Exceptional clean and spacious 1400+ SqFt condo with large, covered balcony overlooking beach and pools. Condo has been recently updated with newer appliances, shaker white cabinets and quartz counters. Kitchen is fully equipped to cook. If you don't see what you need call us and we will get it asap. Newer mattresses and high thread count sheets. Newer comfortable living room furniture and 75" 4K Smart TV. Cable included. Easy to login into Amazon, Netflix, Hulu etc. Resort Amenities: tennis, pickle ball, shuffleboard, bocce ball, racket ball, work out room and more. All the equipment included. Large pool, jacuzzi and baby pool with decks facing the ocean. Affordable poolside restaurant with discount drink cups included in your room. This unit includes super comfy chaise lounges right on the beach. No need to get up to reserve a chair. You pick your chairs at the beginning of your stay, and they will be there for you the entire time. Beach towels, extra folding chairs, children beach toys, binoculars, board games, baby crib and more are provided in the room. And of course, a large front load washer and dryer so you can pack light and still have fresh clothes. Secure parking. We are striving to make this your best vacation ever and we will do everything possible to make that happen.

We loved 606. It was exactly as described but better! Balcony has an absolutely beautiful view of the sunset. Our two teenage grandkids enjoyed the heated swimming pool and how close it was to the beach. Even tho we didn’t really cook but maybe one time to make grilled cheese, noticed The kitchen was perfectly stocked for cooking including spices. We loved it

Our family loved this condo. So clean and updated. The fully stocked kitchen was great! The owner was amazing to work with! Highly recommended and will return in the future!

Absolutely perftect

The Owner/host is the best I've ever experienced. Not only is the condo exactly as described and well maintained, but she went above and beyond to accommodate our requests multiple times. She even mailed the personal items we accidentally left behind in the condo!

Great condo, response host.

Great condo with a lot of personal extras. Host was always responsive. We had a problem with the door lock, but host fixed in minutes, thus no complaints. They may want to look at a different door lock, appears the current one eats battery life quick.

Lovely stay with beautiful ocean view

This property is a great vacation spot. The condo itself is spacious and has a great view. The building is located directly on the beach and has a nice pool and hot tub. The unit came well equipped with everything needed to enjoy our stay. The beds were comfortable and the place was clean. The owner of the unit provided superb communication during our stay. There is also a delicious coffee shop across the street which I really enjoyed. We had a wonderful vacation and would recommend this place.

AWESOME!!

We will be returning here, hopefully our dates will be open every year !! In 30+ years this home was the cleanest and also had more supplies than we have ever seen !! VERY VERY IMPRESSIVE!!

Ive been coming to Pamana city beach for 6 years. This is the best condo I have stayed at. The beds were comfortable and very spacious for a group of 5. The balcony was a big plus. The only thing I wish it had was a full size mirrors.

PCB Stay

We’ve stayed at Watercress before, but this was our first time in this condo. Everything was great. It was clean, had everything we needed, and communication with the owner was easy. We loved having access to beach chairs and umbrella every day. It’s a perfect place for families.

Great week

Had an issue getting into condo but other than that everything was great! If you go crab hunting do not leave your shoes on the chairs as you walk. My Birkenstocks were stolen but I know that’s not the property problem. Just a bad person. Thr condo was great and great location. Would definitely book again.

Great Condo with everything you need!!

We loved our stay in this condo. The blender was great for morning protein smoothies, several spices were available for cooking, and the kitchen had everything else you would need. The huge patio kept us entertained when we weren't by the pool. If you love being parallel with the beach, the ocean, and the pool, this is a great place. The large screen Roku tv was very easy to operate for movie nights. I could go on, but no need, it is a great place!

Great condo!

Such a lovely condo- We loved the view and location. The beach service is also so lovely!! The set up is great with the king bed and 2 twins. We informed the homeowner of issues with upkeep (broken towel rack, clogged bathtub, and cleaning deficiencies) and she agreed to address it. Other than that it was a perfect getaway!!

This is our second trip to PCB and by far the best yet. The location of the condo was perfect as well as the condo itself. The ease of parking so close to property was amazing. The condo itself was a perfect size and walking off elevator straight into condo was great. Kitchen was nicest I have ever worked with, just like being at home. Thank you very much and we hope to see you next year. View was great and pool was very nice.

Plenty of space, great location

Our family loved this unit. Check-in was seamless, and they provide almost everything needed to enjoy your time at the beach. We did encounter one minor issue, but Aunda was easy to get in contact with, and she resolved the issue in a very timely manner.

Sun and Fun

Watercrest is a beautiful, well kept property, in a great location. We have been going to Panama city for 15 years and this was oir first time at Watercrest. We loved the room and property and we would definitlwy recommend to others. Our group had 7 rooms rented and 606 was super clean and had best equipped kitchen, by far. The beds were very comfortable. The room was well decorated and we loved the space. The Watercrest staff was very friendly.

On the beach

This place was great! Right on the beach was awesome. We left the double sliding doors open the whole time we were there, listening to the waves and watching the dolphins every morning was just what we needed from spring break. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Panama Beach City.

Large balcony with beautiful views!

Easy check in process, clean unit with a balcony you truly can’t beat for the best views for morning, noon and night! Plenty of kitchen necessities to cook in or bring home dinner with plenty of seating in or out! Chairs with umbrella were a fantastic bonus to our stay!
