Villa 4 at Villas By The Cove is a 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom villa. Remodeled with a spacious living room and ocean view patio, Villa 4 offers privacy and comfort set back in a tropical lush garden filled with mango and palm trees. This single story, stand-alone villa is charming, convenient, and clean. One King and one Queen bed sleep 4 adults.

Experience an older Hawaiian style charm in this updated villa that features a spacious living room, full kitchen, 2 comfortable king beds, 2 full bathrooms with a walk-in shower, an ocean view lanai and private parking.

Villas by The Cove offers tropical landscaped grounds shaded by mango and palm trees. Villa 4 has high speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and access to 2 gas BBQ grills and shared swimming pool. 2 oversized beach chairs, 2 boogie boards, 1 beach umbrella and 1 cooler are provided for your sun-filled days at beaches just across the street.

Villas by the Cove is located 25 feet from The Cove Beach Park where guests can mingle with locals, take surf lessons or body surf in the The Cove's consistent small waves. Charley Young Beach, a long stretch of white sand ideal for beach walks and swimming, is another local favorite that's located at the end of the street.

For the active and adventurous traveler, our prime location offers easy access to sun bathing, swimming, surfing, snorkeling, diving, stand up paddle boarding, kayaking and whale watching. Excellent restaurants, grocery stores, a bustling farmers' market, shopping plazas, spas, salons and nightlife are also a short walk away, and nearby Kalama Park offers tennis courts, basketball courts, a roller skating rink, large playground and running paths. A golfers' paradise, the Maui Nui Gold Club is 2.2 miles away, and the world famous courses in Wailea and Makena are a short 10 minute drive from the property.

Everything was great!! The only one issue is the traffic noise is a little frustrating but you are in a great location. Parking is tight, and you can park outside too. We would stay here again!!

The Perfect Spot

We could not recommend this accommodation more!! The location is perfect - right across from a beautiful learner’s level surf spot and walking distance to all amenities. The manager, Shahaf, was so lovely with prompt communication and made our stay so enjoyable. I would not chose to stay anywhere else on Maui after staying here!

Great for a group of friends

A group of 6 of us rented 2 villas. The property is beautiful and in a great location, a short drive to everything on the island. The community areas were well kept and relaxing. Sea turtles came up on the beaches across the street at dusk. Definitely recommend!

The property is beautiful, the villa was clean and well kept. The property manager is easy to contact and gets back to you with any questions almost immediately. Great location - right near the beach and walking distance to restaurants. Overall, we had an amazing stay and would definitely stay here again!

Favorite spot in Maui

This was our favorite spot on our Maui vacation. The property is peaceful, but also a great location for walking and getting in beach time. The 2 bedroom was perfect for 2 couples, and the SUPs and surfboards were a big plus.

Family Trip

The Villa had great access to the beach and was very nice. I loved the decor and finishes. It was perfect for our family of four. The manager was readily available and helpful. The grounds were pleasant but road noise was unpleasant sitting at the pool. Nice to have beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and other beach toys. Overall a gem of a property. We want to return!

Perfect location

We have stayed in Kihei many times, but never even knew this little street existed. The property itself is tucked away in a private feeling, gated compound that is so beautifully landscaped and has incredible sunset views right from the pool. The only negatives would be that there is some traffic noise, but honestly it didn't bother any of us, and you can't hear anything from inside. The only other negative was that there is only one washing machine and one dryer - which is a bit of a drag when you don't want to wait around at the property for others to remember to take their washing out. Again, we were fine, not a big deal, and wouldn't keep us from booking again in a heart beat.

Great Location. Wonderful Condo

My wife and I, and another couple stayed here in late April. We loved staying here. Great location. Easy to walk to restaurants and shops. Right across the street from the ocean with a popular beach next door. The condo has everything we needed for our week stay. The pool was right out our front door. There was also a grill under the pavilion which we used once. There are surf boards and paddle boards for the comped to use, although we didn’t have a chance to try them out. The one negative, and it’s really not a big deal is there is a bit of road noise. Honestly I heard it a few times but pretty much it never impacted our enjoyment. We would totally recommend staying here.

great place. centrally located.

the villa is just what we wanted. small. nice view. great patio/pool area. the kitchen was well equipped but needed more plates and some large bowls. the beach just across the road was a party cove with some homeless it seemed but just to the left (5 minute walk) was a GREAT beach (it’s gated place so no worries about safety). there were beach chairs and boogie boards etc which was nice! we walked to a number of restaurants. kihei caffe had an awesome breakfast - went twice!

Good experience. Manager was very nice, helpful and accommodating. Enjoyed the pool and covered area. Room was well set up and impressed by the high- quality of kitchen . Liked that parking was secure. A little disappointed that pictures indicate beach is closer than it actually than it is. Thank you!

Great place to stay in Maui!

Everything about Villas By The Cove was awesome. Would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Maui. The location was perfect. The property manager was great during our stay and the reservation person always responded to any questions i had before the trip. Would definitely stay at this location for future vacations to Maui!
