Beautifully decorated, one bedroom, one bath apartment located in the heart of the historic district. Beautiful exposed brick walls accents the feel of this historic building with all the modern conveniences. Located inside a secure building on Broughton Street, the heart of the shopping district, this fabulous one-bedroom apartment awaits you and your guest. A long hall leads to the kitchen where you will find all new, stainless-steel appliances, and a fully stocked kitchen ready for your use. The kitchen has an eat in dining area and is adjacent to the living room, where you can sit back and enjoy T.V. or just relax after a long day of sightseeing and shopping. Equipped with a full-size washer and dryer to make your longer stays more convenient. A beautifully decorated bedroom awaits you at the end of the day. King size, fitted with a very comfortable mattress and fine linens, and no windows, this bedroom is the perfect place to get a good night's rest. The bathroom is such as nicely decorated, with a great tub and shower combo and a new granite counter/sink top for getting ready to hit the street again!

Perfect location and the condo was great! A suggestion would be some type of signage to place in vehicle for unloading and loading and quiet signs in the hallway we did get woken up early because of loud talking. Overall our stay was very pleasant and we would stay there again.

The apartment was close to everything. Perfect for a couple enjoying Savannah for a couple days. Bed was very comfortable. We were very impressed with the cleanliness.

The studio was great. Within walking distance of everything. There was a bar just below the windows that were pretty noisy until 3:00 in the morning would be my only complaint

Beautiful apartment with everything you would want for a stay in Savannah. Great location. Noise from a bar across the alley was not a problem because the comfy bedroom is in the back of the apartment. We loved it!

The loft was great! Music is a little loud from the rooftop bar behind the unit if someone sleeps on the pull out. Paula was fabulous! She answered my texts very quickly and was very kind.

Such a beautiful and clean property, great location within walking distance to everywhere we went, and the host was helpful and quick in responding to my booking questions! I highly recommend this property and am already looking forward to a return visit!

Great location to stay and walk every where. No parking at the property but MLK parking garage is at the end of the block. There is no signs to show you where the door is.

Wonderful location- near everything. Entry door is black next to Walgreens.

Jeanne: Glad you enjoyed your stay. Actually the "entry " door is on Montogomery Street. The door next to Walgreens is for staff and commercial deliveries, but they both work to get you in!

Great location and within walking distance to a lot of things. We enjoyed our stay but if you have to use the fold out couch just be warned there is a night club right outside the living room window that goes into the early morning hours. Luckily our kids sleep like rocks but wanted to add that in case it would be an issue for anyone else. The host was great with any communication we had upon check in and fairly quick to respond. Overall we had a good stay.
