Welcome to our inviting, modern, freshly painted top floor ski in/ski out 2-bed/2 bath condo with a private entrance, balcony and private hot tub. Set in the popular Settler's Crossing complex in Sun Peaks. The condo comes equipped with everything you need to feel at home:
• 2 bedrooms - Sleeps 5-6 people (5 people in beds - 1 Queen bed in the master and 1 bunk with 1 double and 1 single bed in the second bedroom + 1 person can use a couch or an air mattress in the living room). We accept up to 6 guests per stay (4 adults + 2 children).
• Great place for infants, toddlers and kids as we have two small children. You will find a travel crip with a diaper-changing station top, a high chair, a safety gate on the stairs, electric outlet covers, a huge basket of toys, kids' books and games, and kids' dishes.
• 2 bathrooms (1 ensuite and one smaller bathroom with a large shower)
• Ski in/ski out convenience - just 500 metres/2625 feet from Morrisey Express (one of the three main lifts)

• Private keyless entrance
• Private hot tub on the balcony

• Master bedroom - TV, ensuite (combination tub/shower), large closet, blow-dryer, shampoo, toilet paper, bodywash
• Second bedroom - TV, DVD player and smaller bathroom (shower), blow-dryer, shampoo, toilet paper, bodywash
• Very well equipped and generously stocked full kitchen with a breakfast bar and stools, a crock-pot, and other essential cookware
• Dining area, high chair for infants and toddlers
• You can soak in the hot tub on the balcony or relax in front of the gas fireplace after a busy day on skill hill.
• Heated tile floors in the kitchen and master bathroom

Our condo is family and pet-friendly (well-behaved dogs welcome with prior approval, additional pet fee applies - please see below for more information).

It is only a 15-minute leisurely walk to the main village that got you covered with an abundance of bars, pubs, restaurants, and retail shops. There is enough space to sleep 6-7 people.

No smoking, no parties and no bikes inside the condo.

Security deposit is due at booking; any fines caused by renters, such as noise complaints, bylaw/rules violation, and illegal activities, can result in immediate loss of deposit and immediate expulsion from the unit.

Great Place
We had a great time in this condo during our Sun Peaks trip. It was clean and well stocked with essentials. The hot tub was great after a long day chasing the kids down the slopes. I was worried that it would be too far from the Village but it was only a 10-15 minute walk. I would stay here again.

Convenient location
This is a great ski-in/ski-out condo. We stayed here last year as well. This year our trip coincided with historically cold temps (across the country, too!) so we didn’t ski and went home early. The property is well kept, clean, and accepts pets. We did not bring a pet, and realized once we got there that we needed Claritin for two of our family members, but this was easily fixed and not impactful enough to keep us from booking a second year in a row. The checkin procedure is a bit murky, at least through VRBO (don’t know if this property is listed elsewhere, and maybe it’s clearer on those platforms). The big thing is that the unit number is not listed anywhere, so the first year it took quite some time to figure out which condo door we should be trying to open with the code. We had the building but not the unit number. This year we knew which unit door, but the email from VRBO gave two different codes for the front door (only one worked) and no code for the garage door. I called the owner who was very responsive, and she said the garage door code was sent in the email, but I scoured all my folders and emails and it just wasn’t there. Again, I’m wondering if VRBO’s platform is organized differently and isn’t providing the info we needed. It all worked out but could be looked into to streamline the process. The heated garage parking is amazing, btw. Lots of sun peaks condos have limited parking and outside spots. This one was great (especially since it was -27F outside!

Good location and everything you need!
This condo has everything you need including an underground parking stall. Very close to the Orient chair, perfect for ski in/out. Good communication from owner. Definite recommend!

We are young outdoor enthusiasts who love snowboarding, skiing, mountain biking and enjoying the BC outdoors. We are originally from Europe, but we've been living in North Vancouver for the past 13 years.

We first visited Sun Peaks during the 2015/2016 winter season and fell in love with the resort instantly. We came back many times during the 2016/2017 winter season and as our stays up here were becoming longer and longer and our hotel bills higher and higher, we decided to look for a nice Sun Peaks condo that would suit our needs, as well as those of other outdoor lovers. Owning our beautiful mountain home in this little Winter/Summer Wonderland is thus our dream come true.

We decided to buy this condo because of all its exceptional features - true ski in and out, private hot tub on the balcony, within walking distance of the main village. From the first time we walked into the unit, it felt incredibly cozy, warm, peaceful, and inviting. This being an upper corner unit with a high ceiling, it has lots of natural light and brightness. We are sure that our guests will love our condo as much as we do and that it will make them want to come back again and again!
