We enjoyed our stay and were so impressed with all the things that were found left for our use. From baby items( pack n play, stroller, gates, high chair we had no need for them ) but very impressive, ice chest, beach chairs, toys, wet suit, and even a dirty clothes hamper in the master bedroom. Fans were available for each room, thank goodness as it was a hot weekend for SD. The house was beautiful and very clean. The location on the bay and a quick walk to the beach was perfect. Plenty of spices in the kitchen along with an amazing air fryer for our use. And don’t forget about the hot tub in the 3rd floor with the most amazing views Thank you for making our stay so memorable.

Everything went smoothly from research to deposit to final payment to checking in and out. Cindy was the best host we have had. She was extremely quick with answers to our questions and everything she stated was correct. We would stay here again and recommend this property to all.

Stunning property

We had family visiting from Toronto and this house was perfect for us. The location was perfect, the amenities were amazing and the bay views were the icing on the cake!

Wonderful home!

Our entire family of three generations had a wonderful time at his house. The layout was perfect for all of us to have our own space. And the location on the Bay was perfect. Quiet but close to everything. We would definitely come back again.

Beautiful bayside home

Lovely location with beautiful views of the bay. Fun nonmotirized water crafts to use. Great spaces for gatherings. Very responsive hosts. Light and bright bedrooms. Had a wonderful time!

This house made for a great family vacation. They have everything you need for fun on the beach. The location was so nice right across from mission bay. We took advantage of the paddle boards everyday. The only drawback was that it was graduation weekend our first night there and the house has no AC. Hard to sleep with windows open and lots of parties. The host was super responsive to the few things that needed repair. Lots of fun things to do. Loved our morning runs and eating breakfast out on the patio and people watching. It was a great property and had everything we needed to prep meals for the whole family. Our young grandkids said it was the best vacation they have ever had. Thanks for a great stay.

Amazing Property

The property is amazing! Our extended family of eleven spent the week there for Christmas. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms as well as 2 large living areas, decks on each of the 3 levels, kayaks, paddle boards, boogie boards, sand toys, a hot tub, the dining table could accommodate all of us at the same time, etc. The best part is that it was right on the bay so that the little kids could walk right out and play without having to drive somewhere or cross a street. Cindy was very responsive and quickly took care of some storm-related issues that affected the property and compensated us accordingly. We have spent time at 3 different properties in Mission Beach/Bay and by far this one was the best. We will likely stay there again.

We were in San Diego for my son’s wedding so had family coming from out of state. The six bedrooms worked great for us. Loved the location on the bay. Three grandchildren played out on the sand a lot, outdoor toys were great. Kids used games alot. Great location for tourist activities for family. Only issues were spa green, but he fixed on late full day. Parking, but I think that’s for everyone in that area.

Perfect property for us!

This will be our first choice if we have another retreat in San Diego. Plenty of room for our group of ten. Unbelievable sunrise views each day. Fast and accommodating communication with property management. Five stars!!

Wonderful home and location for all ages

We loved our week right on Mission Bay. The house was large and comfortable for everyone in our extended family. Our little ones were safe behind the gates while the adults enjoyed the beautiful view. The house was equipped with kayaks, paddle boards and everything we could possibly need at the beach. We definitely want a repeat!

Great location for a larger family stay!

We had a great week! Everyone was comfortable and we had plenty of room to move about. The kitchen is well stocked and there are lots of beach necessities provided.

Three Generation Family Vacation

The property was great and the location was perfect. We literally couldn't ask for anything different. The Bay offered warm calm waters for our four grandchildren, ages six to thirteen and the beach on the ocean side added some excitement w/ the waves. The property had an abundance of water toys and the house was outfitted w/ everything we needed.
