Rents Friday to Friday . Easy first floor access.

$125 cleaning fee. $100 inen fee.

Something for everyone of all ages. Rock on porch watching pelicans in flight as you listen to the rhythm of the waves, at night, enjoy the ocean breeze as you sit and stargaze.

Energy levels rise as the sun beams down while walking across the lawn to be greeted by the pearly white sands and the emerald sea that hosts the beautiful Crystal Coast.

Sit and enjoy or bring your boards, fishing rods and beach games.

Sound front access, again within walking distance, where you can fish, crab, kayak or canoe.

The yard hosts volleyball/badminton net and grills right off the porch. Tennis court on premises.
Weekly, bi-weekly or monthly rentals only during off season.

Perfect stay!

This condo has a lot more features than described. Fully loaded kitchen. I was pleasantly surprised to find a washer and dryer in the unit. A Keurig with coffee. Everything was very clean and very comfortable. Very much felt like home. Close walk to the beach. I cut through the public beach entrance, it was much easier access with a ramp to get to the beach if you are toting a wagon. Comfortable outdoor furniture on the covered deck, only 5-6 steps to get to ground level . A huge TV in the open living room. Fast WiFi and the desk area allowed for the small amount of work I had during our stay. We always use VRBO for our vacations and I have to say this is the best one we have ever had the privilege to book. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us.

A perfect vacation place

This is our third year at this location, our host was easy to communicate with and the place is a perfect vacation place. It's a few yards to the beach and the swimming pool is right next to you. It's very clean and welcoming place. Can't ask for more.

Great getaway

We love this little condo! Just steps from the pool and a parking lot away from the ocean. It is perfect for our family of five, with three kiddos under 5. This was our third year in the condo. We will be back!

Nice place at the beach!

Was very pleased with this lovely condo. Front and back porches, lots of supplies included, was surprisingly quiet and relaxing. Josie responded very promptly to all our questions. Highly recommend!

Heaven’s gift

We enjoyed our stay. Everything you could ask for was included in condo. Short walk to the beach and refreshing pool next door. The condo was beautifully furnished and very clean. Will definitely make another visit!

Wonderful Condo! Great Location!

The condo was perfect for our visit. The host provides all the little extras that makes a trip easier-well stocked kitchen, plenty of seating, comfortable beds, comfortable outside areas and much more. The location is close to many activities in the area and is not in the ‘busy’ section of the Island, so you have very little traffic. We loved the condo, the beach and Big Oak Drive-In & Bar-B-Q. Try the shrimp burger!

Great place all the way around!

Location was great! Owner was great! We love Emerald Isle. The condo was beautiful, and actually had an upgrade in the living room which was beautiful. We would definitely stay here again. Until next time...

Great Get Away

Heaven’s Gift was a great get away for us. The location is perfect, and it was so nicely decorated. The condo was clean and had everything we needed or would want during our stay. It was nice to be able to stay 4 days for a mini- vacation. We would definitely stay at Heaven’s Gift again!

The place is cozy and a very relaxing place to stay

We enjoy our stay and I rate the property a 10+ , this is our second time we rented the place as always is very cozy and clean. Ms. Josie is on top of everything and she answer our question very quick. The location is the best it's close to everything you need. We definitely coming back again.

We enjoyed our stay, and the condo was lovely. We enjoyed being close to the pier and also fairly central on the Isle. We enjoyed visiting some of the outer islands and exploring beyond where we stayed. The condo was as described, and I appreciate how easy it was to communicate with the owner. The air mattress was perfect for what our family needed in terms of having enough beds. The appliances worked well and it was well supplied!

Beautiful place

This place had everything you needed and then some. The bedrooms were a little small but were ok.. I don't know if I would call it "sleeps six" since one bed was an air mattess and .the mattress leaked air. Luckily one of us brought an air mattress. All in all, it was a lovely place and good location.
