Large, beautiful home with 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms sleeps up to 12 people. This updated house is perfect for large groups or families! Located right downtown just two blocks from Resurrection Bay and the Alaska SeaLife Center, this property is within walking distance to restaurants, bars, shops, hiking trails, the waterfront, and playgrounds.

The main floor boasts a large family room and dining room for the whole family. A queen size bed is in the bedroom on the main floor along with a laundry room, well-stocked kitchen and half bath. Upstairs has two bedrooms with a queen size bed in each, and a third bedroom with a twin and a full-size bed. There is also a queen size pull-out sofa-bed in the living room, with linens in the downstairs bedroom closet, and a ‘click clack’-style twin futon in the hallway upstairs with linens in the nearest bedroom closet.

The outdoor patio, grill, fenced yard and lovely landscaping are all pluses! Two parking spaces are available on the side of the house with additional parking on the street.

The home is located in the heart of downtown, so you will have Seward's other visitors frequenting the sidewalks in front and on the side of the home.
