Nice property in a great location. Host didn’t send required paperwork until morning of stay which made it challenging to get everything signed. Not sure why there is a required ski question for an October stay.

Vacation getaway

It was very inviting and homie. Everything you needed to enjoy the amenities outside like basketball and badminton was included in the house which was very nice. Tons of movies, games and books were in the house to enjoy. Perfect place to take a vacation.

Great location!

Great overall size and lotion. Great play area for small kids! The unit it’s self could have been cleaner but that would be the only negative!

Lovely stay!

We had a very enjoyable stay. As the property is managed thru "Taylor Made" I'm sure the owners would appreciate the sweeping of all porches/patios as part of the turnover process. My husband and I swept and cleaned off all the outdoor areas and furniture so they could be used.(lots of cobwebs and dust) Of note there is AC in most rooms so it was very comfortable temperature wise. We would definitely stay here again!

Not long enough!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great stay with my extended family, two toddlers and six adults the place was the perfect size. My only complaint is we didn't stay long enough!

Peaceful Lake Home

This town home is in a perfect location right on the lake. The surroundings were beautiful and the lake was accessible from the lower level bedroom doors. There are even benches to sit on! The view was amazing, the home was very clean, and there was air conditioning in almost every room with fans also, which made it very comfortable. The complex is in a great location and within 10 to 15 minutes of restaurants, recreation, shops, and Swallow Falls, which I highly recommend if you are up for a moderate hike. The home has 3 floors with five or six steps between each floor. There are also about 10 steps leading down to the entry of the property to be aware of. Our stay was one of the most peaceful vacations we have ever had. You can also fish right off the dock in back or go down to a nice sandy beach area to hang out, which was further down from the property complex to the right. There were beautiful sunsets to enjoy there plus shade trees as well. The only concern we had were a number of spiders making webs on both the upper and lower outside seating areas, so we just took our camp chairs down and sat on the lawn in front of the lake. All in all it was a wonderful getaway that we would definitely consider doing again!!

Nice stay at the lake

Enjoyed our quick getaway. It was a perfect view of the lake and close to stores and hiking. Difficult to reach property management - they don’t return emails and insist you call them. I wish there had been (we couldn’t find it) info on where wood for fireplace was located (we ended up buying it) or how to lock the doors (that was an adventure but we finally figured it out). Overall we had a nice and relaxing stay sans kids and enjoyed the quiet and peaceful views.

Enjoyable stay stay at Four Hooppole South G6

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay. The rental property was very clean and well maintained. We found everything we needed in the townhouse and you can't beat the location. We took advantage of the available boat slip as we rented a boat for 3 days during our stay. The only suggestion I would have for the owners is to install a garbage disposal in the kitchen. Such a small expense would make it a bit easier. We are just not used to having to be careful with the kitchen sink.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: View was great, Slip was nice except we were told we couldn't have a Sail boat on the dock once we were there with it. Biggest issue was the overwhelming mildew smell in the lower level.

Update 8/17/17: I am happy to report that after an especially damp summer, the owner is updating to a newer, larger dehumidifier for the lower level. Hi Lawrence! Thank you for your review! I will make sure to mention to the maintenance department about the lower level. We were able to get a dehumidifier for the lower level so that will help with the smell. Also, thank you for letting us know about the sail boat as we were unaware of that. I did check into that and sailboats can't be docked in the slips because the wave activity gets the mast swinging ominously at times towards other boats next door or folks getting into those boats. Next time please give us a call and we can contact the association to work out a location for you to park your sailboat! We hope to see you again soon! Regards, Lisa

But, this home has issues with humidity on lower level; everything(e.g.,carpet,bedding)was damp our entire week's stay.
