Welcome to White Caps 1202, your luxurious Gulf-front oasis offering breathtaking views and unparalleled comfort. Located on the 12th floor, this exquisite 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo features a large private balcony accessible from both the living room and Primary bedroom, allowing you to soak in the beauty of Orange Beach and the soothing sounds of the Gulf.

The Primary suite is a serene sanctuary featuring a plush King bed, private bath, and access to the balcony. Relax in front of the flat-screen TV or unwind with a book as you enjoy the gentle Gulf breeze.

The second bedroom offers a comfortable Queen bed, while the third bedroom boasts two Full-sized beds, providing ample space for your family or group. Both guest rooms are equipped with flat-screen TVs for your entertainment.

Prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with granite countertops and backsplash. With all the essential appliances and utensils at your disposal, cooking in is a breeze. A full-sized washer and dryer are also provided for your convenience.

Tile floors throughout the unit add to the coastal charm, while free wireless internet access ensures you stay connected during your stay. Gather in the spacious living room and watch your favorite shows or movies on the large flat-screen TV.

COMPLEX DETAILS & AMENITIES
White Caps provides a range of amenities for a delightful beach vacation experience. The complex is equipped with an outdoor pool for sunny day swims and an indoor pool for a more enclosed aquatic experience. The outdoor kiddie pool is a perfect spot for the little ones to splash and play safely. Guests looking to relax can enjoy the indoor hot tub, ideal for easing into a state of calm and relaxation. For those interested in staying active, the complex includes a tennis and pickleball court, providing a fun way to engage in sports. Guests can take advantage of the grilling area, perfect for outdoor dining and gatherings. The complex also features a boardwalk leading directly to the beach, with a rinse-off area for convenience after beach activities.

PARKING
New reservations booked after May 16th, 2025 will include two parking passes as part of your stay. Your parking passes will be waiting in your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon arrival.
Please note: No refunds will be given for parking passes. Parking policies are set by the property’s HOA and may change throughout the year.

Fantastic

Loved our stay on Orange Beach! The 12th floor large balcony&ocean view is just amazing. The condo was well equipped with very comfortable beds, plenty of seating and lots of kitchen supplies. Do bring your own seasonings, round coffee filters and paper towels. The ice maker works well too. Showers have good pressure. If I had to point out any upgrades needed, it would be a new couch or a good cleaning. It is totally passable & not super bad though. We threw a blanket over it and it was very comfy to lay on. We will definitely be staying in this same unit in the future! Love the decor! And great price. We stayed 3/9-3/14/25 and couldn’t see the sunsets as they were too far to the right of us. (Maybe just time of year) we will def stay in this unit again in the future!

Very Nice

Condo was very clean with a well stocked kitchen. Large balcony with plenty of seating for our group of 5 and friends that visited during our stay. I would definitely recommend this condo.

Girl trip

It was 6 of us. We loved the balcony. It was so nice. The condo was very clean, and tge beds were very comfortable. We will defantly be coming back.

Large family

We took 10 people with us, ranging from ages 9-76. The pull out couch was not comfortable to sleep on so we ended up buying an air mattress to accommodate everyone. The rooms were a good size, the kitchen had everything we needed. The balcony was spacious & perfect for sitting. The elevators were fast and an easy walk to the beach. We had a great time, slept well & made lots of memories.

Nice Condo, Great Complex, Few Minor Things including Black Mold

The condo was nice, bedding clean, and complex was nice. However there are a few things the owner needs to take care of to make this a nicer place. 1. There is BLACK MOLD in numerous places on the ceiling and around some of the air vents. This is unacceptable and should be taken care of before renting again. 2. The kitchen faucet leaks unless you move it around to just the exact right spot to get it to stop. I wouldn't do this to get by in my own home, let alone expect this in a paid rental. 3. Vent in the spare bathroom does not work and the floor gets extremely slick when you take a shower. The remainder of my list are things that would make the condo nicer, but not necessities. 4. Should have a rug inside the main door to leave beach shoes to help stop sand being tracked into the unit. 5. Several cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms do not close properly. Easy fix and would make the unit nicer. 6. Toilet paper holders in the bathrooms hang on the tank and thereby make it very difficult (and impossible for young kids) to twist around to get paper while sitting on the toilet. They need to be installed on the side of the counters, opposite wall, or even free standing dispensers next to the toilets. 7. Most of the doors in the unit squeak when you open/close them. Rather annoying when you have a sleeping/napping child. A little WD40 and this would be fixed. For the complex (not unit), they need to suggest a fan be put in the elevators. Extremely hot inside.

Wonderful Family Vacation!

We had the best time! The location was wonderful! The beach was beautiful. Condo was exactly as pictured and great fit for 8 adults and 2 small children. Check in was super easy they sent you a code and you went right up to the condo. We had trouble with the sink not draining well and maintenance came up to check it in within 30 minutes. Will definitely consider staying again in the future!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was as listed. Only issues were tv remote in LR and main bedroom. BR would not change channels. Had to get out-of bed to change. Numerous remotes in the unit. Would have been better to have them listed as to where they belonged. Patio was very nice as were furnishings in unit. Parking was never an issue

We had a great time and really enjoyed the condo! Great location, quick response from Liquid Life when needed, and the most BEAUTIFUL VIEWS available. I recommend this property!

AJ, the security guard took care of it right away. Then Liquid Life and the owners handled the issue! We were very pleased with how they handled it. Everything was great with the stay!

Beach trip 2022!

We really enjoyed our stay! The beach was beautiful! The unit was spacious...loved the balcony outside! The only thing that bothered me..which is minor but you would think it would be there for how much you pay...is that there was no handsoap! And in comparison to other condos we stayed, it would of been nice if they also included a set of beach chairs for the day. But all in all we enjoyed our stay and would visit again!

First time in Alabama

This was our first time visiting Orange Beach, Alabama and the condo was perfect! It was very clean, amazing view from the balcony, very close to shops, and perfect for our 2 families to enjoy! I would recommend this condo to anyone in the future.
