Our 3rd consecutive year staying here. It's our home away from home. Very clean, comfortable and dealing with Randy (owner) has always been easy. We plan on making it four consecutive years.

Very nice location right on the beach. Swimming pool and hot tub were a plus. Private beach and a bit away from the total hubbub of spring break at PCB. Unit was clean and everything was the way it should be. No hassle over bringing our 9 year old Golden Retriever was great.

Pool view, pet friendly, very clean, had all the beach accessories you need for the beach, pull out couch bed was very comfortable. Host was always prompt at returning messages. The only thing I will say is at night trying to sleep it was a little noisy outside with local bar concerts and people in the hot tub. Definitely recommend bringing a white noise machine. Townhouse has an adorable beach theme.

Stayed here for a quick get away and lived every minute of our stay. The condo is beautiful and the property is very well maintained and secure. A quick walk and easy access to the beach was wonderful as well. We loved this place and will definitely be back for another stay in the future.

Very satisfied

The reason i stayed at this location is because I wanted to bring my dog, which they allow. The location to the beach was perfect. The owners were very attentive, easy to talk to and they made sure that we were pleased with our stay. I will absolutely stay there again when visiting PCB.

Property was clean and quiet. Private non crowded beach access. Townhouse was clean and loved that I could bring my pet. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Owners friendly.

Great stay in a quiet and safe location

We loved the unit and the fact that it was in a gated community. Close enough to walk to places like Schooners and Patches. We had a great stay.

Great Vacay!

Overall this is a great place to stay. Easy to book, easy to get to and even has beautiful views of the ocean from the balconies! Everything I needed for the family was at the unit. Would book again!

Perfect get-away

We loved the condo, very clean and well maintained. The quiet relaxing atmosphere was nice. Easy beach access with everything we needed to enjoy the beautiful beach! The best part was being a pet friendly condo, our fur baby loved being included on the family vacation!

Great Stay

We were in town for summer vacation/ dance competition. The condo has a great pool and fantastic beach access. Additionally, it was in a convenient spot for us to get back and forth to where we were going quickly.

The best time and the best owners!

Our family had a wonderful vacation sharing this cute condo! We loved the access to the beach, pool and hot tub. There was plenty of space and the condo had most everything we needed. The owners were wonderful! We would stay again in a heartbeat!

Sunset at the beach - PCB

We vacation yearly in PCB and this property is one of the best we have rented at the beach. Clean, cozy, cute upgraded decore and fixtures, quite and easy access to the beach. Fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Great commuication with owners with quick response. Highly recommend this property and will contact them again on our next vacation.

Great place Great price

We had a lovey stay!! Everything you could need for a family of four! Very nice washer and dryer! Could use a new bed though. Great complex with a quick walk to the beach. The price was a A+ with this condo! We will be staying again. Thanks 😉

Quiet and Relaxing.

Loved the property very very quiet and so relaxing. Loved the gate community and the parking was great no walking miles to get to your room. The bed was super comfy and the kitchen was well equipped, my only suggestion would be a crock pot. Access to beach was easy. We will be repeat customers! Oh wait one more suggestion a box fan for the bedroom would be great. Thank you

A vacation to remember

The property, location, amenities, host...were all as described. My wife, yorkie and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The host (Camy) was extremely helpful and courteous and unbelievably fast in responding to messages. It was one of the nicest properties that we've stayed at in Panama City beach. The unit was very well decorated, clean and full of upgrades. The beach and pool were steps away and not crowded. As stated, the hosts description is as described; only it exceeded our expectations. We will most definitely stay here again and I highly recommend that others do as well.

Regarding our stay 09/25/17 - 09/29/17 Place needs serious renovation!

My husband and I stayed here, and was very disappointed, with our stay. We arrived there early on the day of our check in, only to be met by one of the owners in the parking lot that said the condo was clean and ready. We walked in and upstairs in the bedroom there was a pile of dirty towels and sheets in the floor. We then turned down the comforter and the sheets were all tousled around and nobody had even changed those either. We took all of the bedding off and there on the mattress protector was a huge stain that looked like a urine stain. I have pictures of all of this if I can get them downloaded onto this site. We went out to the beach where we seen the owner again, so my husband spoke with him about the issues so far. We put the bedding in to wash before going to the beach. He got on the phone and called the cleaning lady who informed him it had not been cleaned since the week before. Later he was nice enough to knock on our door and give my husband 100 dollars back. The bed, described as NEW has a mattress about the equivalent of a blow up mattress at best. We did not sleep at all. There was no support and our feet was hanging off due to the caving in and no support. My husband tried to go downstairs to the NEW sofa sleeper only to find it did not have a mattress made for it and was horrible. After looking at past reviews I see this issue has been brought up before and nothing has been done yet. The plugs in each bathroom did not work, so finally my husband flipped the breaker and the one downstairs worked, but was loose so you had to hold 1 hand on the plug and 1 for the blow dryer. The cable box did not work right and their was no instructions or TV guides left to instruct you, so there is very little TV stations you can get. We met an owner of 1 of the other units at the beach and actually went inside there and there was no comparison. There condo was updated and very nice. This was like a working vacation for us, and we actually thought about leaving if we did not love the beach so much. I have let the owners know, not sure anything will get done or not. I feel if you pay 1/2 what we did for this place you have paid too much. We have stayed at many condos in PCB over the years and have never quite experienced this before. It is usually clean , with the owner checking in to make sure everything is ok. I would never go back! Our backs still hurt. I have pictures I am actually going to try and post, so you can see!

We want all our guests to love our place so I am very sorry to hear your vacation was anything less than perfect. There was indeed a mix up with our cleaning crew having not yet gotten ours done (& one of us assuming our cleaning lady had already been there - thus allowing an early check in). Upon getting our call and learning of the mistake she rushed over to clean and spoke with the guests whom she reported were very nice and assured her it was no trouble. She was surprised to be turned away and offered to do a mid-week clean, send them out to dinner or anything else they might like in order to fix/make up for the mistake. We checked in with guests during their stay and yet were not alerted to any issue until check out day. Upon reading the post stay review we immediately inspected & found the bed frame was broken! How a bed frame could have been broken and bent in such a way we do not know. We went out and bought a brand new memory foam mattress set and frame and had it installed the next day. So, now there is again a new king bed upstairs. We understand with renting our condo we will have to replace things and are happy to do so. To address other concerns mentioned - we found the TV to be working fine and with all the channels working. Could find no indication of a problem. Tested all plugins & could find no issue. We hate that this vacation was anything less than perfect. We want our guests to love our home as much as we do, so reading such a bad review hurt our hearts. We feel we offer a great place at a great value. We hope to make sure all future guests are extremely comfortable and happy.

This was a great property! I did not want to stay in a high-rise and this was a quieter, more restful area. Way less people on the beach (than where high rises are). The unit was clean and cozy. I had to go back and forth about our dates and the owners were quick to communicate and really flexible. A great spot if you are looking for a place in PCB!
