Our Very special Studio apartment that is nestled in the trees with mountain views and a view of an eagles nest. Brand new finished off apartment, perfect for a couples weekend getaway. When the sun is out incredible afternoon and late evening sunshine, perfect to enjoy on the spacious front deck.

The location is quiet and close to town. We packed lighter because we did laundry during our stay here. It was very clean and comfortable.

Had an amazing stay. The apartment was excellent with all the amenities. The hosts were very gracious and easy to communicate with. We wanted a washer and dryer which is hard to find. This is the place to stay in Seward!

Perfect Stay

Great location, less then 10 minutes from downtown area. Perfectly private location, with clean linens, a great shower, full kitchen, and a friendly host! I would definitely stay here again!

The location was easy to get to. The cabin was excellent; very clean. The entrance was around the back but felt secure.

Exterior of property was a mess. Apartment was located above a garage. Inside of apartment was well equipped including coffee, laundry detergent and bathroom soaps. The furniture was worn but comfortable. The shower would not completely turn off (when we arrived). Owner said he couldn’t repair it till after our stay. The unit was overpriced compared to to other places we have stayed.

Our stay at the Eagles Nest was lovely. Even though there was a heavy storm on the night we stayed, listening to the rain as we fell asleep was perfect. The heavily wooded surroundings were peaceful and calming. The home was perfectly clean, spacious shower, and coffee/tea provided. Recommend for your stay!

Everything about this property is amazing. Location is perfect. Super comfortable! Attention to details made it feel like home. Great kitchen and accessories. Grateful for the washer and dryer after all outdoor activities. Host is a great communicator. Loved our time here! Highly recommended.

Eagle’s Nest Near Seward and Kenai Fjords NP

A clean and quiet housekeeping cabin a short drive to the Seward small boat harbor and the Kenai NP Exit Glacier. Very roomy and recently built out. Nicely supplied. We enjoyed our stay! There is an Eagle’s nest in the trees next to the cabin and wildlife in the area.

Good location for ez access to town. Quiet, clean modern. It was perfect for the two of us. Responsive host. Would recommend it and will stay again on our next trip to Seward

Stayed 3 nights while visiting Seward and surrounding areas. Place is a little “rough” from the outside and not easy to find. GPS doesn’t recognize the address. One flight of stairs to go up, nice, large place with king bed and full size kitchen. Washer and dryer were a plus, large bathroom with walk in shower and rain head. Conveniently located to town and hiking.

Spacious studio close to Seward

The sparkling appliances and open floor plan make this a spacious upstairs studio. The slanted roof means taller people will need to watch their heads along the wall side of the bed (I’m 5’6” and rubbed my head on the ceiling once while getting out of bed and walking to the kitchen). The charming front deck is a great place to enjoy a morning cup of joe and breathe in the scent of sun-warmed pines. We enjoyed the short drive to town (just seven minutes away) and the peaceful setting. The fast internet speeds and comfy seating gave us the option to watch something, work, or visit.

Simply AWESOME!

When we first drove up to the place, I had a brief thought that we might be staying in a "I did it myself because I watched it on YouTube type garage attic conversion." I could not have been more wrong. This place is exactly what we wanted and needed. The full kitchen was such a bonus after way too many days of restaurant food. The space was tastefully decorated and massive compared to so many tiny VRBOs. And, the location, just outside of Seward was also just right and extremely quiet. It rained like mad while we were there and I'm not sure there could have been a better place to chill, watch TV, and surf the interwebs while the storm blew through. The only downside was we were only staying one night - I truly wish it had been longer.

The inside of the place is outstanding. It feels very large with the vaulted ceiling and all the windows. Very clean as well. The shower is very nice. Washer and dryer were great to have and the laundry area was also clean and large. The washer and dryer are rather loud even with the door shut, so better not to plan on having them run when you go to bed. The outside is a bit uninviting, as the lower unit is a garage and there is an old camper trailer beside it. But once you are inside it’s very nice

We thoroughly enjoy the space…perfect for a couple! The washer & dryer was an added bonus! They let us know when the studio was ready for us to check in (early). It is convenient to town but removed from the noise and traffic.

The property inside was clean, tidy and comfortable. Some furniture was in a little disrepair but this had no negative impact on our stay. The property exterior could use some spiffing up.

We had a fantastic stay! The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect for exploring Seward, with easy access to town, the harbor, and nearby restaurants. The home was well-equipped with everything we needed, and the host was responsive and easy to work with throughout our stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Seward!

I appreciated the washer and dryer. They were like brand new. The kitchen was skimpily supplied, but had the basics- toaster, pots and pans, coffee keurig, and dishes. When you drive up, you might be frightened, but the inside is neat, clean, and comfy. You will be pleasantly surprised!A side walk would be helpful for getting luggage pulled to the back.
