Wonderful place to spend time. The views from all over the house are spectacular. Im partial to the back deck, the kitchen and the heated bathroom floors!

This is an excellent location to access activity in the area and the house has everything you need. There’s plenty of room to relax and boats to enjoy the lake. It’s a great place to stay and the host and caretaker are extremely helpful and friendly.

This is a great property with easy access, tons to do, a great kitchen, and lots of space. Excellent views and atmosphere.

This was our 3rd year here and just love it. Quiet, gorgeous views just an interesting place. Cupboards full of incidentals if you forgot a small item. Lots of cutlery and cooking items. Running out of different places to eat at in Durango. lol. & after trying 4 diff pizza places haven’t found one that was more than meh. Would love to have a tv in the 2nd bedroom on 1st floor.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the "lodge"! The hosts and caretaker were very welcoming and helpful. The log home is absolutely beautiful, and it provided everything we needed to enjoy a wonderful vacation with our family. The large kitchen was a big plus... We had enough room for everyone to help with the cooking! We enjoyed fishing on the lake, dips in the hot tub and taking walks that provided amazing views! We definitely recommend this house and hope to come back next year.

Peaceful Stay

We loved our trip, super peaceful. Very relaxing and the view of the stars from the hot tub were unbeatable!!! Would definitely stay here again.

Great weekend getaway!

We spent 3 nights at this cabin and had a wonderful time! It had everything we needed and the views were beautiful! Loved being right on the lake!

Perfect lakeside getaway

Great amenities, perfect for the whole family. Nice to be directly on the lake with the paddle boats. Would happily stay again

Family Vacation

Wonderful location on private lake! Great views, fishing and access to towns of Durango, Silverton and Ouray. Would definitely consider staying there again!

Beautiful lakeside cabin.

What a wonderful house right on the lake to enjoy either during the summer or the winter. Highly recommend this place. The place was so well kept and stocked with everything you could possibly think of.

Spring Break Stay

We loved our stay at this cabin! Lots of room to spread out and very close to Purgatory for skiing. This was our second stay here, and I’m a little sad that it is already fully booked in July or we would come back this summer. Thank you for another fantastic stay!

Comfortable Cabin close to Purgatory

Second time staying here. Very convenient getting to the Purgatory Resort, but still feels secluded and quiet.

Beautiful, conveniently located setting

Our family had the best time… the views are incredible, and the house is so thoughtfully appointed! We really enjoyed spending time on the deck and soaking in the hot tub after skiing just across the way! We will definitely be back!

Amazing location with beautiful views!

The property was stunning! The house and owners/managers were very accommodating. It was stocked with a lot more than most places we’ve stayed and we couldn’t have asked for a better place for our ski trip! Loved every minute of our stay!

Awesome location

This is a beautiful location, fantastic views of the lake and close to Durango and Silverton. Would definitely stay again. Calls from the manager and owners while in site to make sure we were happy!

Amazing place

The location and view were perfect. The host and caretaker were attentive to our needs. The kitchen was fully stocked and we felt like it was home.
