This sweet little place is located within walking distance of locally-owned shops and restaurants, such as Smith Brothers Butcher Shop, Satchel, and Public. Very nice, clean, cozy place! Great location, very walkable to everything. The kitchen and bathroom were fully equipped with everything you need. Would highly recommend and would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at this cute house. Its was clean and close to everything we wanted to do. Everything went smoothly when we arrived. We would stay again. Only thing that I would suggest is getting rid of the spices and dry products that people probably left behind.

Nice little apartment very close to everything in Savannah. Only issue was the street parking was pretty far from the door which is in an alley and I felt uncomfortable walking to the door at night alone. The place itself was very clean and perfectly stocked with everything I needed! I wouldn’t stay again just because of parking but I also have arthritis in my knees and a handicap placard that rendered useless.

The property was clean and the bed was very comfortable. It is in a great neighborhood with lots of free parking nearby, so that saved us a bunch of money. Also everything that we wanted to go to was within walking distance.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Excellent location. Walking distance from everything. Very clean with full kitchen although stove did not work. We called for repair but it was not completed by our departure so microwaved eggs it was! Once fixed I would recommend this place as a good place to stay

5 day stay for USATF National Championship

Location was perfect as it was only 4 miles from where we needed to be for the entire stay. Lots of things to do in downtown. Close to shops, food, museums, etc. Size of the unit was perfect. I only anticipated my wife and my 14 yr old son but at the last minute my 19 yr old daughter came. Check in was super simple. An email telling me all I needed to know to enter and leave the unit. Never once needed to contact anyone. You have to park on the street approximately 50 yards away from the unit but you can pull up to the front door to load/unload. There are stairs as soon as you enter the unit to get to the living space that sits over a garage. You don't have access to the garage.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Liberty lane carriage house was perfect for my son and I, very quiet area but walking distance to historical area and Forsyth park. Some great restaurants nearby , and for those driving parking was a breeze with free parking in Broad st at the end of the lane way. Kitchen lounge area was spacious and clean, and the bed was super comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely area

Walk upstairs to a nice secluded bungalow. Impressed right away. Very clean and fit our needs perfectly. Gorgeous neighborhood lots of fun squares to explore.

Excellent spring time vacation

We liked the rental a lot. Surrounding affordable hotels had bad reviews, and there were no hidden fees here. Parking was tricky but fine. Some dust around under beds. No pests. You can hear trash pick up in a.m. but it didn’t bother us. Felt like home. And It was great having a kitchen!

Great Location!

We just came for quick weekend getaway and loved it! The place was very clean and cozy. We didn't spend much time in there because it was such a convenient location to walk almost anywhere in the downtown area. Will definitely be back!

Excellent location!

Very nice stay. Everything we needed was provided. Great communication with any questions I had. Parking is possible if you’re patient. I have one suggestion for the property owners. Mount the TV on the wall and remove the giant entertainment center. Once the sofa bed is pulled out if you have two people sleeping in the bed, the person on the far side cannot scoot around the bed to access the bathroom, The entertainment center takes up much of that room and really holds nothing but the TV. It’s just my suggestion to make more room. It’s fine and manageable as is also. The checkout directions say to leave the dirty dishes in the dishwasher, but there is no dishwasher. It didn’t impact us because we ate out every single meal, but wanted the property manager to know. Would stay here again.

The unit had 3 inches of dust on the air vent filters and the kitchen was pretty filthy (anyone with allergies like myself should avoid). The bed had no headboard and was on wheels - two people could normally sleep on a Queen, but with the pillows falling off constantly and the rolling of the bed made it impossible to sleep on. The couch was from the 1980s and supposedly was a sleeping option … yikes. The leasing company (Cora Bett Thomas) was a nightmare to work with and I had to talk with different agents to get help - they had trouble communicating with one another, so we ended up not even staying at this property except for one night. The only thing going for this property is the location. Other than that, I do not recommend. Stay far away!
