Our Canyonview home has the feeling of a tree house as it sits above Spearfish Canyon. It is conveniently located at 309 Canyonview Lane, Spearfish, SD, a beautiful community close to all things Black Hills.
The home is a very homey split level with one bedroom on the main floor, two in the basement, one on master bedroom floor, and two on top floor. It has a very open feel as the common area on the top floor looks down into the living room, and the gas fireplace.
The master bedroom features a king sized bed, a soaking bath tub, a separate shower, and beautiful views.
The deck features awesome views of the canyon and surrounding hills.
*** There is a 90 day cancellation policy for Sturgis Rally Bookings - no refund after 90 days before start of stay ***

TN Group Motorcycle Trip

We had a group of seven that rode from TN to SD for the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally. The house was much better than the pictures indicate and we very much enjoyed the property. It was very close to town which made going out to eat or stopping by to pick things up very convenient. It was also very close to Spearfish Canyon which we rode about four times to get to different locations. We tried to leave the property as good as we found it, as there were no instructions to what to do other than leave the keys in the mailbox. If you need six bedrooms, this is a great place!

Terrific House for Family Stay

The house has excellent common areas for gathering and chatting and yet provides terrific separation with bedrooms and bathrooms. House has all the little things you might have forgotten at home. I was a bit uncomfortable with the amount of personal items in the home. It seemed as if we were staying at a friends house: personal photos, knick knacks, clothes etc. It didn't hamper our stay and the home fit our needs perfectly!

Amazing Place

As advertised this home was awesome. Accommodated our 3 family group with children beautifully. Stunning views. Well equipped with literally everything. The outdoor partially covered patio was so nice. Spent a lot of time out there. Hope we can come back.

Family Wedding

We enjoyed our stay at this wonderful home. I grew up close to Spearfish and always loved going to the Spearfish creek. It was amazing to look over Spearfish creek on the beautiful deck. Everyone in the family was impressed with the home. Thank you

Enchanting house

Beautiful house decorated to the max. Great kitchen and TV room. Loved the sun room and the weather was nice enough we could enjoy the patio.

Rally trip

The house was beautiful with plenty of room for all of us! The porch area was our favorite for morning coffee. It was conveniently located to all of the places we wanted to visit. Several great restaurants that were very close.

Family Wedding

The key was waiting when we arrived. This home was a great place for our family to gather when we were in town for a family wedding. There was space for everyone to spread out as well as gather all together. The views were gorgeous, the stories flowed, the laughter and love was felt throughout the house. Outstanding View and Host

The Home is Beautiful and has a SPECTACULAR view of the Canyon and Park. My Siblings and I celebrate Christmas for the last 30 years (after our parents died) on Labor Day Weekend. It rotates and moves across the State, this year it was Spearfish.I needed 6 bedrooms and multi bathrooms--this place nailed it. Not to mention the side deck over looking the Hills. Close to Deadwood and 45 minutes to Rapid City and other attractions.

Amazing view

The home was beautiful. It was clean and comfortable. The view from the living room and deck was spectacular. We spent a lot of time on the deck around the propane fire pit.

Miller Cousin Reunion

Property was more than we could have hoped for. Was spotlessly clean, all amenities were provided. The outdoor area overlooking Spearfish Canyon was the most used part of the house. There were 13 people attending and we all could sit comfortably on the deck. .Highly recommended.

5 Star Stay

Our group of 5 couples came to Spearfish for the corvette classic in mid-July. We travel together every year, and Cindy’s home is by far the nicest place that we’ve had. Location, amenities, cleanliness…everything was exceptional. The outdoor gathering space was the best—if we weren’t on the road touring, we were out on her patio. If we’re ever back in the area, we will make this home our base again. Thanks Cindy for a great stay!

So spacious, indoor and out!

This was our second time at their home and the updates and little personal touches are such a nice welcome for everyone in the family. We ranged from 5 to 75, everyone had their own room, we had space to color on a table or relax outside overlooking Spearfish Creek. We appreciate the ease of check in and check out. We hope to be back soon!

ATV riding group

We enjoyed our stay! The house was great! Lots of space for lots of people. The double kitchen was handy. Lots of fridge space. The purpose of our trip was to ride the ATV trails. We did discover the majority of the trails are South of here but we enjoyed the stay. The second day of riding we trailered the ATV's about an hour South to have access to more trails.

Our children drew us to the Black Hills. Our son graduated from Black Hills State University and our daughter married a local fellow and both settled in the beautiful Black Hills with their families. We came to love the area too and here we are! David is semi retired and doing project management and construction projects, and I recently retired from an Architectural and Engineering firm. Our hobbies mostly center around our 3 children and 8 grandchildren, 5 of whom live in Spearfish, and 3 who live in Casper, WY. When we aren't attending functions and activities involving our family, we can often be found sitting on our deck in the warm months and the sunroom in the cold months, enjoying a glass of wine.

This home is very inviting and homey. It offers every comfort with a beautiful view and is close to the many sites and sounds of the Black Hills, from site seeing to skiing to learning the fascinating history of the area.
