Eclectic tropical house 1 mile away from Coachella/Stagecoach/ Polo Grounds, restaurants/bars shopping and 5 miles to The Indian Wells Tennis Garden. This home is complete with kitchen/bath essentials, pool and foosball table a salt water pool/spa, ($60 per 8 hours of water heating) a outdoor shower, and new outdoor bar/kitchen! Wish I had more time to enjoy it but come do the honors a true entertainment or relaxation paradise getaway is awaiting your enjoyment! @desert_paradise_ (Garage not part of the listing as it is my personal ADU when in town)

Perfect spot for a desert stay!

We travel to Palm Springs area often - having several friends and family members who live there. This home is beautiful and quite comfortable, and is a nice option for any trip to the desert. The owner is very communicative. Loved it. Will plan to stay here again!!!

Great stay in Indio/La Quinta

Cool 2 queen/2.5 bath home with pool/jacuzzi pool table foosball and outdoor games. We stayed a week over Thanksgiving. Had our two smaller dogs and it was perfect! Well appointed kitchen, dining table for 8, two seating areas inside. Outside another dining table for 8, sofas, lounges,fire table. The dogs loved it and so did we.

Great stay for a bachelor party!

Martha was a fantastic host and was readily available before and during our stay. The place was clean and had everything we needed for our visit. The location was located in a convenient spot for getting around. Will definitely return when we are in the area again!

Faulty equipment - explosion and fire!🔥 - host unbothered

An attempt was made to use the flat-top gas grill located underneath the tiki umbrella area. At the point of starting the grill, the tubing from the propane tank was not properly fastened/connected to the grill therefore it came apart causing a fire with multiple small explosions as propane was being emitted into the surrounding area. If the property and all equipment would have been inspected properly, this could have been prevented. Also, as the fire extinguisher was attempting to be engaged, it did not work. It was empty. At this point a realization was made that the fire department needed to be called & they came out to extinguish the fire. After they were called, one guest thought to close the valve on the propane tank. He put his own life in danger by entering the area of the fire to close the valve on the tank. He reached in and closed it. This is when the fire calmed down. The fire department then arrived to ensure that the scene was safe. After an assessment, the fireman explained the tubing was faulty. They explained: the tube that was disconnected to the grill was previously damaged & should have been caught by the property manager upon inspection. They also showed the gauge on the fire extinguisher & obviously showed that the fire extinguisher was empty. When the owner, Martha, was contacted about the incident, her response was, "I was not aware as I have not gone to the property. Were there any damages?" She did not even ask if everyone was okay! Wow, heartless.

PERFECT LOCATION! PERFECT HOUSE!

Loved loved loved our stay at this property. It’s so darling, well equipped with perfect communication from host Martha. The area is great for festival stay, two beautiful well equipped bedrooms was perfect for our group of 4. Would happily rent this property again. Great job.

Anniversary Trip

Immaculate property, very modern and open design, bathroom showers were vacation in themselves in conjunction with the hotel experience for backyard. Amazing home absolutely no issues at all.

Relaxing!

We were not disappointed with this little slice of heaven! We brought our kids who each had a friend and our two little dogs. The house is in a great neighborhood, fully stocked with everything we needed for our 4 night stay. The house is also amazing, the photos don’t do it justice! We barely left the house, we chilled in the pool, watched movies and took lots of naps. Martha is an excellent host who is easy to communicate with. We can’t wait to come back and highly recommend this listing!

Great place!

I can’t give a detailed review because my trip was cut short due to personal reasons. However, the time I did stay there it was more impressive than what the photos showed! Definitely a great place and would book it again if I come to that area again!

Great outdoor space!

Beautiful, clean, and well stocked home. Our group of 4 adults had a wonderful, relaxing weekend. The outdoor space was perfect and the kitchen had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Spot!

My family and I stayed here for a small vacation and golf. We loved the house and the pool. The house was very clean and full of fun activities for kids and adults. Martha is very polite and accommodating. We would love to come stay again!

Phenomenal stay at this property with a pool and hot tub. We were able to grill food each night outside and enjoyed playing several games of pool. Very stylish home with well thought out amenities. The outdoor shower was one of the most enjoyable shower experiences I've ever had! Yes, it's a bit of a bummer to have to message the host to turn on the hot tub, but you can spread the fee out over several nights and it's definitely worth the cost to have the private spa in the back yard. The driveway was very convenient and being close to Stagecoach grounds was a lifesaver during the festival. Very responsive and friendly host. 5/5 rating for Martha and her place. Would stay here again.

Great location. Martha was an excellent host attending to our needs. The place was very clean and as advertised. Loved the outside shower The only downside was the non heated pool and “hot tub” it costs extra to heat it. Thank you Martha well be back again! 😎
