Amazing retreat right on the river. We hosted four Veterans for the weekend and they all loved it. Great fishing right in the back yard. Tim is a great host!!

Loved being able to walk out the door and be on the water. The house was stocked with anything and everything you could need.

Excellent location and host

We have stayed a few times at this location and it’s always a great experience. The location for fly fishing can’t be beat and the host is great.

The RBR is our favorite place to stay on the White River! Spacious accommodations with 2 living rooms, a fantastic deck with an outstanding view! Plenty of shoreline to fish and Wildcat Shoals public launch is very close!

Great location

We loved our stay! The house had most everything we needed and was in our favorite location. Tim was very easy to communicate with an very hospitable. The area is relatively quiet, beautiful landscape and wildlife. Would definitely stay here again!

I booked a two-night stay at The Riverbend Retreat for my husband and two sons. All three of them raved about the location and cleanliness of the home. They said that if they return to that area for another fishing trip, or if our whole family ever has the opportunity to all go together, we are booking Tim’s home, without hesitation, if it is available. Tim was a wonderful host, and we highly recommend him and his perfect retreat.

As good as advertised

Great place to just relax on the river bank. The house and property are both kept very clean. It’s in a great location if you’re chasing after some trout.

Men's Retreat

The house was perfect for accomplishing what we set out to do. Proximity to the river was ideal and the deck large deck made watching the river roll by very comfortable.

Great fishing weekend

We have stayed here several times. It fits 2 families very easily. We fish straight from the bank with our waders on, and usually do pretty well! We love this spot!

Best Spot on the White!

The Riverbend Retreat is our favorite place to stay on the White River. Very close to Wildcat public boat launch. Plenty of shoreline fishing. Very comfortable accommodations with 2 living rooms, 2 refrigerators, and 2 porches!

Great host and great stay

Had a great experience and would recommend to anyone coming to the area to fish. Caught fish wading right out the backyard. Talked to a few locals who reaffirmed our best fishing was right at our VRBO. Clear check in and check out instructions. Would come back.

Great for a group

Five. Friends and I stayed for five nights to attend the southern rodmakers gathering. The place was clean as described. There was plenty of room for all of us and we had a great time. We might book it again for next year.

Family Fishing Trip

We picked the perfect place to spend our White River fishing trip. The house was accurately described on VRBO and we lacked for nothing. My grandsons were able to fish within view of the deck and fish were abundant. Above all the house was clean and comfortable.

Great getaway

This is a great place to vacation especially if you’re wanting to do trout fishing, which can be done behind the house in the White River. Tim Taylor is an excellent host, as he provided everything we needed. We all caught loads of trout. We will definitely be coming back!

Excellent as usual!

This is our 4th or 5th time staying at the Riverbend Retreat. We love it every time we are there. Great house with lots of room and everything you need. Great location with some of the best fishing right in the back yard. Great neighbors and great owners. I cannot say enough about our favorite getaway. You are truly going to love it.

Best Spot on the River

This place is my favorite place to stay on the White River. Plenty of bedrooms. Two separate dens with their own TV's. Good Wifi. PLENTY of shallow bank fishing. VERY close to Wildcat Shoals Public launch. Repeat customer over many years.
