Pool Home 10 Minutes to the Beach - "Read Description About 4th Bedroom"

If you are looking for a centrally located vacation home that is a stone's throw from various amenities including shopping centers, grocery stores, great restaurants, and, of course, Siesta Key beach, you've found it! This completely renovated home offers a relaxing environment, in a safe neighborhood, with all modern luxuries to make your vacation a dream come true.

The home features a separate Mother in law suite - "The Surf Shack" - that functions as the 4th bedroom. It is available for an additional $49 per night, and you'll be invoiced after booking should you wish to rent it. The price you see now is just for the main home (3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms).

The Surf Shack is equipped with its own full bathroom, kitchenette, TV, and WIFI for groups travelling who want that additional privacy.

The property includes WIFI, 6 TVS, outdoor grill, portable beach chairs & umbrellas, corn hole, and board games. Bikes are provided with access to the newly expanded Legacy Trail less than 1 mile away. With a large fully fenced back yard, feel free to bring your furry friends along with you. If you are looking for anything specific, kindly reach out. Our goal is to exceed expectations!

Of note, the pool isn’t heated, and will be a bit cooler between the dates of November and April.

We live locally in Sarasota and can respond immediately to any questions or suggestions!

Great Holiday in the sun.

Great property, spacious, clean and well equipped and in a very nice location central for all attractions in the area. Pool was fabulous and refreshing from the heat. Lovely home! Great location!

My family and I stayed at this home for a week and I can’t say enough about how wonderful it was! The house is perfect! It has everything you need and is located in a great area, close to everything. The pool was amazing and very clean. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Sarasota.

Great House/Great Host!

We had a great time at this VRBO and Chris was an amazing host. The house was perfect for us. The neighborhood was quiet and safe and the pool was a nice extra touch to the experience. We had a very relaxing vacation and the house contributed to this as an overall great experience.

Great place for a family getaway

We enjoyed staying here. It was conveniently located to the things we did. It was just a short drive to siesta key. It had plenty of room for a family of four. Our grown kids loved having their own rooms and we put the kitchen and grill to good use. We also appreciated the beach chairs and cooler that we used most days. The pool was nice but too cool to swim in during Dec/Jan. We would stay there again.

Awesome rental!

My husband, our grown son, his significant other and an 11 year old had a wonderful Christmas in this home! The weather was cold for Florida so we did not venture out much but shopping was really close so we cooked all our meals and just made memories! The pool is not heated so I was not expecting to be able to use it anyway. We had our fur babies with us and they enjoyed the fully fenced yard as much as the rest of their human family. The lanai was great too with a tv so on the warm days we took advantage. We are from Illinois and we missed a blizzard with temperatures -40 degrees so we were very happy to be in this cute little beach house for Christmas 2022!

Chris was an amazing host!! He was so attentive and quick to respond to any questions! His place was clean and neat! My husband and I absolutely loved staying at his place! My furbabies were also very comfortable! I can't say enough great things about our stay at Chriss home! Quiet neighbors, very spacious home, big lanai, beautiful pool, big master bedroom. Great house in a good neighborhood

Wonderful house. Has a screened in lanai which comes in really handy for kids, or to just get away from everyone else lol. Around the corner from that is a perfect screened pool. The house is very close to a grocery store. Very well maintained. Owner was very responsive. Will definitely stay here again

Amazing place close to everything

This is an amazing three bedroom home with plenty of room. Separate seating areas by the pool, kitchen, three season porch. The decorations were perfect and gave you a sense of being on the beach. The pool was so clean and beautiful. The hopes were excellent and would definitely stay here again. Definitely enough room for a bigger family.

Very nice home

Kids loved the pool! Lots of towels, beautiful 3 season porch and nice little yard. Close to the beach and we could walk to the grocery store. Perfect house for us to stay in!

It was fun!

The property is really nice and clean. Chris was very good about responding and getting things done fast. We asked if there were lights by pool and the next day he made sure to hang up string lights that he had in storage. The house was very clean and everything was nice. The bedrooms were good size and the layout is nice. My husband and I were wishing it was our house because it would be perfect for our family. The only thing that would make it perfect would be a hot tub. LOL The house is in a great area, next to Publix or drive the opposite way for a Walmart Superstore. Also, it's very close to Siesta Key beach, downtown Sarasota and all those fun little restaurants. I highly recommend booking this place. Chris was very friendly and will bend over backwards to make your stay great! Thanks a lot Chris! :)

Great Location, Great Price!

This was our first trip to Sarasota and this property has all you need for a great vacation. Just a short drive to Siesta Key beach, shopping and also Sarasota Bayfront. On the days we wanted to just relax at the house it was great to just hangout in the pool and grill. We’ve already booked our next two vacations with the property owners….they were amazing and extremely accommodating. Such a great trip!

Awesome!! Christopher Reilly absolutely wonderful to work with. Home is immaculately cleaned. The private pool is so nice. Close to Lido and Siesta beaches. 5 minutes to Publix and Walmart Neighborhood Market. Fenced yard for our dachshund and lizards for him to chase. Laundry facilities a plus. Full kitchen supplied well. Great week there!!

Great place in Sarasota for families!

Loved this house and it’s location in Sarasota. Chris was great with fast communication and helping with anything we needed. Loved that we were able to bring along our dog and he had space to be outside in the fenced yard. The pool was an amazing thing to have since we visited during red tide!

Fantastic vacation

A perfect vacation getaway in a lovely, immaculate home with a gracious host. Chris answered all emails swiftly and we needed nothing. Home is well equipped and in a great location to everything. Great location for a Florida getaway

My wife and I decided to go somewhere warm to ride out a month during the pandemic. We were looking for something in the Sarasota area that was pet friendly and close to everything. This property hit all of the marks. Ten minutes to everywhere, great backyard for the dogs, great set up in the house and a great lanai/pool for enjoying some Florida weather while I worked remote. Chris was super responsive to any questions and offered to come by if there were any issues. I would recommend this property and this owner for anyone looking for long term or short term accommodations. We rented for an entire month.

Great place close to everything

We stayed at this property for three weeks. We found it to be very spacious and liked the huge lanai. Close to everything. Both lido and siesta key beach are close by. Owner great with communication!

Recent transplants from Toronto, Canada. We have escaped the cold weather and fell in love with Sarasota FL! Our home is only 10 minutes to downtown, 10 minutes to Siesta Key, and within walking distance to grocery stores and pharmacies. We hope you love our house as much as we do!
