Minutes from downtown, wineries, and the Fairgounds, this property is privately situated on a 1 acre lot with amazing views (and visits from local deer) with plenty of off-street parking.

We offer a large pool that is 4ft deep throughout, perfect for kids and adults alike. Pool is surrounded by spacious deck area, for lounging in the sun, Yoga, or viewing the stars from the country setting. We have a thermal pool heating system that is dependent upon sunlight and ambient temperatures. Provides comfortable pool temperatures typically May through Oct.
Each bedroom has convenient USB plugs and Amazon Alexa/Dot on every nightstand. Echo Dot and Echo Show in kitchen and family room for recipes, weather, movies, jokes, as well as access to Amazon Unlimited music in every room. Covered patio in backyard is equipped with speakers, misters for those summer afternoons, and a natural gas BBQ. Side yard also has shaded patio with picnic table.

Upstairs rooms (each with own luxury white hotel linens, towels, hairdryer, ceiling fan, and Alexa feature):
~ Huge Master Suite with 1 Queen Sleigh bed + 1 Memory foam platform sleeper sofa to sleep 4 comfortably. Large en-suite dual sink bathroom with Spa Soaker tub & separate shower. Boasts vaulted ceilings with amazing southern views of mountains and beautiful sunrise/sunsets.

~ 1 room with 2 twin XL beds
~ 1 double sink guest bath with Shower/tub combo.

Kitchen is recently renovated and fully equipped with everything you need, including cookware, large crock-pot, outdoor and indoor tableware, entertaining dishes, reverse osmosis water purifier and Quartz countertops. Gas stove, microwave, toaster oven, Keurig, Coffee maker, Tea Kettle and island to gather around.

The place had eveythjng for the group we needed. Game room, swimming, and little reading nook for those who needed some alone time. Not far from downtown, Overall a fun experience.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The home was very clean, well maintained, and had everything we needed. The host was incredibly responsive, kind, and helpful throughout our stay, which made the experience even better. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and would happily stay here again!

Great spot for birthday/girl getaway. Close to downtown. The home provides all you need- coffee, towels, wine glasses! We had a great weekend.

We typically rent a home each summer in the coastal towns of Morro Bay or Cayucos, but this year was my father's 70th birthday, so we decided to give Paso Robles a try. We did some wine tasting, played golf, spent a day at the beach, went to the farmer's market downtown, and generally enjoyed the laid back vibe of the town. It really has a bit of everything.We chose Teri's lovely home due to its ability to accommodate our entire family, and we had a really lovely time. All of the bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and stocked with everything you need. The kitchen has every utensil or appliance you can think of, and large collection of basics and spices. Kids and adults alike had a blast in the game room, playing cornhole on the lawn, and of course swimming and lounging by the pool. I want to add that Teri is an amazing host. There was a small hiccup when we first arrived that wasn't anyone's fault, and Teri went above and beyond to make it right. She is communicative and accommodating, and we will absolutely consider stay here again. We recommend this home to anyone!

The property exceeded our expectations.Beautiful home the grounds and outdoor lanai were a perfect place to chill. Unfortunately due to the weather we were not able to enjoy the pool.The beds were so very comfortable and all 6 ladies commented on the sheet thread count. We’re already planning to book again in late summer for the next birthdays.Terri was a great host responded promptly to our questions and her recommendations for wineries were spot on. Thank you

This home was a perfect stay for 11 adult cousins to enjoy comfortably for a weekend stay in Paso Robles. The outdoor patio was a wonderful place to enjoy the hillside views. The house provided so many places to congregate around a large dining room table, game room and cozy couches. The beds were comfortable, the spaces all very clean and long driveway for multiple vehicles. Looking forward to booking here again for next year.

Perfect weekend getaway

The house was really amazing - well appointed, incredibly clean, super comfortable and in a great location.We had an awesome girls' weekend here and couldn't ask for anything more. Loved the backyard and pool, and our host was fantastic. Great house for a family and/or friends vacation.

Teri was extremely prompt in responding to our messages. The house was beautiful and comfortable and very well equipped. The game room added a lot of fun to our stay. We couldn’t get the fire pit to work, even though Teri patiently tried to walk us through it. It would have been nice to have during the chilly nights. Nevertheless, highly recommend booking a stay at this house!

Beautiful home. And we loved the location. We were able to walk in the neighborhood in the morning filled with beautiful sceneries and pretty homes. Ideally perfect for 5 couples, we had to have one couple sleep on the two sofas but it was pretty comfortable. Host was very quick to respond. Much appreciated.

Girls weekend with college friends

Great property and Teri is so easy ( and responsive) to work with! This is our second stay in her home and its been a perfect trip both times. Great location too!

I love the rolling hills, the star‑filled nights, and the sense of calm you get as soon as you arrive. It’s close enough to town and wineries for convenience, but far enough to feel like a true getaway.

Guests enjoy the quiet surroundings, the fresh air, and the freedom to relax. It’s a peaceful escape while still being a short drive from wineries and downtown.

There is a certain feeling of serenity sitting by the pool and taking in the views or the stars. The house has room enough for all us us to be together, but also space to be apart.

We have incorporated little touches we would have liked to see in places we have stayed. You bring clothes & toothbrush and we'll handle the rest! We have USB ports in bedrooms & seating areas, Amazon echoes, comfy beds & linens, plush towels, shampoo/conditioner/soap/makeup remover/hairdryers in each bath.

Game room, Free high-speed wifi, and a fully stocked kitchen (spices, oils, and plenty of dishes/pots/pans and utensils).
