Your San Diego adventure begins at this 4-bedroom condo, right on the beach. Inside, guests find a wonderful mix of sleeping options including a king bed, queen bed, bunk bed, pull out sleeper and futon. Ample seating and sleeping perfect for families or groups. The master bathroom features a jetted bathtub and all bathrooms have showers. Whether you’re relaxing after a day of exploring or gathering for a meal in this large kitchen, this phenomenal condo offers a welcoming retreat. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our condo.
Freshly renovated Oct 2025 — oceanfront Mission Beach condo steps to the Pacific Ocean & boardwalk. Sleeps up to 11 guests (12 if you make up the second couch as a twin) • 3 baths • Enjoy two private decks with ocean views and a BBQ. This rental is primarily on the second floor with a third story loft and deck.
Just one-tenth of a mile across the street to the calm Mission Bay beach and walkways, perfect for paddleboarding, kids, or sunset walks. Also near the Mission Beach Business District, filled with casual cafés, restaurants, and neighborhood bars. Walk less than a mile south to Historic Belmont Park and the indoor swimming area, or less than a mile north to Pacific Beach nightlife and a full-sized grocery store. On the bay side, it’s about a one-mile walk to boat and watercraft rentals.
Master Bedroom (King): Ensuite bath with jetted tub + separate shower, ample closet, Smart TV, and a private non-ocean-facing deck—perfect for morning coffee or an outdoor smoke.
Bedroom 2 (Queen): Private attached full bath, large closet, peaceful retreat.

Location, location, location!!! This four bedroom house is right on the boardwalk facing the beach! Beautiful sunsets every night and lots of entertainment as people walked and biked by. Luckily we sad the top two floors so could look down from the amazing balcony and cook dinner with amazing views of the beach. Donald left us lots of beach chairs and boogie boards. These were all so great. The place inside was very clean and all of the beds were super comfy. It was nice to have three full bathrooms with showers for everyone to use after a day on the beach. Close walk to all restaurants and bars. We had a great time!

We had the best weekend ever, there was 11 of us and we had plenty of room & the condo is as listed. Very clean and comfortable. The view is absolutely beautiful and the grandkids loved how close we were to the beach. The kitchen is equipped to fix all your meals and we used the barbecue every day. And if you don’t want to cook many restaurants and coffee house in walking distance.!The weather is as perfect: And Donald is a good host answering all my constant questions.

Perfect spot right on Mission Beach. The interior of the house is nice, clean, well appointed with lots of towels, tons of kitchen items, a few beach toys and chairs. The views can’t be beat. Parking was a little difficult with our large SUV but manageable. The loft space is really cute with a great deck. The exterior of the house needs some work but it looks like the owners worked on the interior first. This was an excellent value for graduation weekend right on the beach and sleeps a lot of people comfortably.

The views and location of this rental were fabulous. The only thing between the house and the beach was the boardwalk. The rental was exactly as portrayed in the listing. The owner responded quickly when we texted. I would highly recommend this property.

Donald’s property was as advertised with plenty of room for our party of two adults and two children. The view of the ocean and the location stole the show. We enjoyed hanging out on both decks, playing with the host-provided beach gear, and walking to local places to grab meals and explore. The property was clean, well-stocked, and comfortable. Parking spot was tight, but our small SUV fit just fine. Donald was very responsive and we hope to come visit again. Thanks for sharing your space with us!

This house was perfect for 9 of us. The interior of the house is spacious and clean.It had all the amenities we needed for our 7 night stay. The kitchen had a few necessities in the cupboard that were useful and appreciated. The location right on the boardwalk and feet away from the ocean waves was ideal. We had a few terrific sunsets right from our balcony. Several boogie boards, beach chairs and umbrellas are provided for your use and beach towels were plentiful.Bike rentals are available just down Mission Blvd. Close to shopping, groceries and restaurants.FYI, the additional bedroom on the upper level has a futon fold out bed, but a steep staircase to access. One of the couches in the living/family room is a hide-a-bed in addition to 3 separate bedrooms.There is no air conditioning, but with the open windows and ocean breeze, the house stays cool and comfortable in Summer.Box fans are available if needed.We would recommend this property to others.

We had to take someone elses trash out and someone left the owner cabniets and the cleaning staff cabnients open although these were not deal breakers We were just surprised and didn't want to be blamed for taking something that wasn't ours and blamed for not taking our trash out. We had no clue where to take the garbage when it was full but at some poing figured it out. It would have been nice if there were written instructions like other places we have rented. Over all it was a very nice place, a beautiful ocean view, everyone we delt with was helpful and nice and it was pretty well stocked although I kind of wished we were prepared to bring more paper towels and toliet paper eventhough it wasn't a make or break issue. The place was nicely decorated and we had a really great time. All the things I posted above were not a big deal and would rent again next year if they would have us. I loved staying there and only posted those things because I was asked for a review of the property. There you go! Rent this place you will be happy.

This is the one you want!!! Perfect location, ample room, updated and clean. Two balconies, ocean facing for a constant cool breeze. We parked two vehicles (one was a suburban!) Pictures are accurate, but it seems much more spacious in person. Had all necessities- ample towels, toiletries, kitchen supplies.
