Comfortable Beach House with Canal and Close Proximity to the Beach

Relax and unwind at our beach cottage in South Bethany Beach. Fit for a large family or group, or small getaway, the house is equipped for every need.

Inside is a spacious floor plan with an open kitchen, large dining and living areas as well as a game room with Ping Pong and Foosball tables. There are 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths along with additional sleeping on pull-out couches available.

Outside you will find a large deck/patio multi-use space. There are several lounging chairs as well as two large tables for outdoor eating. We have a grill available as well. Along the side of the house is an outdoor shower to rinse off after a long day on the beach. And finally, off of the back of the house is a 25 ft. dock perfect for a boat, kayaks, etc as well as crabbing.

Summer rentals begin June 10-Sept 2 and must be reserved Saturday through Saturday.

Guests should bring their own linens as they are not included.

What a beautiful home and property! Excellent staying in this space. So comfortable, beautiful deck and dock in the back. Felt safe in this house, which is a great feeling when you have 3 grandchildren along. Hope to rent again in the future.

Welcoming light filled house with everything you need to gather with friends and family. The backyard area on the canal is lovely for dinners and morning coffee. So nice to have an outdoor shower, grill, ping pong table, bikes and comfy beds.

My family loved our stay. This is a great property and hosts. Our favorite aspects of the property are location (on the canal, not too far from beach, right in the center of South Bethany), the outdoor deck on the water, and for us -- the garage. We were able to leave the doors and top off my Bronco the entire week, because if there was a chance of rain we could pull into the garage. Easy bike ride to the beach. Not a bad walk. They even have parking passes, so we were able to drive the Bronco with all our gear and park right by the beach multiple days. Thank you to Kathie and Jon for being gracious hosts!

Great Spot for a Family Gathering

We all had a wonderful time reconnecting as an extended family. The house had plenty of room for all. The back porch offered great views and pleasant breezes when out of the direct sun. We ate outside almost every night, using the large dining table for a jigsaw puzzle. We could easily launch kayaks and paddle boards from the dock. Our host made sure our arrival went smoothly and promptly answered our questions. We’d love to return next summer.

Perfect Family Vacation Get Away!

We loved our stay. The home was comfortable and had everything we needed. Whether relaxing on the deck by the canal, at the beach enjoying the sun and ocean, or enjoying family meals, we were able relax and enjoy being together. The home was close enough to walk to beach and a very short drive to the state park beach. Easy access for toddlers and great grandparents alike. Thank you for making my dad’s birthday celebration so special. Perfect Location! Comfortable Home!

Fun for the whole family!

I came here with my family for a week of fun in the sun. That is what we all got and more. My family was accompanied by my parents and sister, my family includes a 1 and 5 yr old. There is more then enough room and supplied activities to have fun in the house alone. Being on the canal provides a gorgeous view and the opportunity for even more activities, i.e. kayak, crabbing, fishing, ect. These homeowners provide beach passes and always make your stay feel special. I would recommend this house and these owners to anyone looking to get away! We all can't wait for next year and hopefully many more to come!
