Welcome to your dream Bethany Beach getaway! This gorgeous home is just a 17 minute walk to the ocean and Bethany's main drag. This house is at the dead-end of a very quiet street. Perhaps the most notable feature is our FOUR decks, one of which is a screened in porch. The 2 main decks are equipped with outdoor speakers. TWO Town of Bethany parking passes included! Linen delivery included!

Large 65" 4K OLED smart TV in the main living room (guaranteed the best image you've ever seen!) and regular 4K with Xboxes in every room of the house! Basic beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, toys) included!

We only rent to families for family vacations. We occasionally allow exceptions, but you'll need to contact us to discuss first.
We do not rent the house out for any sort of high school or college "beach week".

Beautiful property! Biking distance from beach! Loved the house and all of the amenities offered by the hosts- coffee, paper towels, washing detergent, etc! Made our trip so much easier and enjoyable!

Decked Out is everything we could want in a beach house for an annual family week. Well-designed, comfortable furnishings, family-friendly, and on a quiet street. We particularly love the screened porch, the double living areas, and the host is very generous with supplies. One of the air conditioners was not working when we arrived and he had someone there within 20 minutes of me asking about it! Fixed before dinner was over and was great the rest of the week. It really makes a difference having an owner who truly cares about their house and their guests. Tiny ding because the cleaners this year weren't as thorough as other years but the house was still in very good shape.

This is a beautiful home that is obviously well loved and cared for. The owner has gone above and beyond to provide for his guests. This was our second year renting here and we hope for many more. Five stars!

Awesome rental property

The rental property was beyond our expectations. We loved the 4 decks and sound system and how well it was stocked. We loved it so much we have already booked it again for next year.

Decked Out is wonderfully located and meticulously maintained. Owner Ryan has thought of everything and is so gracious and generous in ensuring we have a wonderful time while here. We especially appreciate the linens and towels included, so many supplies here, the thoughtful charging stations, the kids fun and the house is always spotless.

We loved the house. The layout was terrific, great lighting. Screened in porch gave us places to eat outside. The Xbox was wonderfully entertaining for the kids. The beach chairs, umbrella and toys were handy. We loved being able to walk or take the trolley to the beach.

Our stay with family could not have worked out better. The house looks exactly like it does in the pictures. Even better. Just a five minute drive to the beach. If you have children, there are so many toys and games available. Plus everything you could possibly need for the beach in terms of toys and chairs and boogie boards. Beds were very comfortable. House was very clean. We all agreed that we would return.

Fabulous Vacay!

Decked out is, indeed, decked out - in multiple ways. We've never stayed in a rental that was as well equipped as this lovely home. This is a home that is clearly loved by a thoughtful owner. Although the week was not prime for the beach (Hurricane Debby) being housebound here was not disappointing as we were in a beautiful setting with multiple options for both fun and relaxation. 5 stars!

A wonderful place to stay in Bethany Beach

We had a delightful long weekend with some of our family! We enjoyed this property’s close proximity to the beach. We walked there once or twice each day(I believe that it was about one mile away)! This house was furnished better than any house that we have stayed in. They truly thought of everything that might be needed! The host was very accommodating to our needs. We enjoyed gathering as a family inside in the living areas as well as on their various decks(one was screened-in and a great place to play games at night.) We prepared several meals at the house and the kitchen had every utensil and pan that we needed. The game cabinet was stocked with games and puzzles for all ages and at least one game was brand new. The house and furnishings are all rather new. Everything was well cared for. We will definitely stay here again if we are back in Bethany Beach.

The house is very family friendly! We had 3 children ages 5 and younger. The house has toys, games, books, step stools and adequate beds for young children. The kids could play and watch TV just off the main livingroom while adults talk or watch a different TV. The host has thought of about everything a group of people could need or want. The trolley can pick you up one street over. Everyone we met, whether in a shop, in the park, or on the beach were very friendly. There were 7 of us in the house for 5 nights. Very quiet street with 4 separate decks off the house just for us! Host responded quickly to all messages. We highly recommend this house for your stay! Marcia, June 2026

Well provisioned home

Had a group of seven friends staying for an annual beach trip weekend. This was by far the best equipped home we have stayed in. Kitchen was fully outfitted. Paper products, k-cups, toiletries, etc. we’re provided. Location is quiet and walkable to the beach although it is a longer walk along a busy road. But the trolley is also an option. Would stay again.

Family Vacation

Beautiful house furnished with not only great spaces, sound system, fully equipped kitchen but also bathroom and kitchen disposables. Enjoyed borrowing the cornhole and beach items as well! Parking passes a must as beach is too long of a walk with beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. Enjoyed the layout as allowed people different areas to spread out and give each other space. We had a new house under construction next door to us and host provided white noise machines to help with the sound but we didn’t need them although thought that was an awesome gesture!

Just what we needed

This home was beautiful and well stocked. It was a wonderful home away from home. The location was close to everything we needed- the beach, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. We would recommend to others.

Excellent Beach House

My family really enjoyed our three night getaway right after Christmas. The home has two en-suite master bedrooms (one ground floor King bed and one second floor Queen bed). Two other bedrooms have a twin over double bunk bed with trundle and one with a Queen and separate twin. Our 7 person family had plenty of room and the two living rooms are comfortable for large gatherings. There is a wonderful variety of DVD’s and games. The kitchen is very well equipped. A laundry room/powder room is right off the kitchen which was super convenient. I highly recommend this home for a beach vacation!
