Charming 4 bedroom in the heart of Grand Haven!

This charming cottage is located in the waterfront district and the downtown area of Grand Haven. It is a block away from the boardwalk that takes you right to the pier and the beach. Our famous lighthouse is within a half mile! A short four block walk will drop you right into the middle of our downtown. Many wonderful restaurants and interesting shops await you. There are marinas along the waterfront and charter fishing boats are available. Mini golf and a fun splash pad are some of the favorites, along with the many playgrounds in the area. The new Imagination Station is 3 blocks away at the local Ymca along with a skate park and ball fields. Boat and paddle board rentals, bike rentals and bike paths are all available within the area. Many parks and mountain biking/hiking trails nearby. You can walk to the end of the street and watch the famous Musical Fountain preform nightly. Many festivals and events are held through out the year, including our Coast Guard Festival and Salmon Festival. Grand Haven is a premiere spot to enjoy all that the lakeshore has to offer!!

The location is perfect walking distance from the American Legion, the pier, pickleball courts, downtown.Everything was just like the posting we really enjoyed our stay.

This historic home in a quiet and safe neighborhood was very clean and met our family’s needs very well. All appliances worked, towels were fluffy, plenty of dishes and dish towels, lots of seating, plenty of hot water for 6 showers, fans in every room, new washer and dryer. Grill is provided, but uses briquettes.

Perfect location in walkable distance of a large playground, Lake Michigan, a state beach, trails, downtown Grand Haven, and the parade route for Coast Guard Festival. It was clean and was a great space to host our large group. Kitchen was well stocked with tools and there were group games in the living room. My mother in law commented on how well it was insulated so that sound didn't really travel between the floors. We were able to fit 4 cars in the drive while the street parking was closed during the parade.

Location is perfect. Just minutes to walk to Grand River and downtown bars, shops and restaurants. 3 minute drive to pier, state park and Grand Haven park where the beaches are. Downstairs bed is pretty bad. Tried to sleep on it first night and kept sliding to the middle. Slept in a different bed rest of trip. Back deck needs some work, part of the railing is missing and we had a 5 year old with us. Charcoal grill is great. A skunk moved in under the front deck and was pretty smelly at night inside the house and the front deck is unusable. Front door lock did not work so we had to leave the house unlocked when we were out. The owners did bring over another key, but it worked only once. Kitchen and dining rooms are great. Great wifi.

My friends and I had a really nice time staying here. Perks: nice well stocked kitchen, large dining table for doing crafts and playing board games provided by the host, comfortable living room furniture to sit and visit, 2 nice bathrooms .. one up and one down, 5 nice beds .. only 2 of us had to share a bedroom. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Great place in the heart of Grand Haven

Stayed here for an annual golf trip with friends - house was great, perfect location and hosts were easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend and book here again.

Relaxing weekend stay

Our larger group of 8 stayed for a long weekend and were very happy with our stay. The home was clean, quiet, with large rooms, a well stocked kitchen, and outdoor space. Very responsive and helpful hosts, who offered good local suggestions. Location is excellent- a short two block walk to shopping, the canal, restaurants, musical fountain, etc.

We've stayed at this home at least three times while visiting Grand Haven. There's plenty of living space on the main floor - a main living room and a room with a tv and coffee table for games. The dining table is large and can seat many! Great for family gatherings.Plus, it's well located - you can easily walk downtown and it's less than a mlle to the lighthouse - a nice walk!

We stayed here with a couple of friends and 3 infants and one 2-year old between us all. The location was great and the home worked out perfectly for us on our first trip to Grand Haven.

Great Grand Haven Stay

This property was as advertised! Very clean, they had everything we needed and an outstanding location. We walked to the lake, walked to the restaurants and the nightly light show! We would definitely stay again and highly recommend this property!

Grandhaven Cottage

Comfortable clean cottage near everything fun in Grand Haven. Convenient first floor bedroom and bath for older family members. Stocked with plenty of items for simple meals. Chairs to relax on front porch, back deck, or folding chairs for beach.

This property is one of our favorites. Nestled in a quite neighborhood It is a short walk to all the attractions along the harbor, to the beach, and downtown.

The home has a great floor plan for families to gather. Open and spacious with 2 living rooms and dining room that all flow together. There is a yard, back deck, grilling patio and front porch for outdoor space. You can walk to most attractions and activities. You are in a quiet family neighborhood. There is extra parking on the south side of the street. Parents have often told us this location worked well for their teenagers because they could walk to find things to do nearby. Gathering on the front porch to enjoy the lake breezes has also been a favorite of guests.
Having a main floor bedroom has been a popular feature, as well as the large master bedroom with plenty of space for a portable crib. The house works well for families that want to stay together on vacation.
