In the downtown district of Madrid, very close to the mythical Puerta del Sol, we find this spectacular apartment completely renovated with two double bedrooms.

A accommodation for four people full of style and design. The big protagonist, the light. Large windows on the ceilings, and a magnificent terrace, flood the entire apartment with natural light.

The design of it, where spaces have been unified so as not to give a feeling of overwhelm, give rise to well-differentiated rooms but all in harmony. In the common space stands out the mixture of styles in the decoration and also the mixture of texture of its materials and furniture. On the one hand we have the most rustic aesthetic due to the exposed brick walls and some wooden beams. On the other hand, the kitchen and glass and metal doors introduce a good dose of modernity to the whole.

We kindly inform you that the arrivals after 20:00 pm have an additional cost of 30€ and after 22:00 pm of 50€, and after 00.00 am this is 70 €.

During your stay at the apartment in Madrid we ask you to contact Luxury Rentals Madrid per email at reservations@luxuryrentalsmadrid.com immediately if you find anything missing or in bad conditions or if you accidently break anything so that we can fix or settle whatever it is. We want you to enjoy your stay and not be inconvenienced by something which can be fixed or replaced.

Departure should be before 11:00 am, if you require a later departure let us know in advance and we will try to accommodate you, providing our next arrival is not early the same day.


On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to turn lights and A/C off, leave the keys on the table, and shut the door on your way out.

We will inspect the apartment after your departure and return the refundable deposit minus any damages which may have occurred within 7 to 10 working days.

Please note that the client is liable for the correct and decent behavior of all the persons accompanying him/her. Should that person or any of the persons accompanying him/her not behave in a suitable and responsible way, Luxury Rentals Madrid shall be entitled to request the client and the persons accompanying him/her to leave the apartment without the right for the latter to claim any type of compensation.

Important Information:
Never leave the key in the lock on the inside when you leave the apartment, as the door will be locked and it will be necessary to open it by a locksmith, the cost of which, in such case, will be charged to the tenant.
FOR YOUR SAFETY, do not forget to lock the door (turn the lock completely) every time you leave the apartment to avoid unwanted intrusions. (Except the day of check out)
Neither the management company nor the owner of the apartment will be held responsible for these events.
If there is any case of emergency, please call 112.
Animals without written permission, parties and Loud music are strictly forbidden and could result in immediate eviction from the property.

A really great spot!
We really enjoyed staying at this apartment. Location is in middle of busy area, in a great way. You’ll be close to EVERYTHING! We stayed Monday-Thursday so we didn’t get “weekend” noise. Noise was not an issue at all for us. The apartment was clean and spacious, included all the amenities you could want or need. It has a modern feel. I don’t mean brand new and perfect, I just mean not dated. The outside patio was my favorite part of the apartment, such a wonderful space. Primary bed could use a new mattress but it wasn’t awful. If I were a heavier person, the mattress could be an issue. Also, the primary shower drain needs attention. The water pooled up and that was annoying. The only little wrinkle we had upon arriving was meeting up with the host’s assistant to get the keys. You need to have WhatsApp, and then wait for him to arrive. Might have been my fault, to be honest. But it took a while to connect with company and then have the guy open the door. It would have been great if he had met us outside — maybe suggest that as the meeting spot. All in all, our stay was very comfortable. We were more than happy with the location and the apartment, and we will definitely return. Thank you!

Excellent Location, Excellent Apartment, But Noisy
I want to start by saying this apartment is exactly as described on the listing. It's a very nice apartment, with nice decorations, a good layout, and just enough space for 3-4 people. But, here are some quirks to be aware of. - Location is amazing. It's dead-center in the city. Not more than a 20-minute walk from everything. There are hundreds of restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Yes, hundreds. - The street below is very popular with people, and it has a lot of bars and restaurants so it gets a lot of noise. It was very difficult for us to sleep. Bars get busy around 21:00. The bars get quiet at 3:00. The garbage truck collects garbage at 1:45am, and again for recycling at 3:30am. The beer gets delivered for the next day starting at 7:00. There is a street-sweeper that goes by around 7:30. - The washer and drier work, but they are very slow and very small. They only fit 2 towels. The washer takes about 3 hours and the drier takes about 2 hours. This is because they are very efficient and made for apartments. - The host fixed a problem with one of the drains promptly and was very easy to work with. - There are minimal paper products or supplies so plan to buy or bring your own. I'd suggest to the host to include more paper towel, toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, etc. - There is no oven and the microwave is a little complicated to use, but it worked fine once we figured it out. Hope this helps!

The heart of Madrid.
Right in the heart of Madrid. Walkable in every direction to stores, restaurants, tourist sites, museums, etc. Being in the heart of Madrid it is busy and loud. Located above a bar the music and noise goes on well into the early morning (ear plugs, white noise machine a must). We used the balcony daily which was great and apartment has all the necessities.

family vacation in Madrid
Beautiful apartment. Well equipped in a fun, vibrant location. Apartment manager was great to work with and had great suggestions for restaurants. The patio was a perfect place to enjoy some sunshine and take in the energy of the city. Would highly recommend!

Short break
Property is in prime location close to Plaza Mayor, however on very busy street with lots of screaming people all through night. 3 nights of hardly any sleep as above very popular Irish bar. Great patio area and nice property although no window in 2nd bedroom. All amenities in property but agents need to check glasswear as only 1 wine glass!
