Unit 4207 is a newly remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bath 2nd floor condo - Ceiling fans throughout!

The building has a courtyard with its own jacuzzi, is directly across from the heated pool, and just a short stroll to the beach.

All linens and towels are supplied and the full kitchen will meet all of your cooking needs. Other amenities include cable TV, three TV's, VCR'/DVD, a DVD, washer/dryer and local phone. High speed internet provided - plug up or go wireless.

The master bedroom features a king bed, the guest bedroom has two twins, and with a queen sleep sofa the unit will accommodate up to 6 people.

This attractive beachfront complex includes two pools (one heated), four tennis courts, racquetball courts, and covered grill areas.

You will be just minutes away from the oldest city in the USA with its abundant history, Marineland, Fort Matanzas, the Lighthouse, Ripley's, the Alligator Farm, and scores of wonderful restaurants and shopping spots.

A great few weeks at the beach

The property’s proximity to the beach is totally as advertised… a 50 yard walk over a wooden bridge and you’re there. A location perfect for beach goers. The condo is clean, very comfortable and has most everything needed kitchen-wise for meal preparation. Some items (coffee pot, knives) appear experienced but all in all very functional. Access to two pools is a major plus.

Lovely condo near the beach

My husband and I spent a wonderful week at this lovely condo. It is clean, nicely furnished, comfortable beds and a well-stocked kitchen. We loved the location! It's convenient to the grocery store, restaurants, great ice cream and Old Town. But best of all it's on the beach! We enjoyed our long morning walks on the beach!Len is wonderful...very responsive! I highly recommend this condo.

Great home base for St Augustine area

Cozy apartment for a family of 4. Very well stocked kitchen, really appreciated the tea kettle and lots of silverware. The weather was chilly when we went so we didn't use the pool, but we enjoyed the hot tub. You can borrow pickleball, bocce and shuffleboard equipment at the guard house. Would be good to be there during better weather in the future to enjoy the pool and direct beach access.

Perfect in every way!

This St. Augustine Beach condo was perfect! Location was great, close to beach and restaurants! The unit itself was one of the best I’ve stayed in. Super clean and had absolutely everything you could possibly need. Will definitely stay here again!

St. Augustine Fun Getaway

We love a break from our Minnesota winter and this fit the bill! The condo was a block from a lovely beach, the unit was great for cooking in a healthy way, beds were comfortable, and St. Augustine was icing on the cake. We would love to come back again.

Great, convenient location to restaurants and the Historic district.

Very clean, and centrally located to all the attractions we wanted to see. The beach was great for walking. It was a little too cold to enjoy the pool but the pools looked great. The condo was very quiet. We will definitely consider returning in the future.

Perfect for few days on spring break

This was the perfect place for a few days away on spring break. Location was superb - walk to beach, few minute drive to restaurants, grocery store, ice cream. Not far from downtown, alligator farm, lighthouse. We loved that we could walk to the beach, heated pool, and hot tub! The kids thought it was cool that you could drive on the beach and that they had a tv in their room. The place was just the right size for the 4 of us and we thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the porch!

Nice property on the beach

Weather wasn't the best, but what relates to the property, we don't have any complaints. Everything was as described, host was communicative and allowed us some flexibility which worked great in our case.

A little slice of paradise

Love at first site. Beautiful property, great location and great amenities. We absolutely love this place. It was stocked with everything you needed. Just bring your clothes and food so you can enjoy your stay. 10 out of 10. Will definitely stay there again.

Good location on St Augustine Beach

The condo was small, but clean. The twin beds were hard and squeaked loudly when you turned over. The best part was that it was close to all the things we wanted to do while in St Augustine.

Close to the beach, very cute!

This condo is in a great location. Right across the street from both pools and just a short walk to the beach. The complex is relatively quiet with lots to do. The unit itself was tidy and well appointed. The king bed in the master was very comfortable. Nice sheets and towels. A great place to stay!

Perfect location

We have stayed in this condo area before but the first in this building. We choose this property because of location to the beach. It was well appointed, very comfortable for two people. This has nothing to do with this owner but note this building does not have an elevator like the other building we have stayed at in the past. I would recommend staying here!

Fun in the sun

The condo was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Very easy access to the beach and pools. (Might suggest bringing an eye mask for sleeping since the bedroom shades do not blackout.) owner was easy to reach and replied quickly. We had a beautiful week exploring St Augustine and the area.

Everything was great

Eveything was great. Owner thought of everything!!!! Very responsive with questions. Having the beach toys, beach chairs, etc was a huge plus for us! Only negative thing to say were the pools and hot tubs were not really heated or "hot". But property was excellent. Super close to the beach. And alot of great restaurants nearby. And a Starbucks super close.

Wonderful, simply wonderful.

The condo was clean, light, bright, airy and conveniently located to the pool and beach. The beds were super comfy and the kitchen was well stocked! Having laundry detergent available was very nice! We cooked dinner at the condo a couple of nights, ordered take out pizza, and honestly loved staying along A1A more than our time waking around the historic district. We were grateful it was close though and toured the fort, the fountain of youth, and took the trolley listening to the narrator but loved coming back to the condo and "chillin". Our stay was wonderful! Highly recommend 👌
