Enjoy peaceful surroundings yet lots to do! Beautiful Condo offers 3 pools! Fun oceanfront swimming in one of 2 outdoor pools, including a kiddie pool and an indoor, heated pool. Gated and private community.
Exercise room with equipment and Tennis Courts. Complex is oceanfront, condo is poolside. Kitchen is loaded with anything you will need for meals. Walking distance to the beach, great restaurants, ice cream shop, coffee shop, and shopping. 1 mile to Publix groceries, Rucker John’s in Emerald Plan tation , Go Carts, water slide and much more!
Sky lights in upstairs bedroom allow for sunny room and remote blinds for those afternoon naps.

Surfs up

Easy walk from units to sea and pool and walk or drive to several coastal shops. Attractive property, like the pastel-colored exteriors and walkway over the dunes to the ocean and past the pool.

Pleasant and relaxing

Area is very well kept. Condo we stayed in was excellent and supplied with necessary items in Kitchen and bathrooms. Easy access to pools that were clean. Beach area clean also. Very safe area.

Just want we wanted

The condo has just what you need for a nice beach visit. I was with my mother in law and 12 yo for a long weekend and we had the best time. The condo had all the things including a charging station in each room. It was also nice to be able to wash a load of laundry and not have to buy detergent, or paper towels, or toilet paper etc. the last thing you want to do on a short trip is keep having to go to the store! On the downside, my MIL has mobility issues so the stairs to the second floors condo were a challenge. Dawn, the host, could not have been more helpful or thoughtful in ensuring your stay was as easy it could be.

The perfect getaway spot!

We made a very last minute decision to visit family and were SO pleased with the condo! It has a great location with everything we needed just being a short drive. The indoor pool was a huge selling point for us and it did not disappoint!! It was perfect for our kiddos! We also made it down to the beach (just a short walk)! Dawn was very responsive and incredibly accommodating, especially with the last minute nature of our trip! We were so grateful to have found this condo and would absolutely stay again!

We had a great time at Dawn’s place!! She was very responsive and gave us tons of recommendations! Her house is right across from the indoor pool, which our little ones loved!!

Quiet and relaxing stay with great amenities

We had a great time. It was a short stay with a lot of things going on over the weekend, but the condo was perfect size for the five of us and was very well kept and had all the things to help pack lighter for the trip like beach towels and linens. The Pebble Beach neighborhood is very quiet as well. The neighborhood has a quiet time and everyone seemed to abide by it during our stay. The neighborhood is well lit all through the night without being disruptive. Beach access is easy and the location is super convenient to many activities, shops and restaurants. We will be back again for another stay.

Cozy, spacious, and great location.

Property was clean and comfortable. Amazing experience. Short walk to the beach, easy access to pools, and close to excellent restaurants in the area and grocery. Our host was friendly, courteous, and highly available for any any questions and the check in process.

Dawn was great with communication and suggestions. Everything was excellent from the beach, the point, the proximity of the condo to the beach. Emerald Isle is a beautiful place, great shells, fishing, waves, etc.

Fabulous Weekend

The condo was as expected and everything worked well, Great location for the beach. My daughter and her boyfriend went kayaking not too far, went mini golfing and enjoyed a beautiful sunrise on the beach the last morning. Didn't even make it to the pool like I expected we would Thank you Dawn!

Just what we needed

Oh my gosh, this VRBO stay was an absolute blast! We weren't exactly planning on hibernating inside, since we were too busy jetting around to all our favorite hotspots (shoutout to Lazzara's, Fish Hut, and Flipperz!). And when we weren't out and about, we were posted up at The Point, perfecting our sun-kissed glow. One teeny tiny thing to note, though: the spiral staircase might give some folks a run for their money. But for us, it just added an extra dose of adventure!

As a Registered Nurse, life can be so serious. I've been so fortunate to have hosted such wonderful families and have truly enjoyed being able to be a part of a joyful time in their lives. This is such a welcomed change from my day to day.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

Our gated neighborhood is so peaceful, but smack dab in the middle of entertainment, restaurants. A person could spend most of the week at the pools, tennis courts and beach - then walk over to Gaffers for lunch or get some ice cream from Village Ice Cream and Candy. Perhaps more importantly, stroll over to the wine store for a bottle of cabernet. Pebble Beach seems to attract excellent guests and we enjoy our interactions with others on the complex.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

Families love our complex for the indoor and outdoor pools, the safety of a gated community with security in season and easy walk to the beach. The property and decking walkway are well maintained. I think we are the only the property on the island to have our own water treatment.
