Recently renovated, the studio is small, comprises approximately 250 sq ft with amazing water views of St. Thomas. There is an entrance to the unit from the lower driveway of the property, so there is privacy for all units. The studio has an open floor plan with efficient kitchen, queen bed, folding dining table & chairs, bathroom and shower. The bathroom is off of the kitchen and it open. The strong breeze keeps the studio cool, so A/C is not a necessity. It does have a A/C unit. We just ask that you turn it You have an option to rent a golf cart on Water Island. STARTER SUPPLIES: For your convenience we have provided you with one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and one roll of paper towels and dish soap. We recommend purchasing additional supplies and food and drink at WI-MART (Mini Mart) right on Water Island next to the property or Pueblo Supermarket: just 2 blocks from Crown Bay Marina is the large grocery store. Or you can have someone provision the house for you. There is a company that offers provisioning.
