Fantastic place to stay! House was clean and had everything we needed in it! Perfect location from town and nice and quiet and private! Host was very friendly and fantastic with communication and making sure we had what we needed! Would stay in this house again for sure!

Sandy was so fun to chat with and I loved the communication before and during our stay! She made us feel welcome and we were very comfortable during our stay. The property was clean, well maintained, and well stocked with cookware and towels. It was so nice to have a washer and dryer to use as well! You couldn't ask for a better location- close to town but not in town so you can enjoy the best of both worlds. We saw elk and owls regularly nearby the property. The bonus is being so close to Yellowstone! My family and I cannot wait to come back!

Best location, highly recommend. Great if you want to be closer to the park. Awesome host — she cares the most. Didn’t hesitate to check on us even at midnight. She helped with all the questions we had. Property is clean and equipped with everything listed. We really enjoyed the stay and will always recommend.

Communication with Sandy prior to, and during our stay was excellent! The house was clean, and well stocked with household amenities, it has a very welcoming vibe. We enjoyed the Owls nest in the back yard with Mom, Dad and 2 babies to entertain us (and great photo ops). I very much liked being outside the crowds of the town of Gardner. I recommend this or Sandys second house to anyone looking to stay up by the North entrance to Yellowstone Park. It was perfect for Family.

We were pleased with the property overall. The weather was extremely warm 95*. Our only issue was the lack of air conditioning. That said there were fans in each room which made a difference. I would strongly recommend. The property owner was attentive and gracious. Thanks

The property was very cozy and conveniently located; just a 3 mile drive outside of downtown Gardiner and the North entrance to Yellowstone. Gardiner is a quaint town, and we enjoyed being close to everything. Sandy, the property owner, is kind, friendly, and really cares about her guests. She provided prompt responses to any concerns that I had prior to and during our stay at her place. The property has nice amenities like air conditioning, kitchen essentials, and a great fire pit! We were thrilled that Sandy provided laundry detergent and fabric softener so we could do laundry during our stay. The beds and couches are quite comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay! Highly recommend this property and the owner!

The property was clean, well-maintained, and easy to access. The host was very friendly, responsive, and quick to address any questions or concerns we had.The only downside was the air conditioning. There was only one AC unit in the living room, and none of the bedrooms had air conditioning. At times, the bedrooms became quite warm, which made sleeping a bit uncomfortable. Other than that, we had a pleasant stay.

We had a great stay. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. The house was clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this property to others.

The house was amazing. It was so close to the park entrance. They had everything you could want and it was well stocked. Lots of space for the whole family. Would definitely book another stay there.

This home is a 4th generation family home. Our children have been born and raised in the area, and all graduated from Gardiner schools. I moved to Gardiner, from Northern Idaho, met and married Joe in 1982 (deceased). We raised 3 boys on these properties. We are a very family and friend-oriented family. We have supported the town and school of Gardiner with a lot of pride of the area. All our boys have been in 4-h, showing horses, sheep and beef. I worked for Yellowstone Natl. Park for 14 years then moved to Great Falls, MT. and worked at Malstrom Airforce base as a motor vehicle and equipment operator. I'm now retired, and enjoying my grandkids. I like to meet new people and like to make new friends.
