Enjoy dazzling views from the entire living space and the master bedroom in this light and airy, comfortable villa. It has tile floors in the entry, kitchen, dining area and bathrooms and carpet in the rest of the villa. Large flat panel TV in the living room and free WiFi. This villa is close to the pool, spa and health club. You will find the complimentary golf cart parked in space 30 below the villa. The views are well worth the 68 steps from the road! 860 SF. H230 | | Rental of a vacation home in Hamilton Cove includes use of the community’s amenities (pool, spa, health club, 18-hole putting course, tennis courts, croquet court, sand volleyball court and beach area with built in barbecues and picnic tables). Some restrictions may apply. Occupants subject to Hamilton Cove Homeowners Association Rules & Regulations. | This vacation home rents on a nightly basis (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted; 3 night minimum July & August).

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return! We loved having the golf cart and really enjoyed all of the facilities. I’m sometimes a little nervous booking a vacation rental managed by a company rather than directly with an individual owner, but everything was incredibly smooth from start to finish. We had a great experience and would happily stay here again!

The location was nice and we enjoyed our stay overall. However, the property is quite dated and could use some updates. It also wasn’t as clean as we expected, and more attention to cleaning would make a big difference. With some improvements and better maintenance, this could be a much better place to stay.

Here’s a slightly polished version that keeps your tone:This VRBO location was amazing! The view was absolutely beautiful—you almost didn’t want to leave the space. The pool and hot tub were great, and having a golf cart to get into town was such a nice perk.The only downside is the number of stairs and that there are no elevators. You definitely get a good leg workout carrying your luggage up and down at check-in and checkout! Overall, we had a great experience and really enjoyed our stay.

The view was incredible, we were right above the pool, which was great for the kids. Having a golf cart is a life saver! I would 100 % go back!!

The four of us found the property to be very comfortable and well furnished. The view was gorgeous. Access to the golf cart was incredibly helpful since walking back and forth from the property to Avalon would have taken 30 minutes. Having access to the little private beach was really great. We did some snorkeling there and had a great time. The only small disappointment (and it’s out of the owner’s control) is that the community hot tub was not hot. It felt like a warm bath. Overall, it was a great stay! I highly recommend it!

Quiet and Relaxing

In Avalon for scuba diving and location was perfect for a quick drive to the dive park. The stay was quiet and relaxing.

Overall, great place. There are a lot of stairs, but that is pretty much anywhere in HC.

A great place to enjoy the ocean! The condo was clean and surprisingly spacious, and the check-in was really easy. Plus, it came with a golf cart that we used to get into town. The condo is just a bit outside of Avalon, which was actually nice because we were not always in the middle of the busy town. As other reviewers have noted, there is a walk up a few flights of stairs, but the view of the ocean is amazing. We hope to be back!

The property was really old and needs a lot of updating. There was pone signal when you get to the property. You have to go up and down several flights of stairs ( equivalent to 5-6 story building or more). so many requirements. It would have been nice if all docs needed were mentioned up front rather than sending each day on your arrival date. Will not come back.

The condo is very old needs upgrades all around. Several things are broken door handle, almost falling out, shower door in the master bathroom keep sliding open while you’re in there, handle on the toilet in the master bathroom is falling off, can’t get hot water in the master bathroom sink without running for five minutes. All the utensils and pots need to be upgraded as they are scratched or rusted. I had to borrow a can opener from the people next-door. There is only one trash pail in the kitchen, and it was labeled recycle, what were we supposed to do with the rest of the trash? Definitely needs to be updated. Needs a ceiling fan in the living room and dining room and second bedroom. The white fan in the second bedroom doesn’t work. and the TV in the living room stopped working last night. when we got here, the golf cart had hardly any gas in it. They had to come the next morning to put gas in it. The only good thing was the view.. lots of stairs.

The rental was great. We liked the private beach considering how busy the other beach was. The golf cart was a great addition. The pull out couch was not clean at all. It had dirty spots all over it. Ewww. Nobody wanted to use it. This needs to be addressed.

Hamilton Cove is a treasure. It’s a gorgeous property with stunning ocean views, spacious, quiet, and has access to a private beach. Golf carts were a big bonus to getting around town and easy to maneuver. Be prepared for MANY steps at this property. There are no elevators and you have to carry luggage up when you arrive and down when leaving. There are minor things that need some upgrades but we didn’t mind. However, the views and large balcony completely make up for it! This property is away from the hustle and bustle but not far from town. It’s like a mini Mediterranean resort. Highly recommend.

Great location island getaway

We had a great time at the condominium over looking the ocean. We felt like we were in Greece but we never had to leave California. The kitchen was a little outdated and you could tell there had been no cosmetic changes since the condominium was constructed, but that is such a minor issue.The biggest complaint I would have was with the listing for the condominium. We had six people staying and the condominium was set up for six people. However, the listing also said there was a six person golf cart which was not true. There was only a four person golf cart and we had to squish everyone in to get around the island.The rental company provided a 10% discount on the rental price for the mistake which was nice. I do feel satisfied with the outcome but it was only after some pushback from the company because at first they told me the golf cart was complimentary and not included in the price.

Post said it was upstairs, but didnt say it was 8 flights of stairs. 8 flights up and 8 fligjts down when ever you wanted to go out. TV in master bedroom didnt work. Maintenence said the switcher went bad. Found ants in the kitchen and master bathroom. Post says a few minutes walk to town, but actually 2 miles on hilly roads. Not walkable to town since there are no sidewalks and youd be dodging cars. View was spectacular, but the climb up and down the stairs wasnt worth it.

Amazing beautiful comfortable. Great place for our family! The golf cart allowed us to easily explore the town of Avalon. We woke up early just to see the amazing sunrise. The view was so relaxing and we ate most or our meals on the balcony.The kitchen was well stocked and there were recreational items that we used in the closet. Volleyball basketball fins chairs. These things really add value to the rental as most visitors don’t want to lug these items around.The only regret is that we didn’t stay longer!

Beautiful property, breathtaking view!

This property was even better in person than the pictures. Felt like you were somewhere in Europe, Greece or Spain. Very clean, comfortable and close to Avalon, just a short 10 minute golf cart drive. The view is spectacular and the property is beautiful and quiet. Lots of stairs but it was not a problem for us. One suggestion would be to have a high top table with high chairs so when on the balcony you can see the beautiful view. Sitting in low chairs the banister blocked the view. Golf cart might need tune up and it stalled one time going a hill. But we were able to put it back in gear and it was fine. We will definitely stay here again and look forward to coming back. Our only complaint was with one of the security guards who was a bit rude to us when my husband stopped at the security gate but did not stop exactly before the line. He asked us to stop at the line next time and we apologized and said yes of course, but he had us back up a couple inches so we were behind the line before he would let us go through. We completely respect the rules but his attitude and demeanor was uncalled for.
