Beautifully Decorated 3 BR 1 BA suite– on the 2nd floor. Walk to the back of the house and follow staircase to the second floor deck, where you’ll see the keyless entrance to your newly furnished, 3 bedroom, 1 bath “getaway!”

Enjoy this three bedroom unit located on West 15th Street. 3.5 blocks from beach and 2 blocks from bay. Fully furnished with fully equipped kitchen. Close to beach, shops, restaurants and boardwalk. Park your cars on side of house and or park right out front and walk anywhere you want to go. Enjoy long days at the beach and fun nights on the boardwalk.

Our fully equipped Wildwood beach 1st floor unit has it all for families of any age or size. With flat screen TV, Wireless Internet, Blu-Ray & DVD Players ... you are sure to feel right at home!

Master Bedroom --Features an full size bed. If need be it is spacious enough to host a folding crib for our younger guests who feel more comfortable in the same room as their Mommy and Daddy's

2nd bedroom--- Full sized bed.

3rd bedroom with full bed and pack and play.. if needed.

Full bathroom with tub and shower.

Outside shower

Living area has couch, coffee tables, end tables. 50in tv. High ceilings throughout.
Table and chairs are also in this open-floor plan layout, closer to the kitchen area.

The kitchen is fully equipped to cook.

Family Room - Great room with lots of light. Comfortably furnished family room with eat in area! There is air conditioning and ceiling fans in every room.

Enjoy watching the world go by from your private covered front deck with comfortable furniture. Also, enjoy eating crabs out on the back deck while the kids play in the yard.

Owner managed: you will deal directly with property owner at check-in and check-out. If any problems arise during your stay I am on call 24 hrs.

Great vacation get-away

We enjoyed the ocean breezes on the second floor. We biked to the beach and ate all our meals on the porches. Kitchen was first-rate!

Great North Wildwood 2nd floor unit

Property had everything we needed for a great vacation! There was a pack & play, high chair, and toys available as well, which made packing a little easier. Great porch to hang out on at night and enjoy the cool breeze and fireworks. We look forward to returning.

Great location!

The apartment is very tastefully decorated with great accommodations. Clean, quiet, near shops and beach/boardwalk. Loved the two balconies and enjoyed using the picnic table on the back balcony. We had a great time relaxing and hanging out in this space!

The place was clean and centrally located for us. Had a issue checking into the place but was able to contact owner to resolve and check in at 4 pm. Front deck is great for some coffee and relaxing in the morning. Very quite neighborhood. Will look to come back in the future. Regards, Steve M.

I believe the listing said it was 3.5 blocks to the beach when in fact it was a much further walk.

Beautiful Relaxing & Convenient Home

My family of 4 really enjoyed this beautiful home. It was so nice to watch the kids ride their bikes on the street while sitting on the patio deck. Dinner and breakfast outside on the back patio was so nice. The house the beautiful and comfy. Perfect location for all activities. Homeowner was so kind and helpful! We will certainly be back next year this time longer! 😊

Nice place

Nice place. Guy renting downstairs was awesome! He was very accommodating and Helped out! Very welcoming to the neighborhood. The room facing the front deck wasn’t as nice as the other room. We are guessing the room that didn’t have deck access was suppose to be the master bedroom but we wanted the deck access. Bed was hard in that room. Air conditioning worked great in the main living area but if you wanted your door closed rooms got incredibly hot. Need some room air conditioners or central air. About 4.5 blocks from ocean. But not a bad walk. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much.

Great for baby!

This place is a hidden gem. It has the most lovely porch with an awesome breeze. I was worried about being able to relax with my 8 month old, but this condo had a high chair, pack n play, rocking chair and a TON of baby toys. It was perfect! Friendly neighbors on a quiet street. Would definitely stay again!

Girls Weekend

This property was perfect for a girls weekend. We were able to walk to the beach, restaurants, and bars. We really enjoyed the front and back porches.

Nice location but untrustworthy owner

The property and location were good but we had a tough time communicating with the owner. Found the place through VRBO, owner was responsive during the booking stage but once we booked it, the owner went off the radar and wouldnt respond to any questions! The property came down from the website shortly after. After multiple calls with VRBO, calls and text messages to the owner, we received 2 words (via text) with wifi password and entry code. The stay was comfortable, we received our security refund and 3 weeks later, we see an insurance claim for damaged cabinets! Would not recommend the owner.

This rental was exactly as described in photos and description and was in a great and safe area of Wildwood that was close to restaurants! Property manager was very quick to answer any questions we had. Would rent again!

Great time

We had a great time here. The place was immaculate and very well kept. It was an ideal location for a family of 4 with children ages 11 and 7. Highly recommend this location of you’re ever vacationing in Wildwood.

A bit misleading but a great stay nonetheless

Although we had a great stay overall, the listing doesn’t show the actual door you will enter OR the giant staircase that you have to climb. The listing stated it was the 2nd floor so seeing stairs In the listing we assumed it was those stairs but the entrance is actually in the back and up a lot more steps. The driveway was another confusing issue as it’s shared with the lower tenant and if parked too far in you can’t get back to the stairs and entrance. Im not sure if the outdoor shower is shared too? Everything turned out fine and was very nicely updated, clean and well kept (felt comfortable bathing my kids in the tub), tenant was friendly but those other things were unexpected and should just be in the listing to make one more comfortable with their stay. We have two small kids and only stayed a few days but we may have looked elsewhere seeing those steps if our stay had been longer. Keep in mind the decks were updated and there was a gate to close for safety which was actually nice of the owner to add. All in all, we had a good stay & appreciated being able to only book a few nights but was just a little thrown off from the listing information.

Nice little place

The place was very clean and well kept. It was very good for what we needed. The pictures make it look a little bit bigger than it actually is but it was perfect for our party of four. The front porch is a really nice spot to sit, relax and listen to the seagulls.

NJ stay

This is the first time back to Wildwood since I was maybe 12. We had a great time and the house was located a short 10 minute walk to the beach which wasn’t a problem. Everything was included especially having a four year old and a 15 month old. Helped us not have to pack the whole house. We loved it and would be back again in the future.

Perfect for our needs, excellently provisioned, recently decorated, cute upstairs apartment!

We had a lovely brief stay at this Property June/July 2018. The owner worked with us to fit us in between other lets at relatively short notice, was flexible and very helpful! We couldn't work out the TV but watched multiple DVDs from the property and used the wifi. Kitchen very well equipped and we cooked one night and grilled in the garden another. Long term let downstairs were very friendly and helpful! We had a lovely stay and would happily return. We also had a great experience at Canal Side boat rentals at the top of 18th and Delaware, where the owners helped our first time fisher-people with kit, tips, spots to fish and a little light fishing lesson! Highly recommended! We hear they also do fantastic all you can eat crab!!

Quaint, comfortable and great location

My family and I enjoyed our long weekend stay in North Wildwood thanks to Brynden and his hospitality. This rental unit offers all you need for a short or long stay in North Wildwood. We enjoyed our mornings having a cup of tea on the front porch and our evenings on the back porch after a long day on the beach. The rental is walking distance to the north end of the beach and boardwalk. The neighbors were friendly and I especially enjoyed being off the heavily populated locations after a busy evening on the boardwalk. Newly renovated kitchen had everything you need if you decide to cook a meal, however we took advantage of the wide selection of resteraunts nearby. I recommend renting a bike, although you can walk to the beach, boardwalk and restaurants, biking in Wildwood is easy and very common.

Perfect beach house

Perfect location, about 3 blocks from the beach and boardwalk and same from the canal. The condo had everything we needed. Thought AC is available in the unit we didn’t need it because this unit gets beautiful breeze all day from the large front and back decks which we used in the mornings and evenings. The owner was very responsive, helpful, accommodating and easy to get in touch with before, during and after our stay. We will visit again this summer and in the future.

Place was awesome

First off the owner was awesome. We had some challenges in the booking early on and he kept working with me to make sure we got it for the nights we wanted. The place was exactly as advertised. He even went out of his way to get air mattresses in case we needed them as well. We didn't have to worry about bringing much either. He had cable, internet, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels and everything. He said he wanted people to be able to just show up and have fun and then leave and that's exactly what we did. I highly recommend this place and would 100% look to stay here again in the future.
