Cottage Oasis Scottsdale is a charming, beautifully remodeled 1960s ranch-style home where cottage character meets Scottsdale indoor-outdoor living.

Designed for families and groups who want more than just a place to sleep, this 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath retreat gives everyone room to gather, relax, have fun—or find their own favorite corner.

Spend your days by the private saltwater pool, soak in the 72-jet hot tub, enjoy the real grassy backyard, gather for meals indoors or out, settle in for a movie by the fireplace, or escape to the one-of-a-kind Garden Studio.

With three separate living areas, three dedicated workstations, multiple patios, and inviting spaces throughout the property, Cottage Oasis makes it easy to enjoy Scottsdale together without everyone having to do the same thing.

SLEEPING & PRIVATE SPACES

The home has 3 traditional bedrooms with 1 King and 2 Queen beds, all with quality mattresses, comfortable bedding, and fresh linens.

Our beds consistently receive compliments from guests, and each bedroom has been thoughtfully designed to create a comfortable place to recharge after a day in Scottsdale.

For additional sleeping flexibility, the home also provides:

• Pack ’n Play for infants and toddlers

POOL, HOT TUB & OUTDOOR LIVING

The private, securely enclosed backyard is at the heart of Cottage Oasis.

Enjoy the saltwater swimming pool with Baja shelf, 72-jet Isla Margarita Elite hot tub, real green grass, lounge seating, multiple patios, outdoor dining, and a large rotisserie BBQ.

The pool has gas heating available, making swimming possible even during Scottsdale's cooler months. Pool heating is optional and available for an additional fee.

The private hot tub is included with your stay and is separate from optional pool heating. It is heated, serviced weekly, and kept ready for you to enjoy—no additional heating fee required.

Traveling with your dog? A doggy door provides convenient access from the home to the secure backyard and real grassy lawn—an especially nice feature for guests vacationing with their pups.

Whether you're having morning coffee outside, spending an afternoon in the pool, soaking in the hot tub, grilling dinner together, or winding down under the Arizona sky, the backyard gives your group another place to relax and enjoy Scottsdale.

Depending on the season, you may even find fresh citrus growing right on the property.

THREE LIVING AREAS

Cottage Oasis offers three distinct living areas, giving families and groups plenty of room to gather together or enjoy different activities at the same time.

The Family Room is the main gathering space, featuring a 72" Smart TV and instant-on fireplace—perfect for movie nights, game days, or relaxing after a day exploring Scottsdale.

The Front Living Room offers a quieter atmosphere for conversation, reading, board games, or simply unwinding. Its reading and desk corner creates another comfortable place to spend some quiet time.

The separate Garden Studio serves as the home's third living area, giving guests an entirely different space away from the main house.

THE GARDEN STUDIO

One of the most memorable features of Cottage Oasis is our separate Garden Studio—our grown-up version of a "She Shed."

Tucked into the backyard, this charming retreat includes a comfortable lounging sofa, 42" HDTV, and its own desk/workstation.

Watch a favorite show, curl up with a book, take an afternoon nap, get some work done, or simply enjoy having a peaceful place away from the activity in the main house.

It's an unexpected extra that gives Cottage Oasis much of its personality—and makes it different from a typical Scottsdale vacation rental.

KITCHEN, DINING & BBQ

The fully equipped kitchen makes meals at home easy, whether you're preparing breakfast before heading out, snacks for a pool day, or dinner for the whole group.

You'll find cookware, dishes, and everyday kitchen essentials along with comfortable spaces for dining and gathering.

Prefer cooking outside? Fire up the large rotisserie BBQ and enjoy dinner on the patio.

WORK + CONNECTIVITY

Mixing a little work with vacation? Cottage Oasis offers three separate desk/workstations:

• Front Living Room reading/desk corner
• Family Room workstation
• Garden Studio workstation

With workspaces spread across three different areas and high-speed 1GB Wi-Fi, multiple guests can stay connected without competing for the same workspace.

Smart TVs provide plenty of entertainment options for relaxing at home.

LOCATION

Enjoy the best of both worlds—a comfortable residential setting with convenient access to everything that makes Scottsdale such a popular destination.

Old Town Scottsdale's restaurants, galleries, shopping, nightlife, farmers markets, and entertainment are just minutes away, along with Scottsdale Fashion Square.

Spring Training fans will appreciate convenient access to Scottsdale Stadium, home of the San Francisco Giants, as well as other Cactus League stadiums throughout the Valley.

Scottsdale is also one of the country's premier golf destinations, making Cottage Oasis a convenient home base for golf trips.

Chaparral Lake and Park, Camelback Mountain, hiking, outdoor recreation, restaurants, and entertainment are all within easy reach.

OPTIONAL POOL HEATING

The private saltwater pool can be heated for an additional daily fee, typically ranging from $25–$65 per day depending on the season and outdoor temperatures.

• 2-day minimum
• At least 24 hours advance notice requested
• Heating fees vary based on weather and time of year

After booking, simply let us know if you'd like to add pool heat to your stay. We'll provide the applicable rate based on your dates and arrange to have the pool ready for your arrival.

There is no additional heating charge for the hot tub.

DOG-FRIENDLY HOME

Cottage Oasis Scottsdale by Wolf Retreats welcomes dogs with prior approval.

• Up to 3 dogs may be approved
• $125 dog fee per stay
• Breed and age approval required
• Dogs must be included in the reservation and approved
• Cats and other animals are not permitted

The doggy door, secure backyard, and real grassy lawn make Cottage Oasis particularly convenient for guests traveling with dogs.

Unauthorized animals are a serious violation of our house rules and may result in additional cleaning or remediation charges and termination of the stay.

Guests are responsible for immediately picking up after their dogs and keeping the property and yard clean. Additional cleaning charges may apply when necessary.

NO PARTIES, EVENTS OR UNAPPROVED GUESTS

Parties and events are not permitted.

Only registered guests included in the reservation may be on the property unless prior written approval has been provided for additional visitors.

QUIET ENJOYMENT

Cottage Oasis is located in a residential Scottsdale neighborhood. We want you to enjoy your vacation while also being considerate of our neighbors.

Please observe all City of Scottsdale noise requirements and avoid excessive or disruptive noise.

Guests are responsible for government fines or charges resulting from violations during their stay.

NO SMOKING OR VAPING

Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors.

POOL & HOT TUB SAFETY

There is no lifeguard on duty. Children and non-swimmers must be supervised at all times around the pool and hot tub.

Please do not remove, disconnect, or interfere with the pool vacuum or other pool and hot tub equipment. Guests may be responsible for repair or replacement costs resulting from misuse, removal, or damage.

CARE OF THE HOME

We ask that guests treat Cottage Oasis and its furnishings, amenities, indoor spaces, and outdoor areas with care.

Guests may be responsible for additional cleaning, repair, or replacement costs when damage or excessive cleaning is required beyond normal use.
