This place was great! Very clean and the bed was comfortable. If we are passing through again we would not hesitate to stay here again. Also the location was in a nice neighborhood as well.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The hosts are friendly and accommodating while also giving you your space and privacy. One of the bedrooms is a loft which concerned me initially, however, it was unwarranted. There are strong handles and plenty of light-even in the middle of the night. The beds and bedding are comfortable, the hot tub clean and the jets nice and strong. It’s quite pleasant here and so close to lovely Jacksonville, Ashland and the surrounding areas. We will be back!

Great for our family of 5.

Our stay was great, it was clean and inviting, no complaints. The neighborhood was fantastic and in a great location for all the things we had planned for the weekend.

This was a very quick trip for us so it was great to not have to spent any extra time worrying about check in or any issues with the property. This is a perfect location for going into Jacksonville, Medford or Central Point. I think it took about 15 minutes to get to the airport. I think this will be our "go to" spot any time we visit the Rogue Valley.

Beautiful neighborhood

Listing on VRBO is spot on. This rental did not disappoint. Beautiful quiet neighborhood with easy access to the town of Medford or Jacksonville and just a short drive to Ashland. Would stay here again if in the area. Highly recommend.

Convenient

Private, convenient and quiet. Few minor things need fixed but the location was good for us. Outdoor space was good and we enjoyed the hot tub.

The decor was super cute, loved the back yard / hot tub, the parking and the bed was super comfy! Jandi was very sweet. Only thing was when we searched we looked for a pet friendly place and this location popped up but they only allow service animals so we had to pay extra, but I get it. We would come back!!

Beautiful space!

Beautiful space! Clean, quiet, and comfortable. We slept well and the shower was spacious with great pressure. The kitchen was well stocked and the hot tub was a lovely bonus. My only complaint is that we didn’t find sheets for the futon. Highly recommend.
