We have been visiting the Blackhills every year since 2019 and staying in properties managed by Budi. Staying in a different property every time depending on the size of group we are traveling with. All have been just Wonderful !! The next time we visit Overlook Haven will be on the top of the list to stay at. Just a wonderful floor plan. So well stocked with everything you can imagine. We had trailers for side x sides, to ride the interior of the Hills as well as seeing the main attractions in the area. Overlook Haven has Superior parking for trailers and still leaving full access to the garage. We are spoiled using Budi as our host. Thanks for another great week see you next year!!!Mark

Excellent stay at Ridgetop

Our family stayed here and had a great time. The place was above and beyond our expectations. So much room for all of us, our grandkids had great spaces to play and we had a large dining area to share meals and play games. We highly recommend this place for family gatherings.

We were there for the Sturgis Bike Rally. Location was perfect for getting around to mostof the major riding and towns. Deadwood is 10 mins; Sturgis was 20; spearfish was 15; Rushmore, Needles, and Iron Mtn were all 30 mins or so. House was great. Very clean and all new. Perfect for larger groups. Close enough to the roads for easy access but no real road noise. Spice cabinet was fairly well stocked. Kitchen was well equipped. Beds were comfortable. Tons of storage for gear and bikes. If..and really not, but if there was anything negative, first place we have rented w no shampoo or soap in the bathrooms. So really just a heads up to travelers. .

Five Family Fun

Members from five families enjoyed the house and the surroundings. Wish there was not so much construction around it but only a minor inconvenience. We enjoyed all of the amenities!

Black Hills Vacation

Perfect Black Hills getaway house

This house was perfect for five couples, we each had our own bedroom and bathroom. It is beautifully decorated with mountain decor. The kitchen was very well stocked, and the outdoor area was perfect for hanging out. It has a fireplace outside. The location is great for all of your South Dakota Attractions. Also, not far from Devils Tower in Wyoming. I highly recommend this house and would use it again if I am in that area.

This house is the BEST! We have rented it 2 times and we will be renting again the next time we are in the Lead area. The house is always clean and ready for us when we get there. The host is quick to answer any questions we may have. The kitchen is well stocked with everything we need. We love spending our evenings out on the deck enjoying the fireplace. Parking is more than adequate for the number of people we have in our group. I have zero complaints about this house. We love it!

Everything about the Ridgetop was perfect for our GirlTime Mini Vacation. We each enjoyed our own King bedroom each with our own private bathroom. A hot tub was on our wants when renting and I specifically wanted one that was more in the open with no walls blocking our view and this hot tub did not disappoint. A pleasant way to relax in the open air in the beautiful Black Hills area. The outdoor built-in fireplace on the upper deck is beautiful and we had to try it out one of the 3 nights we were there; another way to relax and enjoy the evening surrounded by the beauty of the great outdoors! We loved the open layout of the beautiful immaculate house that is luxurious but felt so homey and we loved coming back to it each night. The drive to the Powder House Pass was an easy drive on Hwy 85, 14A and super close to everything we wanted to do in the area. Although we didn’t have anything arise that we needed to contact the host for, the booking and all information and instructions were simple and straightforward. We all loved our stay and hope to return sometime in the future!

Rented for Sturgis rally so garage parking for bikes was an added bonus ! Great location for bikers to stay.... Central to all great riding loops. Grocery and gas close by. All questions / concerns answered promptly . Only suggestion would be to get small TVs mounted to the walls in the bedrooms. I would definitely recommend staying here, I hope to be again in the near future!

FUN TIME HAD BY ALL

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We take our Family to South Dakota each summer for vacation/together time. Each year (15 years now) we rent a cabin. This cabin has everything we need so we will try to rent it again. The 5 bedrooms accommodated us very nicely, all with private bathrooms, King beds and one room also had 2 sets of bunk beds. The game room was great for evening entertainment, the days were spent fly fishing, playing outside riding their gliders, water balloons activities and board games. The driveway had enough room for all these activities plus our vehicles. The cabin itself is set up very nice and we found it very clean.

Each couple picked the master suite to fit their needs. The interior, the furnishings and the overall design was so inviting. The spaciousness allowed for conversations by some as well as entertainment for others. We especially enjoyed the upper deck. The furniture was very comfortable and easily accommodated our group. Of course the beauty of the Black Hills is second to none. We will be returning and recommending this beautiful and spotless property to all our family and friends. Beautiful home with 5 masters

We stayed in this hiuses "twin" house in November of 2023 just down the hill from it so we wanted to try this one. Everything was perfect. House is brand new! Beds and bedding were luxurious! We came home an purchased the same sheets! Wish house had a baby gate, high chair, play pen kinda things that the other house had. Plus other house had tons of outdoor toys in garage for guests. Maybe this house was just too new! Also some road noise from ATV's on street outside house most days. I would rent this again! Plan to come back to area soon! We will re-rent home. You wont find a better one! This home is the one! Just book it!

The pictures on the website don’t do it justice, it’s even more beautiful in person! Everything was immaculate and in working condition. Our propane tank was empty to one of the outdoor fireplaces and it was so promptly replaced! I struggle to find comfortable mattresses when I vacation, and these felt like a dream as well as the sheets and blankets. I will definitely be returning and staying in this same home! The house, location, and service could not have been better!
