Great views, comfy beds, super floor plan with 2 separate living spaces. The screened porch with the view was a favorite!! The home was not as clean as we had hoped and the kitchen was lacking a few items that would have been helpful (pot holders, sharp knives and large fry pans) Overall, a great stay!

We enjoyed the house very much , the covered porch was a big hit especially at night ,stayed Sept 6 - 13 close to town and food stores.the dogs loved the beach . Awesome stay!Joann Pflugh

This house sits right on the beach where you can walk your dog and watch the surfers and close enough to town to make it convenient to restaurants and shops. The house itself is clean and neat and very comfortable. The decks are very nice for sunning and outdoor dining. The bedrooms are small but adequate.

Nice Beach Retreat
Great location, awesome screened in porch, beautiful beach views, and a lovely home with a well appointed kitchen made our stay a fun family mini fall vacation!

Superb property!
Private secluded feel yet close to all things Folly. Comfortable beds, beautiful spaces. I could live on the sun deck and screened porch - didn't want to leave! Will definitely stay here again!

Private and Relaxing
Lovely property, nice that it has 2 living rooms, 1 up 1 down. Beachfront is pristine. Beds very comfortable.

Perfect Beach Getaway
Wow! What a perfect place to stay! You are literal steps away from the beach, but it is also very private. Everything about our stay was so fantastic and I would absolutely stay here over and over again.

Fantastic location 50 steps from the water
Great spot with a fantastic view from the back deck right on the surfing spot.

Beautiful View
The view of the ocean was breath taking!!! We loved sitting on the back deck and in the screened in porch listening to the ocean. It was relaxing!!! The house was the perfect size for our stay.

Short but sweet get away!
The house was perfect for enjoying the quiet beach! Perfect little yard and great beds! We wish it could have been a longer visit. We will be back! Great spot for family and friends, nice layout and easy to find! Thank you!

Surf’s up
The proximity to the ocean was amazing. It had Plenty of room too. The porches were so awesome, We did yoga daily on the outside deck🧘🏻. Folly beach is very quaint and super close to the house.
We would like to see an upgrade on linens for the comfy beds.
We will for sure rent this house again!! Thank you 😊

Wonderful 2 weeks
We stayed in this house for 2 weeks in February. There was plenty of room for us all (there were 8 of us for some of the time), and our small dog. The bedrooms are small but comfortable, and the downstairs bathroom was renovated so it is even nicer than the pictures. The beach was amazing and just a few steps away. We had a few small maintenance issues that were handled promptly. I would definitely recommend this for a beachfront stay in Folly Beach!

Brothers and sister meeting for the first time!!
It was the perfect house for my children and the grandkids! The weather was perfect and even though the corona virus caused all restaurants to be closed, it was so much fun cooking with family and playing lots of games as a family. We also had family portraits done by HannahLane Photography and she was wonderful!! This week meant the world to me, it couldn’t have been more perfect!
