This place was amazing. My family really enjoyed the house. Amenities were great! Kitchen was awesome. Dining spaces and family areas were great. The elevator was huge for my elderly parents. We couldn’t have had them there without it. What an amazing g place for a family vacation!

A great home base for our family weekWe spent the week here with six adults and two dogs, and the house worked extremely well for our group. There was plenty of space to gather without ever feeling crowded, and we loved being able to walk right over to the beach and harbor. The rooftop was a great place to wind down and soak in the views, and Zalman was quick and helpful whenever we reached out. A very enjoyable stay in Oxnard.

The house was huge enough for our very large group. Very close to the beach large bedrooms. Big enough to sleep an army. Stocked with plenty of games. Couldn’t be cleaner or more accommodating.

Loved our stay at Zalman’s property! The entire house was beautiful and was a 5 minute walk from the beach and the dock, where we were able to kayak. The kitchen was really nice everything was super clean!

This place was perfect! We had 10 people and spent the evening out in Ventura, but we almost wished we’d stayed in. There was plenty of room for all of us, the kitchen was huge, the roof deck was beautiful. All in all, so worth it!

Very spacious ocean view home for a big group. The beds were super comfy!! Large dining area to enjoy meals with family or friends. Stocked with board games & cool appliances.

The location was fantastic! Beautiful views from the roof top patio; nice views from both balconies. Spacious enough for our entire (multi-generational) family. Very well appointed kitchen. Very peaceful. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing Stay

Wonderful property in a great location. Responsive host. Clean and kitted out with great amenities. Beach right across the street. Suited well for our party of 10, 6-8 would be incredibly comfortable. Very happy with our entire stay!

Fantastic Property

10 adults stayed over the weekend and the house is as described. Fantastic house for a group of adults or a family reunion Zalman was a great host and house was fantastic.

Beach Get Away

This was a wonderful, spacious place in a great location. It had a great kitchen and lots of hang-out space. Great place for a family gathering. We went whale watching and biking in the area, and sea lions right off the jetty wall. Highly recommend!

Such an amazing home to host our family over the long weekend. Quiet neighborhood full of friendly people - kid and adult friendly. Beautiful views from the rooftop and a joy hearing the seals early in the morning! Beautiful home with plenty of space, comfortable and cozy! Lots of memories made! You are a wonderful host!

The house was spacious and grand - a great location and layout for our three generation group. We appreciated the family friendly furnishing and amenities, with a special shout-out from the kids for the delightful game room and beach toys! Zelman was very accessible and accommodating. Great house for family fun!

We have rented this home two summers in a row. It is well stocked with games, bikes, and beach gear. House is very clean and well maintained. Owner has always been very responsive to any questions or concerns. Tons of room for our extended family to eat together and enjoy our vacation.

Trip Success

Had a group of teenagers who were in a competition. the students loved the place. It worked out nicely because it was close to the event and we were able to cook meals. The host answered any questions that we had. Great time!

Another Amazing Trip

This is our second time staying here. Zalman is a wonderful host. It's am awesome layout that allows me to bring my mom and stepdad, my dad, and my kids' dad all together. Everyone has their own space. The location can't be beat and the part of the beach right next to the house is so peaceful and serene. It's lik3 being on a private beach. Just a wonderful trip. Can't wait to do it again next summer!
