Feel cool breezes and smell the salty air. Newly renovated 3 bedroom/2 bath ranch with outdoor shower. Family friendly with relaxing lawn area and patio for playing games or barbecue. A 6 minute walk to the sandy beaches of Surf Drive.Take an evening stroll/morning bike ride on the Shining Sea Bike Path. Venture through picturesque trails in nearby bird sanctuaries/gardens, daytrip to Woods Hole, take a ferry to Martha's Vineyard or Nantucket. Spend the day in nearby historic Falmouth window shopping, enjoying concerts/farmers markets on the green or just grabbing a bite to eat amongst the wide variety of restaurants from oven baked pizza, to tea room sandwiches, fresh seafood and homemade ice cream.

family vacation

Lovely home; plenty of space for 5 people; nice bathrooms and bedrooms; all appliances including wash machine and dryer, refrigerator, etc. worked well; location was unbelievable; walking distance to beach and Falmouth Center; outdoor shower was very useful; everyone had a fantastic time

July in Falmouth

We had an incredible week in Falmouth this July. Charleen was such a great host and provided everything you need to enjoy all that Cape Cod has to offer. I'm looking forward to booking again next year!

Has all you need!

Very clean. Close to beach. Quiet neighborhood. Pack light, this house had everything you could need and then some!

Quiet and comfortable

We appreciated being walking distance to view the Falmouth road race. The property was clean and comfortable. The weather was nice so we took advantage of the outdoor shower and the patio furniture.

Awesome Salt Pond location!

We loved this rental. The house was in a wonderful, quiet location. We really enjoyed the outdoor space and spent most of our time at the home outside. We had everything that we needed, it was thoughtfully supplied with all the necessities. Would love to return here!!

Falmouth Vacation

From start to finish, renting this property was a breeze. Charleen quickly returned all of my emails and was helpful and responsive all through the week. The property was immaculate inside and out. It's located in a lovely neighborhood very close to town and the beach. I would not hesitate to rent this property again.

Cape Cod Salt Pond getaway

Location was exactly as described and was located very close to a lovely Bird Sanctuary. Many guests took advantage of that as well as the beach. Parking tags not yet required so beach parking lot was an option for free if desired. Weather was a little cool for the beach but there were clear blue skies all 6 days we were there.

Doesn't get any better than this fabulous Falmouth find!

Not sure if I have enough adjectives, but I'll try! Charleen: responsive, thoughtful, friendly, kind. The house: warm, welcoming, comfortable, charming. Great location-easy stroll to the beach, and in a pleasant, picturesque neighborhood. Everything we needed for our family of 4 adults. Comfortable beds, spacious living room, nice outdoor spaces, well-equipped kitchen. Just minutes from downtown Falmouth and Woods Hole. Genuinely hope we can return sometime. Would certainly stay here again!

Pleasant Stay.

The house was a wonderful oasis for the week. Charlene is a great host. Some of the cleaning tasks/check out procedures need to be updated since Covid. I don’t see the need in paying a cleaning fee if you have to vacuum, mop, and put sheets on the bed. Other than that things couldn’t have been better. The location and the grounds are great. The neighborhood is adorable and close to the water.

Wonderful, restful getaway!

We came here over the long Veterans' Day weekend to escape a home renovation project and what a vacation it was! We have three young children and the layout was perfect for us--plenty of room for them, and the bedrooms were far enough away that my husband and I could watch tv and visit together when they went to bed. It was such a restful spot in the fall and we all loved being so close to the beach and to town with a beautiful and easy walk in either direction. The house was in great condition and we didn't cook anything elaborate but didn't find anything lacking in the kitchen. Charleen was a wonderful host! She was so responsive and helpful, and even mailed us back a lost toy. We had a wonderful time and will hope to return!

Ideal spot - close to the sea and local sights….PLUS in a super quiet residential neighborhood. Home is lovely. Very well equipped. Had a marvelous time!

Perfect location for family beach vacation

This home is a great spot for a family get away. Close to the beach, just off the bike path with all the comforts of home. The private backyard was our favorite spot to hang out. Charleen is awesome, promptly responding to questions and addressing all of our needs. This was our second stay at this home, and we look forward to coming back soon.

Great House, Great Location

This house was a great find. Easy walk to Surf Beach, the bike path and only about a mile from downtown Falmouth. The house has a fabulous outdoor shower and a well-equipped kitchen. Spacious living room and plenty of room to spread out. The host, Charleen, was very responsive throughout the reservation process and during our entire stay. I would definitely rent this house again.

Cape Escape

Very pretty home inside and out! My family enjoyed dining in and the grill and lobster pot both went to good use. We had everything we needed to feel right at home. My "children" are all young adults, and the space was comfortable for us to gather together and to have time in our own spaces. The lawn was lovely for playing cornhole and enjoying evenings around the fire pit. The owner was responsive and friendly from the reservation process throughout our stay. Beautiful, short walk to the beach. Highly recommend!

Fabulous Home Away From Home

Quite beautiful location, close to everything. 7 minute walk to the beach. Loved the outdoor shower everything about this home. The house and property are very nicely maintained and Charlene has made sure that anything you need is available. Love Falmouth and we will be returning in 2021!

Great location in nice neighborhood, well-equipped.

Cute house that the owner obviously takes care of. The location is excellent for walking and biking, and an active vacation. Short walk to beach, and tons of beach gear and a rolling cart too. About a mile to Falmouth shops and dining, and great bird sanctuary, and salt pond views at the end of the road and while walking to the beach. The neighborhood is immaculate and the house has all kinds of useful items. Kitchen fine for limited cooking, the gas grill was also good. Some reviews mention bikes, but you will want to bring or rent your own. Checkout requirements are a bit early at 9:00 am, however it is just a cautious and appreciated approach for extra cleaning care due to Coronavirus concerns. Just plan on doing laundry early as you need to wash the sheets and towels. Would recommend!
