This beautiful log cabin in the Catskills is the perfect spot for your family vacation. Nestled on over 10 acres this property has 2 ponds loaded with toads and tadpoles and fish. Grab a fishing pole you never know what you can catch.

A warm inviting interior that will comfortably accommodate 10 with 3 bedrooms (Master bedroom boasts large king and queen bed with stunning mountain views ) and 3 baths large open floor plan with kitchen, living room, and dining room. The home has air conditioning, All new Smart TV’s and internet service to make your stay not only comfortable but convenient . Perfect finished basement with additional bathroom and bedroom (2 twins ) and Queen futon bed.. pool table …air hockey…and another TV just a great area for the kids to hang out while the adults can enjoy the upstairs.

Fully equipped kitchen, outdoor gas grill, and outdoor fire pit. There is a large family sized picnic table for you to enjoy outdoor dining. (Don't forget the marshmallows!)

This home is centrally located to many local attractions ..Cooperstown All Star Village and Baseball World less than 10 minutes away.... Close enough to be convenient far enough to actually relax in your downtime....We are approximately 30-35 min from Cooperstown Dream Park and the Baseball Hall of Fame. Plenty of stores, restaurants, and breweries nearby..... This is what family vacations are all about fresh air, campfires , mountain views and being together. Let’s Play some Ball!

Our stay was great! The home was clean and stocked well. The kids loved fishing and the game room. Denise and Donna were very attentive. Would definitely stay again if we have the chance.

Perfect house for anyone going to Cooperstown All Star Village- about a 12 minute drive. House was exactly as pictured, so much to do and enjoy inside and out. Hosts were quick to answer any and all questions leading up to our visit and throughout. Highly recommend!

We had an incredible stay during our time at Cooperstown ASV. While you’re only 10 minutes away, given the beautiful property and tons of outdoor space with the pond and yard, you feel like you’re in a secluded compound far away from the hustle and bustle. The property is very well taken care of and is filled with everything you need from games, utensils and household goodies, and ballpark needs with bleacher seats, umbrellas, and a cooler backpack. Highly recommend.

Great house

I would one hundred percent recommend this cabin for your stay in the Cooperstown area. It's also only 15 minutes from All Star Village. Upon arrival, the cabin was spotless and ready to move right into. The lay out of the cabin was great for either both a big family or a small group traveling together. Our boys LOVED having the paddle boat and fishing rods accessible to their use. At night, we enjoyed listening to nature by the campfire while making s'mores. The downstairs air hockey and pool table was also an excellent addition. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great experience.

Heaven within Baseball Heaven

Our stay was incredible at this home. It was such a peaceful retreat surrounded by New York’s picturesque backdrop. It was a great way to spend in between ball games with fishing or grilling on the patio or wiffleball in the open yard or watching the groundhogs and deer or playing card games in the spacious kitchen. We loved it. And only a quick 15-20 minute drive to the fields, restaurants and even the urgent care center (as we tested out ) It was…perfection.

Cooperstown all star village people—this is the place! We had 5 parents and plenty of room!! This is the baseball house. The Littles are so amazing too! 12-15 min from the park and Walmart as well as dicks sporting goods. The pictures don’t do this place justice!!

This property is AMAZING! Photos don’t do it justice. Nestled in the mountains, the views are picturesque. A quick 15min drive from the All Star Village, we enjoyed relaxing here between games. Younger baseball siblings spent hours fishing in the ponds and catching frogs! Well stocked with poles, nets, and outdoor toys/games. The house was wonderful too - very clean, comfortable beds, kitchen well stocked. Starlink internet was a bonus for working remotely. We all enjoyed the air hockey, pool table and board games! The hosts Denise and Donna were wonderful - good communication and made us feel very welcomed. Overall, this property made our baseball tournament experience feel more like a mountain get-away!

Amazing Cooperstown cabin

We had 5 dad’s staying in the cabin for our boys baseball tournament. The location was perfect, rooms clean and comfortable, and the outdoor space was incredible. Recommending this VRBO to anyone visiting the area.

Great Stay for Cooperstown ASV Week!

Beautiful home and property! Everything we needed for a comfortable stay; super clean, organized, and cozy. Felt like our family had a mini-vacation on top of our son’s tournament. Property manager, Donna, was terrific, immediately responsive for all questions/concerns. Perfect proximity to Cooperstown ASV, 12 minute, easy drive. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Stay!

We recently stayed in this beautifully maintained home while our son played at All Stars Village. We had both sets of grandparents join and all enjoyed the stay and property. Our younger son was kept entertained by the pool and air hockey table. Couldn’t have asked for a better location, stay or host. 5 stars!

Great property for stay while at Cooperstown ASV

The house was very clean and up to date. It was fantastic for our family. Each group had their own bathroom. The pool table and air hockey table in the basement were nice to have. The location was very convenient to Cooperstown ASV. And it was nice to have such a peaceful setting with gorgeous views. I would highly recommend staying here, you will not be disappointed!

Peaceful Cooperstown Retreat

We had an amazing stay at this house! We were there with friends for my son’s baseball tournament. My younger son fished most days and caught a ton! The kids were all very entertained by the paddle boat too, very clean inside and plenty of space for 2 families to spread out. Thanks Denise and Donna!

Hidden Gem

What an incredible hidden gem that hides in the hills and has amazing views. We booked this place because it was close to the All Star Village where our sons were going to playing. The pictures do not do it justice. It was clean and very organized. It had everything we needed for the week. Great place to relax and enjoy with family and friends!

If you are coming to visit Cooperstown or just to visit the area this place is a must. The property and the house are beautiful. The place was spotless, the manager was so helpful. We will definitely rent again.

Everything about this home was just perfect. The house is not only beautiful and clean but fully functional. The outside property is also beautiful. My kids had a blast fishing, playing air hockey, pool(table), paddle boating. There was so much to do , everyone had a great time. Its about 12 minutes away from Cooperstown ASV. This home made our trip to ASV so much easier when going with a big family. Thank you for an amazing stay, 5 stars all around.

A Peaceful and Enjoyable Vacation Rental

The house and property are beautiful. The view is fantastic. Denise, the owner, was extremely responsive and an absolute pleasure to deal with. All of the amenities are as described and very much appreciated including the s'mores kit! Thank you Denise and Walter! Would definitely rent the property again!

A wonderful retreat!

My family and I had a wonderful time staying at this property. My kids not only enjoyed fishing, paddle boarding, playing pool, and air hockey in the basement (it rained one day). The home had everything you could need and more and was a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery. Was easy. The communication was excellent and we hope to be back one day.

Fun family getaway

We all enjoyed the large house & spacious yard. Plenty of room to spread out. Kids especially loved the air-hockey table. Kitchen was well equipped & glad for the dishwasher & gas grill. Beds were comfy ; plenty of towels & of nice quality. Only small criticism : main floor bathroom sink & tub faucets are old & difficult to work..

Cooperstown Baseball Trip

This property is amazing! The home and property was wonderful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The only feedback I would provide is better TV as they are 30 years old. Despite WIFI slowness which cant be helped, better DVDs or cable tv could be provided as well as laundry detergent for traveling guests. Otherwise, amazing stay!

Cooperstown All Star Village

This property was absolutely ideal for our family trip to Cooperstown All Star Village. Very easy drive to the complex. The house is very well maintained and the property manager and owner were fantastic. LuAnn is the property manager and she provided a full tour and run through during check in. She reached out via text everyday to find out how we were doing and if we needed anything. 1st floor bedroom was great for my 80 year old parents. Very quiet and scenic grounds. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay!!

Great week in the Catskills

The property was very clean and well appointed. The land was beautiful and felt very secluded, even though it was only a 15 minute drive to Oneonta and not much further to other great spots. The pavilion near the fire pit is great for meals and relaxing, even during the hot weather. The bedrooms were comfortable and nice and cool during the hotter weather thanks to the air conditioning. The wifi was not great, but that is totally expected given the setting and not a problem or a surprise. We also lost power a few times, but it came back on within a half hour or so. All told, a great week, and we would love to stay again.

Amazing house!!

This home is absolutely amazing! Less than 15 minute drive to Cooperstown All Star Village which was perfect when there were rain delays. While my son played in the tournament and stayed at All Star Village, the rest of the family stayed at this house. My other son and nephew stayed in the basement where they were able to play pool, air hockey and Xbox whenever they wanted. The boys also went fishing outside in the pond and caught well over 20 fish. LuAnn and Denise are excellent to work with and very responsive. I highly recommend this home!!

Ideal getaway

Our family had an excellent week away from it all on this terrific property. The grounds are just as pictured and we spent hours every day outside. Everyone particularly loved the floating dock in the pond, which you can drift about on peacefully or use as a swimming or fishing base. We watched wildlife, did catch-and-release fishing, caught frogs, made s'mores, watched stars and satellites, and played lots of yard games (there was even plenty of room for a badminton set we brought along). I would recommend bringing binoculars for birdwatching and stargazing. The basement game room was also a big hit with our teens when they weren't outdoors. We also very much enjoyed visiting Cooperstown and the Baseball Hall of Fame, where the COVID-19 safety precautions in place were impressive.
