Charming 4 bedroom in the heart of Grand Haven!

This charming cottage is located in the waterfront district and the downtown area of Grand Haven. It is a block away from the boardwalk that takes you right to the pier and the beach. Our famous lighthouse is within a half mile! A short four block walk will drop you right into the middle of our downtown. Many wonderful restaurants and interesting shops await you. There are marinas along the waterfront and charter fishing boats are available. Mini golf and a fun splash pad are some of the favorites, along with the many playgrounds in the area. The new Imagination Station is 3 blocks away at the local Ymca along with a skate park and ball fields. Boat and paddle board rentals, bike rentals and bike paths are all available within the area. Many parks and mountain biking/hiking trails nearby. You can walk to the end of the street and watch the famous Musical Fountain preform nightly. Many festivals and events are held through out the year, including our Coast Guard Festival and Salmon Festival. Grand Haven is a premiere spot to enjoy all that the lakeshore has to offer!!

Great place in the heart of Grand Haven

Stayed here for an annual golf trip with friends - house was great, perfect location and hosts were easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend and book here again.

Family Vacation

This home was exactly what we needed. Nice, clean, all the amenities we needed. Plenty of space for the family. Parking was good as there is the driveway and the street. . Walking distance to town for food and shopping is just a couple blocks. A beautiful 12 or so minute walk down the boardwalk to the beach. It is hard to get into an affordable place in Grand Haven for our family and we really lucked out this time. We would definitely book this home again.

Amazing location

The house is in a wonderful location and easily walkable to downtown and the waterfront and the beach. The house was clean and the check in and check out process was very easy. Our only complaint was that all mattresses were very old and uncomfortable. But otherwise we had a great time.

Perfect house and location.

With 4 bedrooms, the house was perfect for our family of 6 adults. The dining room table was great for that size group, too. With the location of the house just 2 blocks from the river, we could easily walk to the State park or downtown area.

Grand Haven location

very convenient comfortably roomy location near all the activities of Grand Haven. Close to downtown and within walking distance of the beach. We enjoyed our stay in this comfortable house. We have been twice before and continue to enjoy the convenience of this location with all the necessary home needs meant.

Clean bright house

This house was perfect for us . You can walk to the quaint town of grand haven , great food and nice shopping and also walk to the pier , the beach , the musical light show . You can bike ride all around also . The beds and pillows were comfy . Enough towels and enough dishware , the kitchen well stocked to cook. We walked in and the house smelled fresh and clean . Anytime we had a question Robyn answered within 15 min. She even dropped off new blow dryer to us . I will visit grand haven again and would stay at this house for the great location .

Prime Location

House was clean and spacious. Location was ideal for walking to downtown, restaurants or a walk to the pier. Communication was top notch. Quickly answering any questions we had. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Love life in Grand Haven

This is in a fantastic location if you want to walk to the restaurant section of downtown, the music fountain, the channel and the beach. We did all of these almost every day.

Comfy and spacious but could use a few updates

The house was spacious for our family. The kitchen could use updates including the addition of a garbage disposal. Location was great. Deck was missing some railings which made it dangerous to be on at night when lighting isn't good.

Great Home Base for Family Trip

This house was a great spot for our family to enjoy a few days in Grand Haven. There was plenty of space to accommodate our two children under two while still having space to hang out after bedtime. We absolutely loved the location to walk into town and a short, easy drive to the beach. We would love to be back!

Great space in a great location

We stayed here with a couple of friends and 3 infants and one 2-year old between us all. The location was great and the home worked out perfectly for us on our first trip to Grand Haven.

Great Grand Haven Stay

This property was as advertised! Very clean, they had everything we needed and an outstanding location. We walked to the lake, walked to the restaurants and the nightly light show! We would definitely stay again and highly recommend this property!

Good location- house needs maintenance

Location of house was the definite upside and house wasn’t terrible but if I were reading this would want to read accurate review before booking. House slanted but not that important & has good floor plan. Carpet and flooring appeared new. Fridge couldn’t keep up with stocking it for the week at max cold and milk and meat was room temp after a couple days. Manager was responsive & did bring us coolers with ice and Tupperware to put food in but functional fridge is essential at rental. Clothes Dryer walls in small bath was sweating & dripping with water b/c vent wasn’t tight & - had to put rolled up cardboard against wall to push it back on. Alan(Manager) was told and said he’d look at it after we check out. Beds were acceptable but sheets were cheap microfiber polyester and thin & hot so we sweat then cooled off with a/c cold on main floor to make comfortable for upstairs bedrooms. I asked for 2 blankets since only sheets and thick comforters provided and I got a passive response. Dog poop in backyard & brown grass & grill is charcoal and when asked for gas grill it was denied. Overall house was clean, plenty of dishes & silverware & towels but skillets were in bad shape so I bought one to cook.

Excellent Rental House!

We had a great time at this property. It was very clean, well-stocked with all the necessities, and had a perfect layout for our 9 family members. There was a portacrib already there for us to use (for my grandson). The location is excellent. It's right in the middle of downtown Grand Haven and the beach. Both are within walking distance (about 15 minutes to the beach). Would definitely recommend!

Convenient location, delightful stay

The location was top tier. The beach was a convenient walk away, but so was the down town. The house itself was charming with all the amenities we needed. Wonderful experience and would go again.

Great weekend in Grand Haven!

Couldn’t of asked for a better bachelorette party weekend, and this house made it possible! The house was clean, organized, and had everything we needed- complete with bedding, utensils, back porch, AC, and overall spacious living space! The location is truly ideal for any grand haven activity- walkable to every shop and downtown, short drive to the beach and could even walk if wanted! Myself and my guests truly loved our stay and I would recommend to anyone looking for cleanliness, ideal location, and a great host!

This property is one of our favorites. Nestled in a quite neighborhood It is a short walk to all the attractions along the harbor, to the beach, and downtown.

The home has a great floor plan for families to gather. Open and spacious with 2 living rooms and dining room that all flow together. There is a yard, back deck, grilling patio and front porch for outdoor space. You can walk to most attractions and activities. You are in a quiet family neighborhood. There is extra parking on the south side of the street. Parents have often told us this location worked well for their teenagers because they could walk to find things to do nearby. Gathering on the front porch to enjoy the lake breezes has also been a favorite of guests.
Having a main floor bedroom has been a popular feature, as well as the large master bedroom with plenty of space for a portable crib. The house works well for families that want to stay together on vacation.
