Pelican Pointe 304, situated on the 3rd floor in Orange Beach, is a splendid Gulf-front condo, perfect for a tranquil seaside retreat. Ideal for up to 10 guests, this 3-bedroom, 2-bath vacation home combines comfort with modern elegance, ensuring a memorable stay.

As you enter the Primary suite, you're greeted with a luxurious King bed, an ensuite bath for privacy, and entertainment essentials like a flat-screen TV. Step out onto the balcony directly from the Primary suite and immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of the waves and the gentle Gulf breeze. The second bedroom is cozy and inviting, featuring a Queen bed, while the third bedroom is furnished with 2 Double beds, making it perfect for families or groups. Both guest rooms are equipped with flat-screen TVs, ensuring entertainment for all ages.

The heart of the condo is the fully equipped kitchen, boasting granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, inviting you to prepare your favorite meals with ease. The convenience of a full-sized washer and dryer adds to the comfort of your stay. The living room is a haven for relaxation and socializing, with a large flat-screen TV and a sofa sleeper that adds extra sleeping space.

Pelican Pointe, located in a stunning coastal setting, offers an array of amenities designed for the ultimate beach vacation. This welcoming complex features both an outdoor and an indoor pool, catering to swimming preferences in any weather. Guests can indulge in relaxation with the indoor hot tub, perfect for unwinding after a day of beach activities or exploration. For families, the kiddie pool provides a safe and fun environment for the little ones to enjoy the water. Sports enthusiasts will appreciate the tennis court, which is also lined for pickleball and features a basketball hoop for added recreation. Pelican Pointe also includes a well-equipped fitness room for those who wish to keep up with their exercise routine during their stay. For outdoor dining and socializing, the complex offers a grilling area, ideal for barbecues and gatherings.

PARKING
Beginning May 16th, 2025, all reservations will include two parking passes as part of your stay. Your parking passes will be waiting in your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon arrival.
Please note: No refunds will be given for parking passes. Parking policies are set by the property’s HOA and may change throughout the year.

MONTHLY RENTALS
The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: November, December, January, and February. To get a quote on the monthly rental rates for this property, call our reservations team. Additional parking passes may be necessary for monthly rentals based on the length of stay and HOA requirements.

Beautiful Property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was well furnished - we just needed to add food! The views were absolutely amazing!

Girls trip

Unit felt smaller than pictures showed. It really is a great space and we just limited the amount of people in the kitchen at one time. I believe this is the first time I had to pay to park in the facilities own lot. I find it strange that at least one of those didn’t come with the rental. We also had the master’s tub drain toggle that wouldn’t keep the water inside. I called and asked for a repair man and he never came during the three days of our stay. I had to stuff a wash cloth in the drain to bathe every night. Everything else was wonderful. Location is great being very close to restaurants and grocery stores and of course it was on the beach.

Vacation spot

This was a perfect spot bc it was right over the pool and perfect view of the beach. Liquid life was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Places close to walk and pick up something if needed.

Relaxing cozy condo!

We enjoyed the location and amenities at this property very much. It was nicely decorated and easy to check into. The walk to the beach is easy. Also both pools on the property were nicely kept and we felt very safe in this location.

Misinformed about amenities

We were not informed at the very beginning of the booking that the outdoor pool, hot tubs and that our balcony was not going to be able to enjoy at all during our stay. Those facts should have been relayed up front instead of buried in the fine print of a several page email. Very disappointed with LIQUID LIFE MANAGEMENT.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our condo was filthy, management was awful. We were not informed of the balcony being completely taken off until we arrived. Liquid Life vacation rentals were unprofessional and extremely rude. Over half of the condo didn’t work, or had issues. We will not rent from liquid life again.

Do not stay here if constitutes still going on

We arrived and to our dismay the balcony had a sign on it that it was closed. We reached out to the rental company and they said they had no idea and would put a call in to the HOA. We never received a call back in regards to this issue. We notified them that the condo did not appear to be cleaned properly; there was crumbs and rice on the counters and floor did not appear to have been mopped. While cooking the first night a baby roach came out on the counter and a short time later we found another in the bathroom. The rental company was notified and they sent the maid out the next day but she only stayed 10 minutes and we are not sure what they even did. The first morning we were awoken at 8:00am sharp with drilling right off our balcony, men on scaffolding waving at us as they drilled into the cement and metal bars of the balcony. We went to the rental office and was told we should have called to cancel when we received the email that the pool would be closed and some construction was happening but this email was received after the deadline to cancel had already passed. We were told to leave the rental office because there was nothing they could do for us. Every morning the work crews began drilling right off our balcony at 8am and did not stop until 5pm. The walkway to the beach was covered in orange construction netting and the path was no bigger then one person wide. By the last day of our stay the whole first floor balconies were being supported by metal poles. We questioned the safety of the building as a whole and felt very unsafe the last night there. The noise was unbearable and registered above safe limits, in the dangerous to hearing level. We reached out to the rental company several times but the answer was always that they couldn’t do anything. Do not stay here until construction is finished! The trip was stressful, noisy, and we were concerned for our safety. If construction is completed you might want to reconsider this unit also because of the cleanliness aspect. Our stay here was very disappointing but we did try to make the most of it.

July Family Trip

The condo was basically as described. Balcony was nice and spacious. Bedroom furniture/decorations were basic / no frills. Condo building / facilities were under major construction, causing detours and dirty environments. Grills were very dirty and hardly able to be used. Acceptable place with no frills.

Fun on the Beach

Fantastic stay on Orange Beach. The condo is in a great location and the family really enjoyed the beach and pool. The beach chair and umbrella rental companies did take up a lot of space on the beach, but we were always able to find a spot.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is small, dirty and outdated. We were hoping to relax in nice comfy seating with a beach view but the furniture is so stiff and uncomfortable. Be sure to bring your own blankets and chairs. The shower is nasty with a broken drain. There is dust hanging from every air vent (my husband is cleaning it as I type this) and the furniture that is supposed to be white is so dirty and old that it is brown. The amenities are not bad.

Family beach vacation

Much needed Vacation

The kitchen was probably the best stocked kitchen That we’ve ever stayed in! We did not have to buy anything for cooking at all (except the food). The balcony was our favorite part by far! There’s plenty of room for everyone to rest and relax out there! We really enjoyed our week in this condo!
