The Space:

Overlook the surf and sand (and one of Sea Colony's five oceanfront outdoor pools) from the private balcony of this updated fourth floor three-bedroom, two-bath oceanfront condo! This home is lovingly maintained to meet the demands of the modern guest, receiving regular updates including fresh renovations for 2022 featuring all new flooring, new painting throughout, and new window treatments. Just steps to Sea Colony's half-mile of private guarded beach, not to mention the community's oceanfront pools and fitness room, this single-level condo features an updated living room and open dining area, a recently renovated kitchen, a full hallway bathroom and three, updated bedrooms, including the primary suite. Central air conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer provide in-home essentials. TVs in every room offer ultimate convenience and entertainment.







Sea Colony - The Premier Family Beach & Tennis Resort Community - features a half mile of private beach, 12 pools (2 indoor), world class tennis, fitness centers, activities for all ages, community shuttle and year-round security. Comfortable accommodations with a great view

My girlfriends and I enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean and comfortable. Our only complaints were the road noise at night was a bit loud (although we were visiting during OC Bike week) and there were no beach chairs for us to use on the beach. Other than that, the place worked great for our group of 4.

Beautiful, clean and well stocked

This place was perfect for our needs. The only reason it's getting 4 is that the AC filter was so dirty that the unit was frozen over and stopped working during our stay. Just needs more regular maintenance.

Almost a five star

My family of 4 stayed at this property for 3 weeks in July to August. The condo was very clean and the amenities were good. We cook a lot and the kitchen had a nice selection of needed items; pots, pans, bowls, etc.. The bed in the master was very comfortable. As the time went on we realized either the washer or dryer was making marks on our towels and some shirts and had to be thrown out. This was reported to VACASA who stood behind the damage. I was very appreciative. All in all I would recommend this property.

Condo was not as clean as it should have been. Needed a good dusting. Floors were gritty and so...

Condo was not as clean as it should have been. Needed a good dusting. Floors were gritty and some of the dishes and silverware had dried food in them. Dishwasher soap container didn’t always open while being run. Felt it needed safety bars in tub and shower for safety. Would have liked a small stool as master bed was high and I had trouble getting into bed. Aside from that the condo was adequately furnished and had a lovely view.
