Waterfront Home Newly remodeled with Amish - made furniture and updated appliances.
Family or adult get-away fun! Approx 2,000 total square foot beach front house on breathtaking Lake Nokomis. The cottage sleeps 16 and has 5 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, main floor laundry, open kitchen with full size appliances, large kitchen table, and fireplace in the family room. Nokomis Lake Aire Beach House puts you right where you want to be. It is a Great location for all four seasons that provides relaxation, boating, fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, hiking, biking, snowmobiling, ice fishing, skiing, and ATV riding. Snowmobile, ATV, hiking, biking, cross country skiing trails leave right from the cottage so there is no trailering or traveling needed to reach trails. A short drive will bring you to Granite Peak Ski Hill for down hill skiing.
Lake Nokomis is approx 2,500 acres and part of approx 4,000 acre chain of lakes featuring a sand bottom, gradual dropping water depth, and abundant beauty. Fishing opportunities provide Muskie, Panfish, Largemouth Bass, Smallmouth Bass, Walleye, and
Northern Pike. During the hot days of Summer enjoy waterskiing, tubing, jet skiing, swimming, or going for a relaxing pontoon boat ride on the lake.

Pontoon boats, kayaks, and paddle board rentals are available on site.

Additional 2 bedroom cottage sleeps 5, 3 bedroom cottage sleeps 7, and a 24 guest room Log Resort Centerstone Hotel are available on grounds to accommodate large groups.

This fully furnished 5 bedroom 2.5 bath beach home offers you the comfort and amenities that will make your stay a pleasure as you unwind from the day's fun. Perfect for families and groups on a get-away with a central location just 2 hours from Green Bay, 2 1/2 hours from Madison, 3 1/2 hours from Milwaukee, and 3 1/2 hours from Minneapolis, MN.
If more room is needed for large groups there are also 2 additional cabins and a 24 guest room Log Resort Centerstone Hotel on the properties. The cabins are a 2 bedroom, and a 3 bedroom.

Perfect weekend

The cabin was the perfect place to meet our children and their friends for a long weekend. We will definitely consider this property again.

This house should not be advertised as sleeping 16 people. The rooms in the basement have no windows and it is difficult to believe that it even passes code! It was like sleeping in a dungeon. Overall, the property was ok, clean enough but the sleeping arrangement was poor. We would not return to this property.

Loved it! House does need updates. Faucet broke, toilets were running, minor repairs needed. Plenty of room.

Second times a charm!

We had a large group stay at the property and it was a fantastic time. The property is comfy and everything is easily accessible. We enjoyed being right on the lake, having our own fire pit for relaxing in the evening, and docks for the boats. The owners are friendly and responsive. Highly recommend for your friend/family northwoods lake vacation.

Lake fun

We enjoyed our stay at the Lake Nokomis lake cabin. The house provides enough space for 8 adults to spend a week together. The back yard and deck provide additional space. The cabin provides great access to Lake Nokomis.

Nice little getaway

We stayed at this location with a group of 10 friends. We loved the area and enjoyed most nights on the wrap around porch. The house itself needs a little work... one of the bathtubs/showers did not drain, so we had to use duct tape to hold the drain open. The outlets in the bathrooms also did not work, so the girls needed to use extension cords to blow dry hair, etc. The outlets all over the house were a little hit/miss. We did a few loads of laundry and noticed the dryer did not dry our clothes, we ended up hanging everything on the deck. We also had a bit of an issue with a boat rental (which is through the actual resort not the vrbo) but we counted on the convenience of having a pontoon docked on our dock all week and received a phone call the day before we left stating we would be unable to use it for the week. With all of this being said, the house met most of our needs and was very spacious for the 10 of us. Lots of room outside for fires, games, etc.

Great location

This property was excellent location. Fishing was the best we ever had 👍bars and stores close to the property . The house had everything we needed and plenty of space for all of our guests. Highly recommended. We will definitely be back. Nice new dock too.

Great spot for family vacation!

This is a great property for those with a family wanting to enjoy the water. The house has plenty of space with the bunk bed bedroom perfect for kids and their cousins. All amenities, internet, work well, very comfortable beds. The owners are fantastic, easy to talk to, quick to help with questions. Check in and check out are simple. The pontoon rental may be slightly overpriced, but it was the middle of summer, we were very appreciative it was available. We cannot wait to go back!

Beautiful Lake, great location, house in need of TLC

We rented this house for our annual family reunion. We don’t rent a house and expect it to be perfect but I think it’s fair to expect that it is at least maintained. The house is in a great spot on the lake and Melissa at the hotel was very helpful. House is in need of some serious maintenance. Carpet in main living area and hallway is stained and looks dirty. Kitchen wood floor is splintering so we had to wear shoes in the kitchen. Deck had a broken board with a whole big enough to fit your foot through. Windows need replaced and screens were so dirty, you can barely see out of them. Yard and landscape is over grown, etc. The condition of the house is unfortunate because it could be a really great rental. We also brought a pontoon and we were told it would fit at the dock. Dock is not usable, pulling apart and legs folding under at the end. Didn’t even seem safe to stand on. Tried to contact the owner, Dale, and got no response. Would not recommend this house to family or friends.

Great for families

Our group had 5 couples (4 of which brought at least one kid), so each had their own room. The distribution of beds in one room was rather interesting (two queen beds and a full/bunk combo) that needed to accommodate people from several families. It all worked out since we are well acquainted, but keep that in mind for your group. The kitchen had what we needed for cooking, however no basic spices were available -pack what you need for cooking. Overall, it was very comfortable. The carpet could stand to be thoroughly cleaned and/or replaced. The downstairs bedrooms have no windows and were a bit chilly for our mid-October gathering.

Getaway on Lake Nokomis

The property sleeps many people and is right on Lake Nokomis. It is easy to rent a pontoon from the neighboring property and the check in and check out process was very easy.

Property was advertised as Private house with pier on lake Nokomis, next to Cornerstone Hotel. Linens provided, washer/dryer, etc. We arrived on our day,- no towels, toilet paper, paper towels. Kitchen towels consisted of only ones to wash dishes not for drying. I have to say we were in a unique situation of the property being sold (which we weren't informed of)and now having to communicate between the 2 owners. called our original owner to tell about the stuff missing, send people over at 9:30 with towels and supplies. they told us the washing machine wasn't working right and thats why no towels We had trouble with the hotel guests using our dock and putting in a pontoon boat where our two boats were to go. called and had it taken care of. NOW the next day we met the new owner ADAM and he was more than accommodating, Fixed the washing machine, got a new gas grill as the one there the bottom was rotting. My husband helped him fix some of the roll out windows that would not close. The house itself was fine, 3 bedrooms and 2 baths up and 2 bedrooms and 1/2 bath down. was cold and no windows down there and a spiral staircase to maneuver, not good for the older generation of us. I'm sure under the new ownership things will only improve. If it's seclusion your hoping for though its not what you will get
