Beautiful Private sprawling estate with surrounding views of the rolling hills and vineyards. 10-15 minutes from the heart of downtown. Located on the prestigious High Ridge Road which overlooks many famous wineries and vineyards. You will enjoy beautiful sunrises, deer roaming on the private 11 acres property. You are within 10 minutes of some of the finest wineries and local wineries within a couple miles of us. This is a great place for family, friends, and retreats. We have a full service staff available upon request, including a concierge, private chef, butler, maid, etc. Whatever you need, we can help make it happen. We also have beautiful backdrops for weddings, rehearsal dinners, receptions, retreats, and any other event. Let us make this an experience to never forget.

Our group had a wonderful time, everyone enjoyed the property. It was spacious and clean, the views were amazing and our hosts were so accommodating.

Paso getaway

Relaxing in the hills of Paso Robles, great views with awesome sunrises/sunsets. Plenty of room for our group to spread out and enjoy the day. Hope to be back someday soon

We ate, we played games, we slept. The concierge was always there to answer any question we had making us feel very welcome and relaxed. Looking forward to our next visit.

Must Stay!

My family and I recently stayed at this beautiful home and wow! We had a blast! The home is spacious for a family of 8-10, the backyard and views were amazing. Lisa was extremely kind and would check in to make sure we had everything we needed on a daily basis. Definitely recommend and we will be staying here again.

We had a wonderful overnight stay at this property. We were a total of 9 girls and fit very comfortably. The property was very communicative and had all the ammenties. Next time we would like to stay for 2 nights. Thank you!

A fun time for all.

Unfortunately, the oven was not working. However, we were forewarned by the owner and were able to work around without inconvenience. Loved the pool. House was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Great views and gorgeous sunsets.

From beginning to end this was the PERFECT property!!! We are local and I am in the events industry and was planning a baby shower for my son. This VRBO was a literal dream… room for DIL’s mom to stay while in town, plenty of space for everyone to mingle separately and of course, family stayed late and enjoyed the hot tub/pool. Lane and his son, Shane were both friendly, hospitable and super friendly!! The check out instructions are much more user friendly than a lot of other places as well— basically a turnkey property and no stress at check out! I would HIGHLY recommend this for your gathering OR romantic trip to Paso!!

Paso Robles Getaway!

Property was nestled on top of and all around wineries. We enjoyed the wildlife in the mornings and how serene the property was overall. At the bottom of the hill are several good wineries, downtown Paso is only 18 minutes away for dinner, shopping and supermarkets. Plenty of room and privacy in the house for large families or gatherings. The only slight complaint is the house needs more hangers for clothes in the closets. We spent a week and we didn't get bored whatsoever going to places in the area. We enjoyed over 15 wineries, Monterey, Solvang and waking up to see the Mountains every morning.

Beautiful View and welcoming home..

A beautiful welcoming estate. We held our immediate family reunion. There were multiple areas for the family to hang out -whether inside or outside. The view of the area was beautiful! The market is close by, other locations to visit (Cambria or Hearst), and tons of wine tasting nearby! Location, Location, Location! The cookware could possibly use an update. We would definitely recommend this estate.

Pretty good

Pretty good but not great. Had a good time. Pro’s: Location, house layout and outside area. Con’s: Pool was pretty dirty, previous trash from other guests was at the side of the house. Check in and line of communication was frustrating. They offer internet but you got to go hunt the password down from the other property. Overall pretty decent but don’t think I’d return .

Nice property but some unusual happenings

The property itself is beautiful and as listed. Pros: Great pool Spacious rooms Remote location Cons: Minimal communication from the owner prior to check in with unclear instructions sent hours before Front door does not lock or secure at all Property manager (or owner?) will show up unannounced and walk around without a mask or a smile No instructions on check out Wifi information provided but no password Someone (not sure who) lives onsite - not advertised Overall, beautiful property and the pool was perfect but customer service wise I was not impressed.

Great distance learning/working place for families!

We stayed here with our family and everyone was very comfortable. The internet was great and never dropped out, even with 7 people working on it at the same time. The pool was great, along with the views from the hot tub. The owner even brought over corn hole boards for us which we enjoyed. The kitchen had everything we needed, but you will need to bring your own spices. The property was fenced in so we felt very comfortable with kids. Would definitely stay again!

Gorgeous Paso Robles retreat

This house is everything we could have dreamed of and more. The pictures truly don’t do it justice. With stunning views of wine country, a good sized pool with a volleyball net, five beds and a gourmet kitchen, we honestly couldn’t have asked for more. Our four-day stay was only made better by the graciousness of the hosts, Lane and Merridee. Merridee lives on the property and she was such a helpful and kind property manager. We had a couple of minor issues during our stay, but they were quickly resolved without fuss. Our only request would be for the owner to invest in a smoker (this is part in jest, but honestly, it’s the only way we can think of improving the property amenities at all). We had such a lovely time that we’re ready to book again for next year’s July 4th weekend! Thank you for the amazing stay!
