The house is as nice as it was listed. Family really enjoyed our first visit to Sandbridge and plan on making it our yearly vacation spot. The host was wonderful and very easy to communicate with. Thanks again Greg and family for a wonderful beach experience

Honucove was a very nice place to stay for my family. We had plenty of room and plenty of things to choose from around the house and in the area.Greg was a gracious host and was very helpful if and when I had a question or concern.The pool was a very big hit and the beach just a short walk. The beach was clean.

We had a great time. The house was very clean with modern amenities and lots of space to gather, especially the screened porch. The pool area was really nice with lots of seating. Kayaking in the canal was fun. There is a five minute walk on a quiet street to reach the beach access. Greg was quickly responsive to any of our questions. The house is located near False Cape State Park which was another fun experience. Many good options for eating out within a short driving distance. Overall, a very nice house with lots of options for a great beach vacation. We would recommend it for anyone who might be considering a stay there.

The house was very nice and had plenty of room. The kitchen had all the necessary items for preparing food and cooking. The house is convenient to the beach. The host provides boogie boards, umbrella, and a wagon for going to the beach. The pool was very nice too.

The house is beautiful with all the amenitiesYou could possibly want. We had seven adults and four children in our party and we were very comfortable. The kids loved the pool and were thrilled you could fish right in the backyard. Greg is a wonderful host. Very attentive and always available if needed. Thank you Greg. Best vacation ever!

We had 3 couples with young kids staying with friends and we had a blast! We used the bikes, water equipment, pool, and beach equipment to enjoy our stay even more. There was a cart that helped us transport items to the beach, which we often took on the 10 minute walk to the Widgeon Street access.

The home was exactly as described in the listing. Greg the host was wonderful to communicate with. Plenty of room in the home for families to gather for meals or hanging out but also space to have quiet time. The walk to the beach was easy and about 5-10 minutes. Our grandkids loved the backyard with access to kayaks and pool. They also enjoyed the turtles swimming around the dock. We would definitely book again in the future.

The house was perfectly maintained. Kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with the basic. Easy access to the property. We weren’t able to enjoy the pool because of the weather, but looking at it and the stream behind the property gave off peaceful vibes.Our host returned all text messages promptly. Comfortable beds. The kitchen, dining area and living room space allows for interaction with each other as we prepared dinner, played games and watched TV. The sun deck over the back porch was a refuge for me when things got crazy (playing UNO is loud and boisterous) I went up and enjoyed the warmth of the sun.

This was a great place for our family to relax, swim, enjoy the beach and use Greg’s little boat to explore the area. Greg was very responsive in answering our questions and responding to our needs. We highly recommend it for a wonderful getaway.

My family and I had a great long weekend here to celebrate a family wedding. The house was exactly as pictured and equipped with everything we needed for our stay and more! The communication and check-in process with Greg was one of the most seamless experiences I’ve had with an owner. Although we didn’t get to use the pool because of the sudden rainstorms, it was still very nice to look at. Will definitely look to rebook in the future for visits to the area!
