Located near ‘The Gathering Place’ is the Lilly Lane Beach Trail where NatureWalk guests can enjoy a private nature path to the beach. Bike serenely through nature preserves, to the San Juan Avenue public beach access (in about 1 mile).
Another beach access, Scenic 395 Beach Access, is 2.1 miles away.
Pool Access:
The NatureWalk ‘Gathering Place’ is located approximately 75 yards from 'Latitude Adjustment' featuring 2 pools, Jacuzzi, children’s playground, etc. The NatureWalk beach trail, located near the ‘Gathering Place’ , is a short nature trail through state forest and a sleepy side road (San Juan Ave) leading to the beach.
Parking:
Parking for two (2) vehicles is available on the driveway behind the home. Overflow Parking is available in the parallel spaces with pavers located on Flatwoods Forest Loop. Street parking is prohibited.

No Pets: No pets of any kind are permitted in 'Latitude Adjustment.' No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.

The Golf Cart is provided to the Guest by a 3rd Party Vendor, BeachWalk Vacation Gear, LLC ("BVG, LLC"). The rental policy signed is between the Guest and BVG, LLC. Golf Cart is not owned or provided to the Guest by the Homeowner or BeachWalk Vacation Properties, LLC.
