Enjoy this charming second story historic home that has original wood floors and is updated with a coastal decor. 5 blocks to the waterfront and 1 mile to the state beach! Sleeps 4! 1 bedroom with a queen bed, and a sleeper sofa, fully equipped kitchen, large and small appliances, including a traditional drip coffee maker and Keurig. Linens provided, wifi and Roku, beach chairs.

Walking distance to downtown shopping, restaurants and Lake Michigan beaches! Beautiful historic home! You won't be disappointed with this fabulous find!

Very clean, Host was friendly. Plenty of street parking in front of the property. Good location within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants and the waterfront.

The place was so cute and the owner had everything ready for us. It fit all 4 of us comfortably and we had everything we needed. It was very close to downtown. I would definitely stay here again!

What a gem! If I could give the rental 6 stars, I would! Charming and in a great location. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bedroom quiet! We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and look forward to renting from Lisa and Scott the next time we visit Grand Haven!

Stayed for 5 days and had an amazing time! Property was very clean and easy to access downtown from. Scott, Lisa, and Jimmy (the best cat) were so friendly and a pleasure to talk to. They answered any questions we had and even had chairs and beach equipment to use. I highly recommend giving them a look if you’re contemplating staying in Grand Haven.

Such a precious place and so close to restaurants but nestled in a very quiet beautiful neighborhood. We spent a lot of our time just waking around admiring the gorgeous houses.

We had a great stay here. Lisa and Scott were friendly hosts and the property was just as described. It was clean, comfortable and in a really convenient location. We highly recommend staying here!

Great Place!

Wife and I had a fantastic time in Grand Haven and staying at this place. Wonderful cozy place to stay at the owner are very friendly. Very short walk to downtown. Will defiantly stay with them again the next time we’re in Grand Haven!

Fun place

Lisa’s place was bright and fun and she was very kind and helpful. We were able to walk downtown to shop and eat. Grand Haven is a beautiful place and the sunset over Lake Michigan is incredible.

Took my daughter who was turning 30 and her friend and met up with family at the beach. Great little place to stay and very close to the main street in town.

Great weekend getaway

The apartment looked just like the pictures - adorable! The colors are so bright and cheery. My husband and I wanted a quick weekend getaway and this was the perfect spot. We love Grand Haven and even on a cooler, drizzly October weekend we walked to the downtown quite a bit. It’s close to everything.
