Old Town Scottsdale Home Centrally Located with Private Pool/Patio

Our home is a beautiful mid-century modern 3br tradtional Old Town Scottsdale home with a private pool. About 1 mile south of Downtown Old Town Scottsdale, we are in close proximity to restaurants, bars, clubs, museums, art district, fashion square and Scottsdale Stadium (Giants Spring Training). We are also a short distance from the Tempe/ASU area. We have large pool area with plenty of lounge space and a propane grill. This house is great for couples, families, and group trips. The house has modern updates and retains vintage Old Town Scottsdale style. Pool area has been updated and we have a patio space that includes plenty of seating. When you enter the home there is a large seating area with lazyboy chair, large sleeper sofa, and 2 seater couch with rocking lounge chairs. We have a 65" HDTV with YouTubeTV provided. The kitchen has large cabinets with plenty of space (stocked with plates, drinking cups, pots/pans, wine glasses, and utensils), a microwave, coffee maker (with filters), toaster, and blender. The kitchen table can comfortably seat 6 people and we have an additional bar level table that seats four in the living room area. The house is also supplied with bath and pool towels as well as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash

The house was great… well stocked and plenty of space. Location was good for access to airport and shops and food as well as downtown Phoenix as we were in town for an event at the Phoenix Convention Center.

Great place to stay!

Amazing little house, so close to the Giants spring training stadium! Everything was clean and well organized! Joe was awesome, friendly, accommodating and quick to respond to requests! Thanks Joe for everything you rock!! We definitely recommend this wonderful Scottsdale home. :)

We loved our week at this home. It was fully stocked with everything we needed (towels, bedding, dishes, kitchen equipment, laundry soap, paper products) and very clean. The instructions we were given were easy to follow and we had no problems. The backyard is private. The neighbourhood is quiet and the location was perfect. Old Scottsdale is close enough to walk to or you can take a free trolley, and Papago Park is about a 40 minute walk away. There are restaurants and grocery stores close by. We would definitely rent this home again.

Awesome vacation.

We spent Thanksgiving in Scottsdale to see my daughter. It was an amazing trip. The house was well appointed and had everything we needed to make Thanksgiving dinner. It had wonderful outdoor seating to enjoy conversations and the gorgeous weather. If we ever need to rent another house in the area we will definitely be looking to return to this one. Everything we needed was very close by.. We even took an extended day trip to the Grand Canyon. My mother and stepfather went with us and it is much more special to us than it already was because my mother passed just a few short days after leaving. I'm so thankful we had such a wonderful family gathering.

Fantastic

We were very excited for our trip to Scottsdale and we were not disappointed! The house was very well appointed and extremely close to every thing you would want... Groceries, old Scottsdale, etc... We had to reach out to the owner to be sure we could have Superbowl access and they were very responsive!! A fantastic experience all around!

phoenix and area trip

nice place, we enjoyed everything the property had to offer. House is close to everything. We had a great time at the barrett jackson car show.

Everything was perfect at this house. Owners were there when we needed them. Great location. Clean. Pool water was cold, so did not swim.

Property was clean well kept instructions for everything from where things were located as to when services were to be provided, pool services, etc made usage very easy, proximity to activities dinning added ease and much enjoyment

Great Hospitality and Experience!

Joe was an awesome host. He updated me as we got closer to our stay and we had no issues checking in. The house was clean and very neat. There were plenty of beds and room for everyone. If we are in the area again we will be booking with Joe!

Great centrally located house! Highly recommend!

The house was very close to downtown Scottsdale, the airport, and golf courses. It was perfect for our spring training getaway. The house was clean and comfortable. I will definitely look into staying again. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the Phoenix/Scottsdale area!

The family came to watch our daughter graduate from ASU

The property was perfect for the family. There were a total of 6 of us for the 5 days and the location and amenities were perfect. Although the weather was too cool to enjoy the pool, we did enjoy sitting outside in the sunshine and enjoying conversation. We found everything to be in great working order and the location suited all our activities very well, hopefully when we can use the pool. As our daughter is staying in the Phoenix area, we will most likely be back! Thank you for the use of your home.

This house was great!

My family and myself loved this house. We stayed for a week and our only complaint was that we had to leave. The owners have thought of everything that might be needed. It was very clean. The pool was great in that hot weather. The house was located close to everything. If we ever go back to Scottsdale we hope this home is open. By far our favorite VRBO yet. -Leslie

Fabulous baseball and pool family vaca

My family and I had a lovely time at the Old Town home in Scottsdale. The house is perfect for a medium size family with plenty of space for relaxing and for kids. The location is great. Close to everything and easy to get around with the trolley. We enjoyed the pool very much (although it was very cold this time of year!) and made it to two baseball games! I loved how well stocked the kitchen was - absolutely everything you could possibly need, and having the laundry available there was awesome! My only small complaint would be that the beds and pillows were not terribly comfortable. Otherwise, this was a perfect vacation home!

Perfect location ... great home away from home!

This property was clean, comfortable and everything we were looking for in a vacation home. The house was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The pool was an added bonus for lounging around during the day and at night. The trolley will pick you up right out front if you need to go around town. I would highly recommend this home and will definitely be back again! Thanks Joe and Joe for everything...A+

Good location, clean and owner left info about the area and use of the home.

The stay couldn't have gone better.

Great location to zoo, Old Scottsdale, shopping, hiking...the list goes on and on. The home was very clean, completely supplied with necessities, pool was clean as blue sapphire, bed was very comfortable, the whole home was inviting, TV's, sound equipment, and wifi were all user friendly. Joe was available immediately by phone, e-mail and text to answer a couple of questions we had. Really, I can't say enough. Thank you Joe I and Joe II.
