Gorgeous updated rental with amazing beach views! Sea Colony East Resort Oceanfront Bethany Beach. This listing is for a 2 Bedroom plus Den unit in the Georgetown building in Sea Colony East. Kitchen and bathrooms were remodeled completely in 2016. This unit has a beautiful view shown in photos. One King bed, a bunk bed, twin bed and a trundle bed with two twins. We have the best parking spot in the Georgetown House. Right in front of the main entrance! Come experience all the amenities the Sea Colony has to offer from the numerous swimming pools to the world class tennis and daily family/children's activities such as weekly bonfires and junior lifeguard classes. As well as a Smart TV and fabulous WIFI for chilling out in the condo.

Sea Colony badges are required to use the private beach, pools, fitness center and Sea Colony activities. The badges are distributed by Sea Colony and are an additional fee from any rental charges. Owner does not receive any funds from the purchase of the SC badges.

Great unit! Beautiful view

We had a wonderful stay, the unit was as described and had great finishes in both bathrooms and the kitchen. Plenty of room for a family of 4. The gorgeous view from the Master bedroom was the icing on the cake!

Great Stay

This rental feels like a home. Well stocked kitchen, updated, very clean, and well maintained. The view of the ocean is wonderful and the location to shops and restaurants across the street and a few blocks away to downtown Bethany boardwalk can’t be beat. The sea colony pools and amenities are fantastic and easily accessible for teens who want to do their own thing. The property owner had great communication and quick responses. Highly recommend this property for a great week at the beach!

Great stay

We always enjoy our annual Bethany beach stay at Sea Colony, and especially so this year at Claudia's inviting, updated, kid friendly apartment. Everything was easy, from beginning to end. Perfect for our little ones, ages one and four. Excellent stay, excellent host.

Beautiful view of the beach. Quick access to the beach. Five minute ride, 20 minute walk into town. Spacious place for four.

Vacation at Sea Colony

Claudia was very responsive and helpful. The Condo is well maintained, well decorated and very clean. The view from there is the best we have had in Sea Colony. We had great sunrises and amazing moonrises. The parking place is right at the front door. Pool 4 is right at the first floor exit as is the walkway to the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Perfect For Our Family!

Claudia’s condo was perfect for our little family! The pictures don’t do it justice. I would say, if you’re allergic to dogs be sure to pack your allergy meds as there was quite a bit of dog hair on the carpet/sofas. But aside from that, we loved our stay. Claudia was SO accommodating and we would highly recommend!!

Love this place

Very good location, good place to take the whole family, nice view of the ocean from my balcony, plenty of pools, plus indoor pool if it rains, special pool time for adults that was very nice. Looking forward to next year.

Wonderful For Family Getaway!

We and our kids loved our stay here and appreciated all of the amenities-from the view, walkable restaurants, pool, and beach access to the bunkbeds, games, and art supplies! The owner was also great to work with!

Wonderful stay!

My three kids, husband and I stayed here for 3 nights over the Easter/Passover weekend. The condo was clean, updated and advertised accurately. Our communications with the owners was wonderful and prompt. Even in the off season, the Sea Colony offered several amenities, like indoor and outdoor heated pools, tennis, basketball etc. Would definitely recommend renting from this owner to others.

A Perfect Getaway

This oceanfront unit is perfect for a beach getaway. It’s spacious, very well appointed and the view is spectacular. Claudia is a gracious host and promptly responded to all communications. Check-in was easy and parking was never a problem. Bethany in the wintertime is wonderful. The restaurants are open, but not terribly crowded. There is plenty to do and see when you’re not napping on the comfortable sofa. I’m looking forward to staying again next winter!
