It has a full kitchen, a private entrance, and a private patio to sit for coffee and sunrise or to cap the day off with a sunset. This home has year-round residents on both sides, so you will sleep well knowing loud noise is not tolerated.
The location is ideal and close to the beach (0.25 miles), the arcade, entertainment, restaurants (0.2), the boat (0.5), and the Vons grocery store are close by (0.05).
Must be 25 or older to reserve this property.
The Space:
Two bedrooms with comfortable new beds - New one with a queen-sized bed and one with two twin beds. The living room has a sofa bed. This vacation home is perfect for a small family. New air conditioning was installed in 2023 for those hot summer days.
Guest Access:
Key code sent on the day of check-in. You go straight to the home and start your vacation right away.
The Neighborhood:
The Avalon Flats area is where vacationers look to stay. Everything is a short walk away and this home is just far enough away where you can escape the busy area when you want to.
Getting Around:
You can walk to just about everything from this home. It is a short ride in a taxi or a longer walk (10-15 min) to Descanso Beach.
This does not include a golf cart per city requirements.
