Middle of the Row Duplex, Quiet, and Cozy, 3 bed/2 bath

Enjoy the beach in a spacious, Middle Row duplex that is a short five minute walk to the beach and 1/3 of a mile to the sound access. This well maintained and exceptionally clean duplex offers a fully stocked kitchen with pots/pans, plates, cups and silverware. Enjoy the outdoor shower after a long day at the beach! At night, relax by the fire in the secluded back yard. Jump into a clean bed with fresh linens that are provided. Catch the beautiful sunrises or sunsets of Emerald Isle.

The space
The space was recently painted for the 2021 season. Lighting was updated and new furniture was added. Open concept with the kitchen and living room. Two smart TV's fully equipped with the latest technology. Fast Wifi is provided. Ample parking spaces are provided. Watch the kids play games in the big back yard, or relax by the fire.

This was a great house for a family with 5 or less people. Perfect location to the beach and restaurants. Wade the owner was helpful but and easy going.

We had such a wonderful stay! The rental was extremely clean and the perfect distance to the beach and to town. The host was communicative, helpful, and kind. My favorite part were the bicycles --we used them several times to bike to KC brews and the grocery inlet for breakfast/ coffee, and my personal favorite, a quick, breeze filled bike ride to the beach. The biggest thing that I can say about this rental is the attention to detail--anything from making sure that the bike tires were inflated, to including access to a bike lock. There were beach chairs, beach wagon, sand toys, and beach boards that made my life so much easier! I can't express enough how nice it was to arrive and have everything we needed, still be very close to town, and also feel like you're tucked away on a quiet, family friendly street. We hope to make this an annual stay--thank you, Wade, for your hospitality! And an additional shout out to the person who cleans this rental, they do a spectacular job and we very much appreciated it!

Wade was amazing.The property was well groomed and the most extraordinary cleanliness we have ever seen. Super close to the beach. Hot showers, cool AC, soft beds, excellent kitchen. I couldn't have asked for anything better. Super happy and high recommended!

A Wonderful Place to Stay

The property was perfect and the location to the beach was not too far of a walk (5 to 7 minutes to beach access). We enjoyed our stay here and will be recommending this place and host to our friends!

Great family spot!

This was the perfect lodging situation for our family of 4 (2 young children). The host was super communicative and made sure our accommodations were comfortable. Great location too!

The property was very comfortable, clean, and perfect for a relaxing family vacation. We appreciated the big kitchen, having access to nice beach equipment, and sitting on the porch in the evening. The host checked in to make sure we had everything we needed, and you can tell that he values offering a high quality place to stay. We will definitely be back!

Outstanding !!!! The host was great , the area was very quiet and located near good fishing . There were many nearby shops , markets , most of all ice cream shops. Everyone we met were very friendly and provided info on anything.The home was spotless. We will be back !

Beach getaway

Absolutely a great weekend and a great house. Super quiet and close to businesses but isolated enough. Beach was gorgeous and we will definitely be coming back. Will definitely rent this house.
