Beautiful Home On The White River Next Door to Wildcat Shoals Public Access Ramp

This getaway is on the banks of the White River about 5 miles north of Cotter, Arkansas and about 11 river miles below Bull Shoals dam.

About 1 acre of property, you can relax on the bank of the river to fish or just enjoy the natural surroundings. Next to the property is a public access ramp to launch your boat if you wish. Rental boats are close by. If you wish, fishing guides can also be recommended to help you enjoy your stay.

You'll have everything you need to be comfortable sleeping, eating, and relaxing at a low price at our getaway. If you want to wade the river, just walk out the door, across the yard, and you're there. The largest shoals on White River is Wildcat Shoals about a 5 minute walk away.

The location on the river is ideal, away from the crowds, but close enough from the dam where more of the big trout hangout. About a 20 minute drive to Mountain Home AR, 30 minute drive to Buffalo River, 30 minute drive to Norfork Lake, and 20 minutes to Bull Shoals Lake.

It takes just over an hour to drive to Branson, Mo. As you can see, there is a lot of recreation and/or relaxation here or very close by.

Beautiful place on the White River

The property was beautiful and very comfortable. It’s location is right on the river which makes for easy fishing steps from the front door. The wrap around deck was the perfect place to read and listen to the water. Would definitely recommend. Will be back!

This was the second time we’ve stayed here, again did not disappoint!

Went for a guys retreat and had an absolute blast, being right next to the boat ramp was a nice bonus. Caught lots of fish and weather turned out to be perfect! Highly recommend!!

Second Time Around

We love this place so much we've booked it twice now! The view, the location, the house itself, and the hosts are the best. This time we were able to have a bonfire, watch a wedding next door (Beautiful View,) Easter egg hunt, and fish as much as we wanted. Tommy and Kim Lewis are very helpful and available to us if we needed. Hopefully we are blessed again to stay here next year.

The Best Place I’ve ever stayed in Arkansas.Setting on the White River is beyond beautiful.

This Home and it’s host Kim & Tommy Lewis are just simply the best. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else. The wall of ceiling high windows gives you the most stunning views of WildCat Shoals . The location is hands downs the best I’ve ever had. This home has everything you could ask for and so much more. Don’t think twice about staying here just book it , you won’t find a better place for fun and fishing and relaxing. You won’t want to leave.

FANTASTIC LOCATION!

Very spacious 3 story house that is the 1st house next to Wildcat Shoals public launch. A quick walk from the shore to take a break. Every amenity you need in 2 different kitchens . Strong WiFi internet. PLENTY of shoreline for bank fishing. Beautiful views with a wrap around back porch. Grills, firepits, this place has it all! Will definitely be back! 5 STARS!

This was our 2nd time staying at this property and it was every bit as good as the first time. It’s right next to the boat ramp which is where we catch most of our trout and meet plenty of friendly locals and guides. This house is a fisherman’s dream.

Wildcat Property

This was an anual trip for me to fish the caddis hatch on the white river, first time staying in this wonderful home. Beautiful house with basement, main floor and second floor could easily accommodate a group of 8-12. The house presents clean and well kept as soon as you walk in. Overlooking the river, the lower patio walks out to a well kept yard with large fire pit. The decks above offer great views. This is perfect if you are fishing, walk out the door and down the boat ramp to meet your guide in 5 minutes. Really great place, I will stay there again for sure. The owners communicated perfectly via emails and txts. Thanks for hosting me this week!!

A lovely Weekend retreat.

The house and area were great for our family trip. The house had enough room for all eight of us. The location was perfect for trout fishing, and the views from the house were beautiful. This will definitely be a place for future family trips.

Excellent and peaceful

Extremely clean, wonderful hosts, very responsive and helpful, excellent location on the White River! Perfect place for a family gathering or a couples getaway. We caught several trout, enjoyed the fire pit and deck on top of the lovely home. I would recommend this place to all and will certainly be telling all my friends and family.

Two days of fishing

My wife and I have been renting a nearby house several times a year and learned to love the relaxing benefits of this White River paradise. When this property came available, we decided to purchase our own piece of Heaven.
