zero complaints and fell in love with the property. Until next year …. 😊

The views are amazing. The beach is fabulous. Having the lounge chairs and umbrella included amazing. Bed is very comfortable.

Clean but dated

The condo was very clean, well stocked, quiet and the view was amazing. The only complaint we have is the furniture. It is very dated and not extremely comfortable. The bed was fine as long as you don’t move. Then it wobbled a bit. Overall, it was fine for what we needed.

This was exactly what we needed! Fully outfitted, beautiful view, convenient location. We enjoyed beach walks, a visit to the local Center for the Arts, a romantic dinner at Lulu’s on our last evening. Denise was so accommodating. We left refreshed and relaxed….and reminded how much we like each other.😉

Amazing in every way.

This is just what my vacation Dr. ordered. The View, The View, The View. Pictures do not do it justice. The floor to ceiling windows made for a full panoramic view of the beach. It was clean and cozy with little lovely details. Had to call owner to get gate codes. Denise was responsive and quick when needed.

20th anniversary trip was a breeze

Everything was great!!! Location, view and the staff. Diane was so easy to contact and responded very quickly. You can tell she is trying to make it a worry free stay and for us it was amazing!!! My family spend a great week at this condo. Awesome location just on the beach.

Awesome location right on the beach, everything within walking distance. Watched beautiful sunsets from the balcony. Great owner, very good communication, will give you all the information you need. My family had awesome vacation! .

All cleaned up

When we arrived the condo seemed a bit dusty and the outdoor balcony chair was broken. Both of these issues were resolved very quickly by Denise and I would return to the same condo for another great experience.

Fabulous!!!

Location! Location! This place perfect!! View of the ocean from our balcony, shops you could walk to and if there was anything in need there was Walgreens, Walmart right around the corner!! Restaurants and so much more!!! This was our first time going to Panama City and we will come again.

Great experience

Overall it was a great experience! The host was amazing, and was quick to respond to any questions I had! The elevators were super fast we never waited more than 5 mins for one. The view from the balcony was beautiful! Very pleased with everything! Would recommend to anyone!!

Perfect location-close to restaurants, bars, grocery stores. Directly on the beach, 9th floor with a lot of windows and balcony facing directly into the sunset. Fold out couch slept daughter and her husband comfortably for their 2-night stay with us. Denise responds quickly and appropriately when/if issues need her attention.

Wonderful vacation

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Denise was a pleasure to deal with. The room was clean and comfortable and everything we hoped for. Being able to walk next door to Pineapple Willy's was a plus!

At some of the large condo developments the building is large, but the beach frontage is small. Guest are packed into a small area. Not at the Sunbird, there is plenty of beach space to play on.

Low rise complex
12 floors in a tower with 2 elevators, no standing in line forever waiting for an elevator

Parking is directly outside the building, not in a parking deck across the street.

Incredible views
With the unique floor plans at the Sunbird, every window is a delightful view of the ocean. The balconies are positioned so you are not staring directly at another room, you are facing out to sea.
